Anketa Komore medicinskih sestara pokazala je da 43 posto medicinskih sestara u socijalnoj skrbi u okolnostima epidemije koronavirusa nema zaštitnu odjeću, a njih 20 posto kiruršku masku, priopćili su u utorak iz Komore upozorivši na alarmantno loše uvjete rada.

"Nedostatak zaštitne opreme, oduzimanje dana godišnjeg odmora zbog samoizolacije, ogroman manjak sestrinskog kadra, preveliki broj zahtjevnih, kroničnih i palijativnih pacijenata na jednu sestru, ručno vođenje sestrinske dokumentacije - vrlo su ozbiljni problemi s kojima se suočavaju medicinske sestre zaposlene u ustanovama socijalne skrbi diljem Hrvatske", tvrdi Komora.

U anketnom istraživanju, koje je u travnju provela Komora, sudjelovalo je 395 medicinskih sestara i tehničara zaposlenih u sustavu socijalne skrbi u svim hrvatskim županijama, od kojih 60 posto radi u domovima za starije osobe.

U državnim i privatnim ustanovama socijalne skrbi, domovima za starije, djecu, psihički bolesne i za osobe s tjelesnim i intelektualnim poteškoćama zaposleno je više od 1800 medicinskih sestara.

"Osobna zaštitna oprema i dalje nije osigurana u svim ustanovama socijalne skrbi jer 20 posto medicinskih sestara na radnom mjestu nema kiruršku masku, dok čak 43 posto nema zaštitnu odjeću", upozoravaju iz Komore.

Navode da više od mjesec dana nakon izbijanja epidemije Covida-19 u Hrvatskoj četiri posto tih zdravstvenih djelatnika još uvijek nema ni zaštitne rukavice.

Tvrde da sve ustanove nisu nabavile dovoljno dezinfekcijskih sredstava jer 16 posto anketiranih kaže da ih nema.

"Posebnu zabrinutost izaziva činjenica da, premda više od dvije trećine medicinskih sestara radi u odvojenim timovima, svaka druga je u anketi rekla da su neki zaposlenici u fizičkom kontaktu s oba tima, što značajno povećava mogućnost prenošenja zaraze koronavirusom", kaže se u priopćenju.

Manjak medicinskih sestara u ustanovama socijalne skrbi je stara vijest i ogroman problem. Primjerice, jedna od anketiranih sestara upozorila je da na 89 štićenika s mentalnim oštećenjem radi samo jedna medicinska sestra, dok za 150 psihičkih bolesnika u drugom slučaju također brine samo jedna medicinska sestra i tek tri ili četiri njegovateljice.

Anketa je također pokazala da su ravnatelji domova sestrama, koje su zbog reorganizacije rada u timovima završile mjesec s nedovoljnim fondom sati ili su bile u samoizolaciji, za to razdoblje oduzimali dane godišnjeg odmora.

Komora je stoga najavila da će od Ministarstva za demografiju, obitelj, mlade i socijalnu politiku hitno zatražiti ispravljanje takva zakidanja njezinih članica kod obračuna plaća.

Iako zakon propisuje da su medicinske sestre dužne voditi sestrinske liste, 18 posto ispitanica kazalo je da se u njihovim ustanovama ne vode sestrinske liste u koje se dnevno upisuju postupci i osnovni zdravstveni parametri pacijenta.

"Deprimantna je činjenica da tamo gdje se vode liste, svaka druga sestra ih vodi ručno u papirnatom obliku, jer u 2020. godini očito mnogi domovi još nemaju računalo ili računalni program za vođenje lista", kaže se u priopćenju.

Anketa Komore medicinskih sestara pokazala je da 43 posto medicinskih sestara u socijalnoj skrbi u okolnostima epidemije koronavirusa nema zaštitnu odjeću, a njih 20 posto kiruršku masku, priopćili su u utorak iz Komore upozorivši na alarmantno loše uvjete rada.

"Nedostatak zaštitne opreme, oduzimanje dana godišnjeg odmora zbog samoizolacije, ogroman manjak sestrinskog kadra, preveliki broj zahtjevnih, kroničnih i palijativnih pacijenata na jednu sestru, ručno vođenje sestrinske dokumentacije - vrlo su ozbiljni problemi s kojima se suočavaju medicinske sestre zaposlene u ustanovama socijalne skrbi diljem Hrvatske", tvrdi Komora.

U anketnom istraživanju, koje je u travnju provela Komora, sudjelovalo je 395 medicinskih sestara i tehničara zaposlenih u sustavu socijalne skrbi u svim hrvatskim županijama, od kojih 60 posto radi u domovima za starije osobe.

U državnim i privatnim ustanovama socijalne skrbi, domovima za starije, djecu, psihički bolesne i za osobe s tjelesnim i intelektualnim poteškoćama zaposleno je više od 1800 medicinskih sestara.

"Osobna zaštitna oprema i dalje nije osigurana u svim ustanovama socijalne skrbi jer 20 posto medicinskih sestara na radnom mjestu nema kiruršku masku, dok čak 43 posto nema zaštitnu odjeću", upozoravaju iz Komore.

Navode da više od mjesec dana nakon izbijanja epidemije Covida-19 u Hrvatskoj četiri posto tih zdravstvenih djelatnika još uvijek nema ni zaštitne rukavice.

Tvrde da sve ustanove nisu nabavile dovoljno dezinfekcijskih sredstava jer 16 posto anketiranih kaže da ih nema.

"Posebnu zabrinutost izaziva činjenica da, premda više od dvije trećine medicinskih sestara radi u odvojenim timovima, svaka druga je u anketi rekla da su neki zaposlenici u fizičkom kontaktu s oba tima, što značajno povećava mogućnost prenošenja zaraze koronavirusom", kaže se u priopćenju.

Manjak medicinskih sestara u ustanovama socijalne skrbi je stara vijest i ogroman problem. Primjerice, jedna od anketiranih sestara upozorila je da na 89 štićenika s mentalnim oštećenjem radi samo jedna medicinska sestra, dok za 150 psihičkih bolesnika u drugom slučaju također brine samo jedna medicinska sestra i tek tri ili četiri njegovateljice.

Anketa je također pokazala da su ravnatelji domova sestrama, koje su zbog reorganizacije rada u timovima završile mjesec s nedovoljnim fondom sati ili su bile u samoizolaciji, za to razdoblje oduzimali dane godišnjeg odmora.

Komora je stoga najavila da će od Ministarstva za demografiju, obitelj, mlade i socijalnu politiku hitno zatražiti ispravljanje takva zakidanja njezinih članica kod obračuna plaća.

Iako zakon propisuje da su medicinske sestre dužne voditi sestrinske liste, 18 posto ispitanica kazalo je da se u njihovim ustanovama ne vode sestrinske liste u koje se dnevno upisuju postupci i osnovni zdravstveni parametri pacijenta.

"Deprimantna je činjenica da tamo gdje se vode liste, svaka druga sestra ih vodi ručno u papirnatom obliku, jer u 2020. godini očito mnogi domovi još nemaju računalo ili računalni program za vođenje lista", kaže se u priopćenju.

Anketa Komore medicinskih sestara pokazala je da 43 posto medicinskih sestara u socijalnoj skrbi u okolnostima epidemije koronavirusa nema zaštitnu odjeću, a njih 20 posto kiruršku masku, priopćili su u utorak iz Komore upozorivši na alarmantno loše uvjete rada.

"Nedostatak zaštitne opreme, oduzimanje dana godišnjeg odmora zbog samoizolacije, ogroman manjak sestrinskog kadra, preveliki broj zahtjevnih, kroničnih i palijativnih pacijenata na jednu sestru, ručno vođenje sestrinske dokumentacije - vrlo su ozbiljni problemi s kojima se suočavaju medicinske sestre zaposlene u ustanovama socijalne skrbi diljem Hrvatske", tvrdi Komora.

U anketnom istraživanju, koje je u travnju provela Komora, sudjelovalo je 395 medicinskih sestara i tehničara zaposlenih u sustavu socijalne skrbi...
