Poljska je spremna besplatno transferirati svoje borbene avione MiG 29 američkoj vladi, javio je večeras Guardian.
Riječ je zapravo o potezu kojim bi poljski MiG-ovi (njih 27) preko Amerikanaca došli u ruke Zračnih snaga Ukrajine koja zapadne države već danima preklinje da im dostavi avione, piše Jutarnji list.
- Vlasti Republike Poljske, nakon konzultacija Predsjednika Republike i Vlade, spremne su odmah i bez naknade poslati sve svoje borbene avione MiG 29 u zračnu bazu Ramstein (američka vojna baza u Njemačkoj, op. a.) i staviti ih na raspolaganje Vladi SAD-a.
Istovremeno, Poljska traži od Sjedinjenih Država da nam dostave rabljene avione odgovarajućih operativnih sposobnosti. Poljska je odmah spremna i pregovarati o kupnji aviona.
Poljska vlada također traži od svojih NATO saveznika - koje posjeduju MiG-ove 29, da postupe na isti način (poruka je očito usmjerena Slovacima i Bugarima koji zajedno imaju još 25 ili 26 MiG-ova 29, op. a.), stoji u dopisu poljske vlade.
Kako javlja Guardian, na potez Poljske da dostavi svoje MiG-ove 29 u američku zračnu bazu utjecali su intenzivni pregovori između poljske vlade i britanskog premijera Borisa Johnsona.
Konkretno, Johnson je pitanje aviona za Ukrajince potegnuo s poljskim premijerom Mateuszom Morawieckim tijekom njihova susreta u Londonu. Poljska, kao i Slovačka i Bugarska, dosad nisu bile sklone udovoljiti molbama ukrajinskih vlasti, naročito predsjednika Zelenskog, da im dostave avione. Štoviše, tu su mogućnost javno odbacili više puta, vjerojatno i u strahu od ruske reakcije koja bi donaciju borbenih aviona Ukrajini, u trenucima kada Rusija još nema potpunu zračnu prevlast u ratu, mogla shvatiti kao otvoreno agresivan čin.
MiG-ovi 29 ove tri NATO članice datiraju uglavnom (ili potpuno) iz sovjetskih vremena, ali su ipak donekle modernizirani (barem oni Zračnih snaga Poljske).
Ako poljski MiG-ovi zaista dođu do ukrajinskih pilota, pretpostavlja se da bi oni njima mogli letjeti bez dodatne obuke, iako je riječ o letjelicama koje su vjerojatno nešto različite u odnosu na ukrajinske MiG-ove 29.
U svakom slučaju, Zračnim snagama Ukrajine, koje su dosad zasigurno pretrpjele nemale gubitke (aviona i pilota), ovo bi bila velika pomoć i daljnji poticaj da osujete totalnu prevlast ruskih zračnih snaga nad nebom Ukrajine.
Prije početka ruske invazije Zračne snage Ukrajine imale su na raspolaganju oko stotinjak borbenih aviona (37 lovaca MiG 29, 32 lovca Suhoj Su 27, 12 lovaca bombardera Su-24 te 17 jurišnih aviona Su 25, prema podacima stranice World Air Forces). S koliko trenutno raspolažu, nije poznato.
Spomenimo i da je prvi koji je javno spomenuo mogućnost donacije borbenih aviona Ukrajini bio Joseph Borell, visoki predstavnik EU za vanjske poslove i sigurnosnu politiku, piše Jutarnji list.

Poljska je spremna besplatno transferirati svoje borbene avione MiG 29 američkoj vladi, javio je večeras Guardian.
Riječ je zapravo o potezu kojim bi poljski MiG-ovi (njih 27) preko Amerikanaca došli u ruke Zračnih snaga Ukrajine koja zapadne države već danima preklinje da im dostavi avione, piše Jutarnji list.
- Vlasti Republike Poljske, nakon konzultacija Predsjednika Republike i Vlade, spremne su odmah i bez naknade poslati sve svoje borbene avione MiG 29 u zračnu bazu Ramstein (američka vojna baza u Njemačkoj, op. a.) i staviti ih na raspolaganje Vladi SAD-a.
Istovremeno, Poljska traži od Sjedinjenih Država da nam dostave rabljene avione odgovarajućih operativnih sposobnosti. Poljska je odmah spremna i pregovarati o kupnji aviona.
Poljska vlada također traži od svojih NATO saveznika - koje posjeduju MiG-ove 29, da postupe na isti način (poruka je očito usmjerena Slovacima i Bugarima koji zajedno imaju još 25 ili 26 MiG-ova 29, op. a.), stoji u dopisu poljske vlade.
Kako javlja Guardian, na potez Poljske da dostavi svoje MiG-ove 29 u američku zračnu bazu utjecali su intenzivni pregovori između poljske vlade i britanskog premijera Borisa Johnsona.
Konkretno, Johnson je pitanje aviona za Ukrajince potegnuo s poljskim premijerom Mateuszom Morawieckim tijekom njihova susreta u Londonu. Poljska, kao i Slovačka i Bugarska, dosad nisu bile sklone udovoljiti molbama ukrajinskih vlasti, naročito predsjednika Zelenskog, da im dostave avione. Štoviše, tu su mogućnost javno odbacili više puta, vjerojatno i u strahu od ruske reakcije koja bi donaciju borbenih aviona Ukrajini, u trenucima kada Rusija još nema potpunu zračnu prevlast u ratu, mogla shvatiti kao otvoreno agresivan čin.
MiG-ovi 29 ove tri NATO članice datiraju uglavnom (ili potpuno) iz sovjetskih vremena, ali su ipak donekle modernizirani (barem oni Zračnih snaga Poljske).
Ako poljski MiG-ovi zaista dođu do ukrajinskih pilota, pretpostavlja se da bi oni njima mogli letjeti bez dodatne obuke, iako je riječ o letjelicama koje su vjerojatno nešto različite u odnosu na ukrajinske MiG-ove 29.
U svakom slučaju, Zračnim snagama Ukrajine, koje su dosad zasigurno pretrpjele nemale gubitke (aviona i pilota), ovo bi bila velika pomoć i daljnji poticaj da osujete totalnu prevlast ruskih zračnih snaga nad nebom Ukrajine.
Prije početka ruske invazije Zračne snage Ukrajine imale su na raspolaganju oko stotinjak borbenih aviona (37 lovaca MiG 29, 32 lovca Suhoj Su 27, 12 lovaca bombardera Su-24 te 17 jurišnih aviona Su 25, prema podacima stranice World Air Forces). S koliko trenutno raspolažu, nije poznato.
Spomenimo i da je prvi koji je javno spomenuo mogućnost donacije borbenih aviona Ukrajini bio Joseph Borell, visoki predstavnik EU za vanjske poslove i sigurnosnu politiku, piše Jutarnji list.
