Državna granica prema Bosni i Hercegovini zatvorena je za većinu stanovnika doline Neretve. Preko granice mogu samo oni koji imaju putovnice i spremni su na dvotjednu izolaciju u Hercegovini.

Federacija BiH uvela je "stanje nesreće" zbog koronavirusa u čitavoj zemlji te se za ulazak u BiH traži putovnica za sve državljane RH, pa i za one koji žive u pograničnom području, smo koji stotinjak metara od granične crte.

Budući da je dosadašnja međudržavna praksa bila da se granica prelazi s osobnom iskaznicom ili pograničnom propusnicom, samo rijetki imaju putovnicu, koja im opet ništa ne znači ako nisu spremni na četrnaestodnevnu izolaciju na području Hercegovine.

Ništa od ljekarne

Da se preko granice u Gabela polju ne propušta nitko bez valjane putovnice i rješenja o samoizolaciji, uvjerili smo se osobno u ponedjeljak poslijepodne. Novinar "Slobodne" pokušao je prijeći granicu u Gabela polju, no nakon hrvatske pogranične kontrole, koja nije stvarala probleme, bosanska policija nije dopustila prolazak.

Policajci BiH uredno su provjerili osobnu iskaznicu, koja nije bila dovoljna za prelazak granice samo na nekoliko minuta u Gabela polje, gdje se većina Neretvana dosad opskrbljivala namirnicama i lijekovima u ljekarni nedaleko od same granice. Rekli su da je za prelazak granice potrebna putovnica i rješenje o samoizolaciji.

Nisu pomogla ni uvjeravanja da ću pješice proći do ljekarne udaljene samo stotinjak metara od policijske kućice.
Ovakvih i sličnih slučajeva je mnogo. Stanovnici Gabela polja, Gabele i Doljana, koji gravitiraju Metkoviću, u velikom su problemu. Zasad mogu ući u Hrvatsku, ali ne mogu se vratiti natrag kući a da ne završe u karanteni dva tjedna.

Stoga mnogi od njih nisu u ponedjeljak ni otišli na posao u Hrvatsku. Takva je situacija i na području Ljubuškog i Imotske krajine. Oni koji imaju gdje biti u Hrvatskoj nastoje se smjestiti kod prijatelja i rodbine, dok su drugi ostali u BiH.

Suprotan primjer

Osim što su zabrinuti zbog epidemije koronavirusa, stanovnici s obje strane granice dodatno su opterećeni i problemima s prelaskom državne granice. Sreća je što su škole i vrtići zatvoreni, jer da djeca idu u školu, na granici u dolini Neretve bio bi totalni kaos.

Za razliku od doline Neretve, gdje su se u posljednja tri dana promijenila tri granična režima na hrvatskoj i bosanskohercegovačkoj strani, na području Neuma sve je po starom. Neumski koridor zasad nije obuhvaćen promjenama graničnih režima, tako da se prema Dubrovniku prometuje neometano, uz redovitu graničnu kontrolu robe i putnika te prolazak hrvatskih državljana samo s osobnom iskaznicom.

Državna granica prema Bosni i Hercegovini zatvorena je za većinu stanovnika doline Neretve. Preko granice mogu samo oni koji imaju putovnice i spremni su na dvotjednu izolaciju u Hercegovini.

Federacija BiH uvela je "stanje nesreće" zbog koronavirusa u čitavoj zemlji te se za ulazak u BiH traži putovnica za sve državljane RH, pa i za one koji žive u pograničnom području, smo koji stotinjak metara od granične crte.

Budući da je dosadašnja međudržavna praksa bila da se granica prelazi s osobnom iskaznicom ili pograničnom propusnicom, samo rijetki imaju putovnicu, koja im opet ništa ne znači ako nisu spremni na četrnaestodnevnu izolaciju na području Hercegovine.

Ništa od ljekarne

Da se preko granice u Gabela polju ne propušta nitko bez valjane putovnice i rješenja o samoizolaciji, uvjerili smo se osobno u ponedjeljak poslijepodne. Novinar "Slobodne" pokušao je prijeći granicu u Gabela polju, no nakon hrvatske pogranične kontrole, koja nije stvarala probleme, bosanska policija nije dopustila prolazak.

Policajci BiH uredno su provjerili osobnu iskaznicu, koja nije bila dovoljna za prelazak granice samo na nekoliko minuta u Gabela polje, gdje se većina Neretvana dosad opskrbljivala namirnicama i lijekovima u ljekarni nedaleko od same granice. Rekli su da je za prelazak granice potrebna putovnica i rješenje o samoizolaciji.

Nisu pomogla ni uvjeravanja da ću pješice proći do ljekarne udaljene samo stotinjak metara od policijske kućice.
Ovakvih i sličnih slučajeva je mnogo. Stanovnici Gabela polja, Gabele i Doljana, koji gravitiraju Metkoviću, u velikom su problemu. Zasad mogu ući u Hrvatsku, ali ne mogu se vratiti natrag kući a da ne završe u karanteni dva tjedna.

Stoga mnogi od njih nisu u ponedjeljak ni otišli na posao u Hrvatsku. Takva je situacija i na području Ljubuškog i Imotske krajine. Oni koji imaju gdje biti u Hrvatskoj nastoje se smjestiti kod prijatelja i rodbine, dok su drugi ostali u BiH.

Suprotan primjer

Osim što su zabrinuti zbog epidemije koronavirusa, stanovnici s obje strane granice dodatno su opterećeni i problemima s prelaskom državne granice. Sreća je što su škole i vrtići zatvoreni, jer da djeca idu u školu, na granici u dolini Neretve bio bi totalni kaos.

Za razliku od doline Neretve, gdje su se u posljednja tri dana promijenila tri granična režima na hrvatskoj i bosanskohercegovačkoj strani, na području Neuma sve je po starom. Neumski koridor zasad nije obuhvaćen promjenama graničnih režima, tako da se prema Dubrovniku prometuje neometano, uz redovitu graničnu kontrolu robe i putnika te prolazak hrvatskih državljana samo s osobnom iskaznicom.
