U danu kada je Hrvatska zabilježila rekordnih 748 zaraženih od korona virusa, razgovarali smo s dr. Anom Gligić, čuvenom beogradskom virologinjom, koja je svjetsku slavu stekla zahvaljujući uspješnom suzbijanju epidemije velikih boginja 70-tih godina prošlog stoljeća u bivšoj Jugoslaviji.
I do nje je u Beogardu jučer brzo stigla o neslavnim rekordima u prvom susjedstvu, ali i dalje tvrdi da se ne radi o nekom novom, već istom valu.
- Epidemija traje u kontinuitetu. Mislim da se pokazalo točnim ono što sam po izbijanju epidemije onako bojažljivo rekla, a to je da se korone nikada nećemo riješiti, ali ćemo ju svesti na neku mjeru. Ipak, ni u snu nisam očekivala da ona napravi ovako jedno čudo. To je prvenstveno zbog njezinih neobičnih karakteristika, koje nismo poznavali i koje još ne poznajemo do kraja. Ovo što se zbiva sada kod vas u Hrvatskoj i diljem Europe ja to nazivam pikovima iste epidemije – reći će nam dr. Gligić i slikovito pojasniti:
- Uzmite more i valove na njemu: jedan val kada prođe, more se mora smiriti da bi naišao novi. Svi oni mali valovi su posljedica prvog. Znači, ovo je dinamika pojave i pada novih slučajeva u istoj epidemiji koja nije završila.
A što je razlog ovolikih brojki - neodgovornost ljudi, nepredvidivost virusa, hladnije vrijeme...?
- Sve skupa. Najveća karekteristika virusa jest što se pokazao toliko otpornim u vanjskoj sredini. Drugo, za njegov način širenja ispostavilo se, dokazano da se može raditi kapljično, kontaktno i respiratorno, zrakom. Još samo trebamo dobiti alimentarni put, hranom, onda bi na djelu imali sve moguće načine. Posljednjeg još nema na pomolu, ali ja to pozorno gledam i studiram. Nikakvih relevantnih podataka još nema, ali bi trebalo posvetiti pažnju. Vidite da cijeli svijet nema što ne poduzima, ali korona zaobilazi sve mjere i buja gdje hoće. Ja smatram da škole i fakulteti su ti koji jedini moraju raditi, jer veće bi posledice bile od njihovog zatvaranja nego od same korone. Djeca će nam ostati nepismena - upozorava poznata virologinja.
Po njoj, treba ići na što masovnije nošenje maski, držanje distance, izolacije jednih od drugih.
- Okupljanja ljudi su najveći problem, najgora stvar. Tu mislim na druženja u kafićima, restoranima, rođendane, vjenčanja, festivale, sportske priredbe. Tu dolazi do najvećeg broja zaraza. Jučer je objavljen i relevantan podatak da se virus prenosi čak i novcem – upozorava naša sugovornica.
Nade cijelog svijeta uperene su u razvoj cjepiva, ali dr. Gligić poziva na oprez kada je u pitanju brzina i masovna procijepljenost.
- Od početka se govorilo da ga u najboljem slučaju možemo imati za 12 mjeseci, znači negdje krajem siječnja, početkom veljače, ali ja u to ne vjerujem. Moj je prvi proračun da će to biti za 18 mjeseci od pojave virusa, a s ubrzanjima tek nešto malo kraće. Vidite što su uradili Englezi, da su za nosioca uzeli adeno virus od čimpanze. Odgovorno tvrdim da to nigdje ne može proći. Zato sada imaju problema i stali su na razvoju. Sinoć stiže i vijest da je Amerika, odnosno Johnson i Johnson zaustavili isti proces zbog neželjenih posljedica.
Ja ova cjepiva na kojima se trenutačnu užurbano radi ja naziv brzometnim, na brzinu napravljena. Prava cjepiva koja se prave od soja koji je u cirkulaciji, znači od korone koja izaziva bolest pa se mora u laboratorijima učiniti da ne bude infektivan za ljude, ona su ta koja bi davala dugotrajni imunitet. Ove s nosačom daju možda najviše dvije godine imuniteta, što tvrde i Rusi. Ali ja sam javno postavila pitanje kako mogu pričati o dvije godine imuniteta, kada korona postoji samo godinu. Oni doduše imaju iskustva sa Sarsom. Svakako, ove sada na kojima se radi imat će kratkotrajan imunitet. Ima i podataka da se virus na neki način promjenio ili se pojavio neki novi soj, što može biti dodatni problem – poručila je iz Beograda dr. Ana Gligić.

U danu kada je Hrvatska zabilježila rekordnih 748 zaraženih od korona virusa, razgovarali smo s dr. Anom Gligić, čuvenom beogradskom virologinjom, koja je svjetsku slavu stekla zahvaljujući uspješnom suzbijanju epidemije velikih boginja 70-tih godina prošlog stoljeća u bivšoj Jugoslaviji.
I do nje je u Beogardu jučer brzo stigla o neslavnim rekordima u prvom susjedstvu, ali i dalje tvrdi da se ne radi o nekom novom, već istom valu.
- Epidemija traje u kontinuitetu. Mislim da se pokazalo točnim ono što sam po izbijanju epidemije onako bojažljivo rekla, a to je da se korone nikada nećemo riješiti, ali ćemo ju svesti na neku mjeru. Ipak, ni u snu nisam očekivala da ona napravi ovako jedno čudo. To je prvenstveno zbog njezinih neobičnih karakteristika, koje nismo poznavali i koje još ne poznajemo do kraja. Ovo što se zbiva sada kod vas u Hrvatskoj i diljem Europe ja to nazivam pikovima iste epidemije – reći će nam dr. Gligić i slikovito pojasniti:
- Uzmite more i valove na njemu: jedan val kada prođe, more se mora smiriti da bi naišao novi. Svi oni mali valovi su posljedica prvog. Znači, ovo je dinamika pojave i pada novih slučajeva u istoj epidemiji koja nije završila.
A što je razlog ovolikih brojki - neodgovornost ljudi, nepredvidivost virusa, hladnije vrijeme...?
- Sve skupa. Najveća karekteristika virusa jest što se pokazao toliko otpornim u vanjskoj sredini. Drugo, za njegov način širenja ispostavilo se, dokazano da se može raditi kapljično, kontaktno i respiratorno, zrakom. Još samo trebamo dobiti alimentarni put, hranom, onda bi na djelu imali sve moguće načine. Posljednjeg još nema na pomolu, ali ja to pozorno gledam i studiram. Nikakvih relevantnih podataka još nema, ali bi trebalo posvetiti pažnju. Vidite da cijeli svijet nema što ne poduzima, ali korona zaobilazi sve mjere i buja gdje hoće. Ja smatram da škole i fakulteti su ti koji jedini moraju raditi, jer veće bi posledice bile od njihovog zatvaranja nego od same korone. Djeca će nam ostati nepismena - upozorava poznata virologinja.
Po njoj, treba ići na što masovnije nošenje maski, držanje distance, izolacije jednih od drugih.
- Okupljanja ljudi su najveći problem, najgora stvar. Tu mislim na druženja u kafićima, restoranima, rođendane, vjenčanja, festivale, sportske priredbe. Tu dolazi do najvećeg broja zaraza. Jučer je objavljen i relevantan podatak da se virus prenosi čak i novcem – upozorava naša sugovornica.
Nade cijelog svijeta uperene su u razvoj cjepiva, ali dr. Gligić poziva na oprez kada je u pitanju brzina i masovna procijepljenost.
- Od početka se govorilo da ga u najboljem slučaju možemo imati za 12 mjeseci, znači negdje krajem siječnja, početkom veljače, ali ja u to ne vjerujem. Moj je prvi proračun da će to biti za 18 mjeseci od pojave virusa, a s ubrzanjima tek nešto malo kraće. Vidite što su uradili Englezi, da su za nosioca uzeli adeno virus od čimpanze. Odgovorno tvrdim da to nigdje ne može proći. Zato sada imaju problema i stali su na razvoju. Sinoć stiže i vijest da je Amerika, odnosno Johnson i Johnson zaustavili isti proces zbog neželjenih posljedica.
Ja ova cjepiva na kojima se trenutačnu užurbano radi ja naziv brzometnim, na brzinu napravljena. Prava cjepiva koja se prave od soja koji je u cirkulaciji, znači od korone koja izaziva bolest pa se mora u laboratorijima učiniti da ne bude infektivan za ljude, ona su ta koja bi davala dugotrajni imunitet. Ove s nosačom daju možda najviše dvije godine imuniteta, što tvrde i Rusi. Ali ja sam javno postavila pitanje kako mogu pričati o dvije godine imuniteta, kada korona postoji samo godinu. Oni doduše imaju iskustva sa Sarsom. Svakako, ove sada na kojima se radi imat će kratkotrajan imunitet. Ima i podataka da se virus na neki način promjenio ili se pojavio neki novi soj, što može biti dodatni problem – poručila je iz Beograda dr. Ana Gligić.
