Jeste li se ikada priupitali koliko je hrana koju jedete, ponekad i masno plaćate, kvalitetna? Nude li nam se na policama supermarketa namirnice visoke kvalitete, je li cijena mjerilo vrijednosti?

Ako je u pitanju čokolada, postoji i jednostavan test koji će vam odgovoriti na to pitanje. Ne trebate se dvoumiti, dovoljno je da poslušate kakav zvuk ona proizvodi prilikom lomljenja na "kockice".

Angus Kennedy urednik je magazina specijaliziranog za čokoladu, Kennedy's Confection, a njegov posao je degustiranje različitih vrsta čokolade i procjenjivanje njihove kvalitete. Za Business Insider otkrio je kako izgleda najkvalitetnija čokolada na tržištu, a otkrio je i jednostavan trik uz pomoć kojeg možete provjeriti je li riječ o "pravoj" čokoladi ili ne - misleći na onu s višim udjelom kvalitetnog kakaa.

 

"Prilično je jednostavno provjeriti čokoladu koju ste kupili. Ovdje imam dvije čokolade, jednu standardnu mliječnu i vrlo povoljnu, a s druge strane jednu koja košta mnogo više, uz to ima i mnogo veći postotak kakaa", kaže Kennedy na početku izlaganja.

"Siguran način procjene je razlomiti tablu i slušati zvuk. Ona kvalitetnija čokolada proizvodi zvuk blizak "kliku". Ne topi se brzo poput one mliječne koja proizvodi sasvim drugačij zvuk, a sadrži i mnogo manje šećera i biljne masti. Kad jedete kvalitetnu čokoladu, trebali biste osjećati blagi voćni okus zato što je i zrno kakaa takvo", objašnjava on.

Jeste li se ikada priupitali koliko je hrana koju jedete, ponekad i masno plaćate, kvalitetna? Nude li nam se na policama supermarketa namirnice visoke kvalitete, je li cijena mjerilo vrijednosti?

Ako je u pitanju čokolada, postoji i jednostavan test koji će vam odgovoriti na to pitanje. Ne trebate se dvoumiti, dovoljno je da poslušate kakav zvuk ona proizvodi prilikom lomljenja na "kockice".

Angus Kennedy urednik je magazina specijaliziranog za čokoladu, Kennedy's Confection, a njegov posao je degustiranje različitih vrsta čokolade i procjenjivanje njihove kvalitete. Za Business Insider otkrio je kako izgleda najkvalitetnija čokolada na tržištu, a otkrio je i jednostavan trik uz pomoć kojeg možete provjeriti je li riječ o "pravoj" čokoladi ili ne - misleći na onu s višim udjelom kvalitetnog kakaa.

 

"Prilično je jednostavno provjeriti čokoladu koju ste kupili. Ovdje imam dvije čokolade, jednu standardnu mliječnu i vrlo povoljnu, a s druge strane jednu koja košta mnogo više, uz to ima i mnogo veći postotak kakaa", kaže Kennedy na početku izlaganja.

"Siguran način procjene je razlomiti tablu i slušati zvuk. Ona kvalitetnija čokolada proizvodi zvuk blizak "kliku". Ne topi se brzo poput one mliječne koja proizvodi sasvim drugačij zvuk, a sadrži i mnogo manje šećera i biljne masti. Kad jedete kvalitetnu čokoladu, trebali biste osjećati blagi voćni okus zato što je i zrno kakaa takvo", objašnjava on.
