Malo tko od nas ima vremen kuhati cijeli obrok od početka do kraja svaki dan. Umjesto toga radije skuhamo malo veću količinu i onda ostatak zamrznemo, ali i hrana u dubokom ledu ima svoj rok trajanja. Ako vam je došlo vrijeme da odmrznete svoje jelo, donosimo par savjeta kako to učiniti na ispravan način.

Svakako je najlakša metoda za odmrzavanje hrane da je stavite u mikrovalnu pećnicu. Stavite je u postavkama na 'odmrzavanje', a kako, možete provjeriti u uputstvima jer je svaki kuhinjski aparat drugačiji. Dosta ih ima i različite opcije ovisno o tome koju namirnicu odmrzavate pa pripazite i na to.

Ipak, ne posjeduju svi mikrovalnu u svojoj kuhinji. Drugi način je odmrzavanje uranjanjem u vodu. Tako hrana neće zagorjeti na dijelu koji je na dnu posude već će se grijati ravnomjerno sa svih strana.

"Mnogi mikrobi koji se prenose hranom mogu izdržati smrzavanje i predstavljati problem kasnije nakon odmrzavanja, a to se pogoršava ako se hranu ne zagrije dobro," kaže Wu.

Što se tiče podgrijavanja u mikrovalnoj pećnici, još uvijek postoji kontroverza oko toga možete li koristiti plastiku. To je zato što istraživanja sugeriraju da će se mnoge vrste plastike lagano razgraditi zagrijavanjem, zbog čega će kemikalije procuriti u vašu hranu. Zbog toga agencije za sigurnost zdravlja preporučuju korištenje drugih materijala prije plastike.

Malo tko od nas ima vremen kuhati cijeli obrok od početka do kraja svaki dan. Umjesto toga radije skuhamo malo veću količinu i onda ostatak zamrznemo, ali i hrana u dubokom ledu ima svoj rok trajanja. Ako vam je došlo vrijeme da odmrznete svoje jelo, donosimo par savjeta kako to učiniti na ispravan način.

Svakako je najlakša metoda za odmrzavanje hrane da je stavite u mikrovalnu pećnicu. Stavite je u postavkama na 'odmrzavanje', a kako, možete provjeriti u uputstvima jer je svaki kuhinjski aparat drugačiji. Dosta ih ima i različite opcije ovisno o tome koju namirnicu odmrzavate pa pripazite i na to.

Ipak, ne posjeduju svi mikrovalnu u svojoj kuhinji. Drugi način je odmrzavanje uranjanjem u vodu. Tako hrana neće zagorjeti na dijelu koji je na dnu posude već će se grijati ravnomjerno sa svih strana.

Ključno je da pritom pripazite da se voda ne zagrije ni u jednom trenutku na temperaturu iznad 6 stupnjeva celzijusovih. Vrijeme koje je potrebno da hranu odmrznete ovom metodom je 20 do 30 minuta po kilogramu, piše Eat this.

Hranu se može odmrzavati i ponovnim kuhanjem, ali samo ako je u manjim komadima kao npr. mljeveno ili sjeckano meso.

Često ljudi misle da zamrzavanjem nestaju sve bakterije iz hrane, ali to nije točno pojašnjava dr. Felicii Wu, profesorica sa Državnog sveučilišta u Michiganu.

"Mnogi mikrobi koji se prenose hranom mogu izdržati smrzavanje i predstavljati problem kasnije nakon odmrzavanja, a to se pogoršava ako se hranu ne zagrije dobro," kaže Wu.

Što se tiče podgrijavanja u mikrovalnoj pećnici, još uvijek postoji kontroverza oko toga možete li koristiti plastiku. To je zato što istraživanja sugeriraju da će se mnoge vrste plastike lagano razgraditi zagrijavanjem, zbog čega će kemikalije procuriti u vašu hranu. Zbog toga agencije za sigurnost zdravlja preporučuju korištenje drugih materijala prije plastike.

Kako ispravno odmrznuti i podgrijati hranu: jednu stvar nikako ne biste trebali raditi

Malo tko od nas ima vremen kuhati cijeli obrok od početka do kraja svaki dan. Umjesto toga radije skuhamo malo veću količinu i onda ostatak zamrznemo, ali i hrana u dubokom ledu ima svoj rok trajanja. Ako vam je došlo vrijeme da odmrznete svoje jelo, donosimo par savjeta kako to učiniti na ispravan način.

Svakako je najlakša metoda za odmrzavanje hrane da je stavite u mikrovalnu pećnicu. Stavite je u postavkama na 'odmrzavanje', a kako, možete provjeriti u uputstvima jer je svaki kuhinjski aparat drugačiji. Dosta ih ima i različite opcije ovisno o tome koju namirnicu odmrzavate pa pripazite i na to.

Ipak, ne posjeduju svi mikrovalnu u svojoj kuhinji. Drugi način je odmrzavanje uranjanjem u vodu. Tako hrana neće zagorjeti na dijelu koji je na dnu posude već će se...
