Na “Taste the Mediterranean“ gastronomskom festivalu je sudjelovao i poznati talijanski chef Roberto Cerea iz restorana "Da Vittorio" iz Bergama koji se može pohvaliti s tri Michelinove zvjezdice.

On je, između ostalog, okupljenima demonstrirao pravo umijeće u izradi onog pravog talijanskog rižota. Njegov je recept, pak, Tommyjev gastronomski konzultant i hrvatski kuhar 2021. godine, Fabricio Vežnaver prilagodio, a mi vam za današnji ručak sugeriramo da preko pjata „otputujete u Italiju“ zahvaljujući ovom sjajnom rižotu. Ovo jelo ujedno možete pronaći i na Tommy Gastro odjelu.

 

Rižoto s piletinom

Priprema:

Piletinu izrezati na manje kockice i zapeći na tavi sa svih strana, zatim staviti sa strane. Na ulju pržiti crveni luk koji ste prethodno nasjeckali, pirjajte dok ne omekša, zatim dodajte protisnuti češnjak. (riža koju ćete koristiti za rižoto treba biti s većim postotkom škroba i  potrebno ju je kuhati 17-20 minuta za rižoto, kako bi zrna ostala al dente). Rižu dodajte na luk i pazite da ne zagori, a kada bude staklasta, podlijte vinom.

Nakon što alkohol ishlapi, dodajte piletinu, začine i pasiranu rajčicu. Neprestano miješajte i podlijevajte toplom vodom (bit će vam ukusnije ako koristite povrtni ili pileći temeljac). Kada je riža gotova, maknite s vatre i dodajte kockice hladnog maslaca.

Na “Taste the Mediterranean“ gastronomskom festivalu je sudjelovao i poznati talijanski chef Roberto Cerea iz restorana "Da Vittorio" iz Bergama koji se može pohvaliti s tri Michelinove zvjezdice.

On je, između ostalog, okupljenima demonstrirao pravo umijeće u izradi onog pravog talijanskog rižota. Njegov je recept, pak, Tommyjev gastronomski konzultant i hrvatski kuhar 2021. godine, Fabricio Vežnaver prilagodio, a mi vam za današnji ručak sugeriramo da preko pjata „otputujete u Italiju“ zahvaljujući ovom sjajnom rižotu. Rižoto s piletinom

Priprema:

Piletinu izrezati na manje kockice i zapeći na tavi sa svih strana, zatim staviti sa strane. Na ulju pržiti crveni luk koji ste prethodno nasjeckali, pirjajte dok ne omekša, zatim dodajte protisnuti češnjak. (riža koju ćete koristiti za rižoto treba biti s većim postotkom škroba i  potrebno ju je kuhati 17-20 minuta za rižoto, kako bi zrna ostala al dente). Rižu dodajte na luk i pazite da ne zagori, a kada bude staklasta, podlijte vinom.

Nakon što alkohol ishlapi, dodajte piletinu, začine i pasiranu rajčicu. Neprestano miješajte i podlijevajte toplom vodom (bit će vam ukusnije ako koristite povrtni ili pileći temeljac). Kada je riža gotova, maknite s vatre i dodajte kockice hladnog maslaca.

Na “Taste the Mediterranean“ gastronomskom festivalu je sudjelovao i poznati talijanski chef Roberto Cerea iz restorana "Da Vittorio" iz Bergama koji se može pohvaliti s tri Michelinove zvjezdice.

On je, između ostalog, okupljenima demonstrirao pravo umijeće u izradi onog pravog talijanskog rižota. Njegov je recept, pak, Tommyjev gastronomski konzultant i hrvatski kuhar 2021. godine, Fabricio Vežnaver prilagodio, a mi vam za današnji ručak sugeriramo da preko pjata „otputujete u Italiju“ zahvaljujući ovom sjajnom rižotu. Ovo jelo ujedno možete pronaći i na Tommy Gastro odjelu.

 

Rižoto s piletinom

Sastojci:

  • 2 žlice Il Casolare ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja 
  • 1 dl Pošip Zlatan Otok bijelog vina
  • 1 glavica crvenog luka
