Francuska agencija za lijekove upozorila je na moguće loše i neželjeno djelovanje lijekova za Covid-19 koji se ispituju, uputivši poziv da ih se "ni u kojem slučaju" ne koristi na svoju ruku pošto su prijavljena tri smrtna slučaja koja mogu biti povezana s tim lijekovima.

"Tridesetak" teških nuspojava i "tri smrti" prijavljeni su dosad kod pacijenata oboljelih od koronavirusa koji su liječeni Plaquenilom (hidroksiklorokin) ali i drugim lijekovima kao što su Kaletra (antivirusni, kombinacija lopinavira i ritonavira), rekao je za France Presse Dominique Martin, glavni direktor ANSM-a.

Te su neželjene posljedice prijavljene uglavnom u bolnicama i još se provode analize kako bi se utvrdilo mogu li se one pripisati lijekovima što su ih uzimali pacijenti, istaknuo je, izrazivši nadu da će se prvi zaključci donijeti "do kraja tjedna".

ANSM je prije petnaestak dana pod "pojačan nadzor" stavio lijekove za Covid-19 koji su u fazi ispitivanja, "napose kada se uzimaju izvan kliničkih ispitivanja (klorokin, hidroksiklorokin, azitromicid, lopinavir/ritonavir, tocilizumab, kolhicin)".

"Savršeno je jasno da se lijekovi, s obzirom na okolnosti, moraju ispitati, ali te proizvode svejedno treba kontrolirati", rekao je Dominique Martin.

U tom smislu "posebnu pozornost" zaslužuje hidroksiklorokin u kombinaciji s antibiotikom azitromicinom koji su u središtu pozornosti otkad je francuski profesor Didier Raoult objavio dvije sporne studije koje, kako tvrdi, potvrđuju njihovu "djelotvornost" protiv koronavirusa, napominje glavni direktor ANSM-a.

Njihova kombinacija "povećava rizik" od poremećaja srčanog ritma "koji može uzrokovati srčani zastoj", kaže. A to "još više vrijedi za pacijente koji boluju od Covida-19", zbog posebnih metaboličkih poremećaja koji prate tu bolest.

Francuska agencija za lijekove upozorila je na moguće loše i neželjeno djelovanje lijekova za Covid-19 koji se ispituju, uputivši poziv da ih se "ni u kojem slučaju" ne koristi na svoju ruku pošto su prijavljena tri smrtna slučaja koja mogu biti povezana s tim lijekovima.

"Tridesetak" teških nuspojava i "tri smrti" prijavljeni su dosad kod pacijenata oboljelih od koronavirusa koji su liječeni Plaquenilom (hidroksiklorokin) ali i drugim lijekovima kao što su Kaletra (antivirusni, kombinacija lopinavira i ritonavira), rekao je za France Presse Dominique Martin, glavni direktor ANSM-a.

Te su neželjene posljedice prijavljene uglavnom u bolnicama i još se provode analize kako bi se utvrdilo mogu li se one pripisati lijekovima što su ih uzimali pacijenti, istaknuo je, izrazivši nadu da će se prvi zaključci donijeti "do kraja tjedna".

ANSM je prije petnaestak dana pod "pojačan nadzor" stavio lijekove za Covid-19 koji su u fazi ispitivanja, "napose kada se uzimaju izvan kliničkih ispitivanja (klorokin, hidroksiklorokin, azitromicid, lopinavir/ritonavir, tocilizumab, kolhicin)".

"Savršeno je jasno da se lijekovi, s obzirom na okolnosti, moraju ispitati, ali te proizvode svejedno treba kontrolirati", rekao je Dominique Martin.

U tom smislu "posebnu pozornost" zaslužuje hidroksiklorokin u kombinaciji s antibiotikom azitromicinom koji su u središtu pozornosti otkad je francuski profesor Didier Raoult objavio dvije sporne studije koje, kako tvrdi, potvrđuju njihovu "djelotvornost" protiv koronavirusa, napominje glavni direktor ANSM-a.

Njihova kombinacija "povećava rizik" od poremećaja srčanog ritma "koji može uzrokovati srčani zastoj", kaže. A to "još više vrijedi za pacijente koji boluju od Covida-19", zbog posebnih metaboličkih poremećaja koji prate tu bolest.

Francuska agencija za lijekove upozorila je na moguće loše i neželjeno djelovanje lijekova za Covid-19 koji se ispituju, uputivši poziv da ih se "ni u kojem slučaju" ne koristi na svoju ruku pošto su prijavljena tri smrtna slučaja koja mogu biti povezana s tim lijekovima.

"Tridesetak" teških nuspojava i "tri smrti" prijavljeni su dosad kod pacijenata oboljelih od koronavirusa koji su liječeni Plaquenilom (hidroksiklorokin) ali i drugim lijekovima kao što su Kaletra (antivirusni, kombinacija lopinavira i ritonavira), rekao je za France Presse Dominique Martin, glavni direktor ANSM-a.
