Donosimo vam tri najklikanija slatka recepta u 2020. godini, i usput predlažemo da ispečete duple porcije.
Ova godina nije bila nimalo lagana, no barem se malo popravila ovim slatkim delicijama, piše jutarnji.
Starinski kolač od jaja, masti i šećera po receptu Slavice Šagolj
2 jaja
2 žlice šećera
1 vanilija
1 žlica masti ili ulja
prstohvat soli
500 ml mlijeka
100 - 150 g brašna
Priprema:
Uključite pećnicu da se zagrije dok pripremate smjesu. U većoj posudi izmiješajte jaja, obje vrste šećera i mast. Dodajte mlijeko i žlicu po žlicu brašna. Važno: smjesa mora biti rijetka tako da ne pretjerujte s brašnom jer će u tom slučaju kolač biti gumast. U lim za pečenje stavite dvije žlice masti, stavite ga u pećnicu i zagrijte mast. Nakon nekoliko minuta, kad se mast dobro zagrijala, izlijte smjesu u lim. Kad je ulijete, smjesa u dodiru s masnoćom mora zacvrčati. Ubrzo tijekom pečenja pojavit će se mjehurići, što je znak da ste sve savršeno napravili. Pecite 20 minuta na temperaturi od 180 Celzijevih stupnjeva. Pripazite pritom da ne prepečete kolač jer je puno ukusniji kada je gornji sloj malo mekši. Odmah nakon pečenja slasticu možete posipati kristal šećerom.
SAVJET: S obzirom na to da ćete smjesu jako brzo zamutiti, pripremite lim za pečenje i pećnicu unaprijed jer nije poželjno da smjesa dugo stoji.

Ultimativne vanilin kiflice - recept Sweet Family
Za tijesto će vam trebati:
250 g oštrog brašna
100 g glatkog brašna
80 g šećera u prahu
na vršak noža praška za pecivo
1 vanilin šećer
3 žumanjka
200 g maslaca
100 g šećera
dodatno
šećer u prahu u koji se uvaljaju još tople kiflice
Priprema:
Od svih sastojaka zamijesite glatko tijesto, zamotajte u foliju i ostavite u hladnjaku otprilike sat vremena. Oblikujte kiflice i pecite 10-ak minuta na 180°C. Dok su još tople, uvaljajte ih u šećer u prahu.

Linzer torta s bademima i pekmezom od malina po receptu Priske Thuring
Trebat će vam:
130 g glatkog brašna
1/4 čajne žličice praška za pecivo
na vrh noža mljevenog klinčića
1/3 čajne žličice mljevenog cimeta
140 g badema u prahu
40 g mljevenih tostiranih lješnjaka
150 g maslaca
140 g šećera u prahu
fino ribana korica 1 limuna i 1/4 naranče
1/3 čajne žličice soli
1 jaje
pekmez od malina
listići badema
Priprema:
Pripremiti kalup promjera 22 cm – obložiti papirom za pečenje. Brašno prosijati s praškom za pecivo i začinima pa dodati badem u prahu i nasjeckane tostirane lješnjake. Maslac sa šećerom u prahu pjenasto izmiksati, dodati koricu limuna, naranče i sol. Dodati jaje i miksati u glatku smjesu. Maknuti s miksera i umiješati suhe sastojke.
Trećinu smjese staviti u kalup i poravnati. Ostatak smjese staviti u dresir-vrećicu. Uz rub kalupa našpricati “ogradicu” od tijesta širine 1 cm. U sredinu namazati pekmez od malina debljine ½ cm.
Poravnati pekmez i po cijeloj torti našpricati rešetku od tijesta. Po tijestu posuti badem u listićima. Staviti peći u pećnicu zagrijanu na 180°C. Peći dok se sredina torte ne podigne.

Donosimo vam tri najklikanija slatka recepta u 2020. godini, i usput predlažemo da ispečete duple porcije.
Ova godina nije bila nimalo lagana, no barem se malo popravila ovim slatkim delicijama, piše jutarnji.
Starinski kolač od jaja, masti i šećera po receptu Slavice Šagolj
2 jaja
2 žlice šećera
1 vanilija
1 žlica masti ili ulja
prstohvat soli
500 ml mlijeka
100 - 150 g brašna
Priprema:
Uključite pećnicu da se zagrije dok pripremate smjesu. U većoj posudi izmiješajte jaja, obje vrste šećera i mast. Dodajte mlijeko i žlicu po žlicu brašna. Važno: smjesa mora biti rijetka tako da ne pretjerujte s brašnom jer će u tom slučaju kolač biti gumast. U lim za pečenje stavite dvije žlice masti, stavite ga u pećnicu i zagrijte mast. Nakon nekoliko minuta, kad se mast dobro zagrijala, izlijte smjesu u lim. Kad je ulijete, smjesa u dodiru s masnoćom mora zacvrčati. Ubrzo tijekom pečenja pojavit će se mjehurići, što je znak da ste sve savršeno napravili. Pecite 20 minuta na temperaturi od 180 Celzijevih stupnjeva. Pripazite pritom da ne prepečete kolač jer je puno ukusniji kada je gornji sloj malo mekši. Odmah nakon pečenja slasticu možete posipati kristal šećerom.
SAVJET: S obzirom na to da ćete smjesu jako brzo zamutiti, pripremite lim za pečenje i pećnicu unaprijed jer nije poželjno da smjesa dugo stoji.

Ultimativne vanilin kiflice - recept Sweet Family
Za tijesto će vam trebati:
250 g oštrog brašna
100 g glatkog brašna
80 g šećera u prahu
na vršak noža praška za pecivo
1 vanilin šećer
3 žumanjka
200 g maslaca
100 g šećera
dodatno
šećer u prahu u koji se uvaljaju još tople kiflice
Priprema:
Od svih sastojaka zamijesite glatko tijesto, zamotajte u foliju i ostavite u hladnjaku otprilike sat vremena. Oblikujte kiflice i pecite 10-ak minuta na 180°C. Dok su još tople, uvaljajte ih u šećer u prahu.

Linzer torta s bademima i pekmezom od malina po receptu Priske Thuring
Trebat će vam:
130 g glatkog brašna
1/4 čajne žličice praška za pecivo
na vrh noža mljevenog klinčića
1/3 čajne žličice mljevenog cimeta
140 g badema u prahu
40 g mljevenih tostiranih lješnjaka
150 g maslaca
140 g šećera u prahu
fino ribana korica 1 limuna i 1/4 naranče
1/3 čajne žličice soli
1 jaje
pekmez od malina
listići badema
Priprema:
Pripremiti kalup promjera 22 cm – obložiti papirom za pečenje. Brašno prosijati s praškom za pecivo i začinima pa dodati badem u prahu i nasjeckane tostirane lješnjake. Maslac sa šećerom u prahu pjenasto izmiksati, dodati koricu limuna, naranče i sol. Dodati jaje i miksati u glatku smjesu. Maknuti s miksera i umiješati suhe sastojke.
Trećinu smjese staviti u kalup i poravnati. Ostatak smjese staviti u dresir-vrećicu. Uz rub kalupa našpricati “ogradicu” od tijesta širine 1 cm. U sredinu namazati pekmez od malina debljine ½ cm.
Poravnati pekmez i po cijeloj torti našpricati rešetku od tijesta. Po tijestu posuti badem u listićima. Staviti peći u pećnicu zagrijanu na 180°C. Peći dok se sredina torte ne podigne.
