Siniša Hajdaš Dončić.
"Ono što mogu argumentirano ustvrditi je da do 25. svibnja uprave HAC-a i ARZ-a moraju donijeti ozbiljan projekt restrukturiranja i tek nakon toga razmotrit ćemo mogućnost povećavanja cestarina", rekao je Hajdaš Dončić.
Istaknuo je da, dođe li do povećanja cestarina i bude li to potrebno, to se neće odnositi na stalne korisnike koji koriste sustav ENC-a.
Na taj način, smatra Hajdaš Dončić, bit će zadržana konkurentnost prijevoznika i špeditera i osoba koje često koriste autoceste.
Odluku neće biti donesena bez detaljne analize, rekao je te dodao da je na današnji dan ukupan dug HAC-a i ARZ-a 27 milijardi kuna pa stoga te tvrtke nemaju potencijal za daljnja ulaganja pa čak ni za zadržavanje sadašnjeg stanja, bez ozbiljnog restrukturiranja.
Na pitanje znači li to da će se skupljim cestarinama pokriti neracionalnosti HAC-a i ARZ-a, Hajdaš Dončić je odgovorio niječno istaknuvši da će cestarine poskupjeti jedino ako programi restrukturiranja pokažu da se bez toga ne mogu postići dostatne uštede.
Na pitanje hoće li biti otkaza (u HAC-u i ARZ-u), odgovorio je da vjerojatno hoće, ali da ne može reći više dok ne vidi planove restrukturiranja.
Upitan kakav je njegov opći dojam o stanju u HAC-u ARZ-u kazao je kako je problem tekuća likvidnost i nevraćanja obveza.
Dodao je da su pojedinim dionicama radovi ugovarani čak i protuzakonito jer nisu bila osigurana sredstava, osobito što se tiče HAC-a, a za većinu nisu ishođene ni građevinske dozvole nego su ugovori bili potpisani na temelju idejnih studija, pa se na njima radovi neće nastaviti.
To, kako je rekao, ne uključuje koridor 5C odnosno most kod Osijeka i dio autoceste prema Belom Manastiru jer su za to novac osigurali strani investitori. "Sve ostalo je više - manje upitno", rekao je ministar te dodao kako garantira da više neće biti moguće pregovarati ili sklapati ugovore za ono za što nisu osigurana sredstva.
Na pitanje koji su konkretno pravci upitni, rekao je da Ministarstvo treba donijeti strategiju prometnog razvoja Hrvatske na temelju koje će biti vidljivo gdje će se i kojom dinamikom graditi, što ne uključuje gradnju državnih cesta.
U sljedećem razdoblju najznačajnija će biti uloga Hrvatskih cesta, a više će biti ulaganja u državne i županijske ceste nego u autoceste, kazao je ministar pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture Hajdaš Dončić.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Odluka o tome hoće li cestarine biti povećane bit će donesena nakon 25. svibnja do kada uprave Hrvatskih autocesta (HAC) i Autoceste Rijeka - Zagreb (ARZ) moraju Ministarstvu pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture dostaviti detaljne planove restrukturiranja, rekao je danas resorni ministar
Siniša Hajdaš Dončić.
"Ono što mogu argumentirano ustvrditi je da do 25. svibnja uprave HAC-a i ARZ-a moraju donijeti ozbiljan projekt restrukturiranja i tek nakon toga razmotrit ćemo mogućnost povećavanja cestarina", rekao je Hajdaš Dončić.
Istaknuo je da, dođe li do povećanja cestarina i bude li to potrebno, to se neće odnositi na stalne korisnike koji koriste sustav ENC-a.
Na taj način, smatra Hajdaš Dončić, bit će zadržana konkurentnost prijevoznika i špeditera i osoba koje često koriste autoceste.
Odluku neće biti donesena bez detaljne analize, rekao je te dodao da je na današnji dan ukupan dug HAC-a i ARZ-a 27 milijardi kuna pa stoga te tvrtke nemaju potencijal za daljnja ulaganja pa čak ni za zadržavanje sadašnjeg stanja, bez ozbiljnog restrukturiranja.
Na pitanje znači li to da će se skupljim cestarinama pokriti neracionalnosti HAC-a i ARZ-a, Hajdaš Dončić je odgovorio niječno istaknuvši da će cestarine poskupjeti jedino ako programi restrukturiranja pokažu da se bez toga ne mogu postići dostatne uštede.
Na pitanje hoće li biti otkaza (u HAC-u i ARZ-u), odgovorio je da vjerojatno hoće, ali da ne može reći više dok ne vidi planove restrukturiranja.
Upitan kakav je njegov opći dojam o stanju u HAC-u ARZ-u kazao je kako je problem tekuća likvidnost i nevraćanja obveza.
Dodao je da su pojedinim dionicama radovi ugovarani čak i protuzakonito jer nisu bila osigurana sredstava, osobito što se tiče HAC-a, a za većinu nisu ishođene ni građevinske dozvole nego su ugovori bili potpisani na temelju idejnih studija, pa se na njima radovi neće nastaviti.
To, kako je rekao, ne uključuje koridor 5C odnosno most kod Osijeka i dio autoceste prema Belom Manastiru jer su za to novac osigurali strani investitori. "Sve ostalo je više - manje upitno", rekao je ministar te dodao kako garantira da više neće biti moguće pregovarati ili sklapati ugovore za ono za što nisu osigurana sredstva.
Na pitanje koji su konkretno pravci upitni, rekao je da Ministarstvo treba donijeti strategiju prometnog razvoja Hrvatske na temelju koje će biti vidljivo gdje će se i kojom dinamikom graditi, što ne uključuje gradnju državnih cesta.
U sljedećem razdoblju najznačajnija će biti uloga Hrvatskih cesta, a više će biti ulaganja u državne i županijske ceste nego u autoceste, kazao je ministar pomorstva, prometa i infrastrukture Hajdaš Dončić.
