Maja Đerek, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za gradsku imovinu, poslala je medijima priopćenje vezano za naplatu dugovanja i reviziju korištenja gradske imovine. 

- Prošli mjesec je Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu poslao na adrese 227 dužnika opomene zbog neplaćanja zakupnine za poslovne prostore u vlasništvu ili pod upravljanjem Grada Splita, za dugovanje od ukupno 1.446.080,88 eura.

Riječ je o korisnicima koji su još uvijek u prostorima te za koje postoji ugovorna obveza opomene prije otkaza ugovora o zakupu. Temeljem predmetnih opomena, u samo dva tjedna, u proračun Grada Splita uplaćeno je preko 140.000 eura. Za ilustraciju, sredstva naplaćena u zadnja dva tjedna su dostatna za uređenje tri dječja igrališta - navela je Đerek. 

Dodala je da će se prema ostalim dužnicima postupiti sukladnu ugovoru i zakonu, odnosno otkazat će se ugovori o zakupu i pokrenuti postupci za naplatu.

- Revizija korištenja gradskih poslovnih prostora je pri kraju te su nakon dugo vremena napravljeni očevidi svih poslovnih prostora i utvrđeni stvarni korisnici. Napominjemo kako je zatečeno i nekoliko nedopuštenih podzakupa te kako će isti, sukladno zakonu, morati napustiti poslovne prostore te platiti dosadašnje korištenje.

Isto tako, poslani su i računi za korištenje bespravnim korisnicima po tržišnim cijenama zakupa, koje će plaćati dok ne napuste poslovne prostore. Računi za korištenje poslani su i korisnicima poslovnih prostora za koje se do sada uopće nisu izdavali računi za korištenje i Grad je gubio velika financijska sredstva.  

Zastare

Nadležni Odjel će i ubuduće koristiti sva pravna sredstva kako bi se podmirila dugovanja te kako bi se prestalo raditi na štetu građana koji uredno podmiruju svoje financijske obveze prema Gradu. Nažalost, zbog neodgovornih pojedinaca (korisnika) izgubljena su velika financijska sredstva jer su dugovanja otišla u zastaru ili su pravne osobe brisane, čime je Grad nepovratno izgubio značajan dio svojih prihoda, a koji je trebao biti utrošen za podizanje kvalitete života građana i uređenje gradske infrastrukture - napisala je pročelnica za gradsku imovinu.

Drago im je vidjeti da "građani shvaćaju kako više neće biti povlaštenih kategorija koje će uzurpirati po niskim cijenama najvrjednije gradske nekretnine u strogom centru te da su neki korisnici odlučili iste dobrovoljno napustiti".

- Kao što je već ranije najavljeno, navedeni gradski prostori će biti putem javnog natječaja dodijeljeni udrugama ili će za iste biti raspisan natječaj za komercijalni zakup. Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu će se uvijek zalagati da se prema najosjetljivijoj skupini naših sugrađana postupa s posebnim obzirom i poštovanjem, ali uvijek i isključivo u zakonskom okviru.

Grad Split će ispoštovati sve postojeće ugovore oko kadrovskih stanova te regulirati postojeće odnose, uz napomenu da je takvim korisnicima već sada podignuta najamnina na 6 eura po kvadratnom metru (približno tržišnoj vrijednosti najma) te da će biti strogo kontrolirano plaćanje najamnine. U mandatu ove gradske uprave niti jedan kadrovski stan nije dodijeljen.

Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu namjerava kroz povećanu naplatu dugovanja urediti postojeće stanove u gradskom vlasništvu te ih sve dodijeliti sugrađanima koji žive u teškim životnim uvjetima, a koji se nalaze na Listi prvenstva za dodjelu socijalnih stanova - poručila je pročelnica Đerek.

Socijalni stanovi

Podsjetimo, na Listi prvenstva za dodjelu socijalnih stanova, nalazi se preko 70 najpotrebitijih obitelji koje su Gradu dokazale svoj težak socijalni status i koje godinama čekaju na stambeno zbrinjavanje, a prije sklapanja ugovora o najmu njihov status će se opet provjeravati.

- Radi se o obiteljima s većim brojem maloljetne djece, osobama s invaliditetom koje nisu sposobne za rad i hrvatskim braniteljima, a svi žive u lošim uvjetima. Upravo zbog tih naših sugrađana svi imamo i moralnu odgovornost, a posebno ja kao pročelnica, da zakonito i savjesno upravljam gradskom imovinom i spriječim zloupotrebu istih.

Još veću transparentnost u upravljanju gradskom imovinom donijeti će najavljeni Registar gradske imovine. Registar se svakodnevno ažurira novim podacima, ažurirani su podaci za poslovne prostore i stanove te se kontinuirano unose podaci u registar zemljišta, koji do sada nikada nisu vođeni. Uz predan rad gradskih službenika isti će biti objavljen do kraja ove godine. Time će svi građani preko svojih računala dobiti uvid u cjelokupnu bazu gradske imovine te kako se s njome gospodari - za kraj je poručila pročelnica Đerek.

Maja Đerek, pročelnica Upravnog odjela za gradsku imovinu, poslala je medijima priopćenje vezano za naplatu dugovanja i reviziju korištenja gradske imovine. 

- Prošli mjesec je Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu poslao na adrese 227 dužnika opomene zbog neplaćanja zakupnine za poslovne prostore u vlasništvu ili pod upravljanjem Grada Splita, za dugovanje od ukupno 1.446.080,88 eura.

Riječ je o korisnicima koji su još uvijek u prostorima te za koje postoji ugovorna obveza opomene prije otkaza ugovora o zakupu. Temeljem predmetnih opomena, u samo dva tjedna, u proračun Grada Splita uplaćeno je preko 140.000 eura. Za ilustraciju, sredstva naplaćena u zadnja dva tjedna su dostatna za uređenje tri dječja igrališta - navela je Đerek. 

Dodala je da će se prema ostalim dužnicima postupiti sukladnu ugovoru i zakonu, odnosno otkazat će se ugovori o zakupu i pokrenuti postupci za naplatu.

- Revizija korištenja gradskih poslovnih prostora je pri kraju te su nakon dugo vremena napravljeni očevidi svih poslovnih prostora i utvrđeni stvarni korisnici. Napominjemo kako je zatečeno i nekoliko nedopuštenih podzakupa te kako će isti, sukladno zakonu, morati napustiti poslovne prostore te platiti dosadašnje korištenje.

Isto tako, poslani su i računi za korištenje bespravnim korisnicima po tržišnim cijenama zakupa, koje će plaćati dok ne napuste poslovne prostore. Računi za korištenje poslani su i korisnicima poslovnih prostora za koje se do sada uopće nisu izdavali računi za korištenje i Grad je gubio velika financijska sredstva.  

Zastare

Nadležni Odjel će i ubuduće koristiti sva pravna sredstva kako bi se podmirila dugovanja te kako bi se prestalo raditi na štetu građana koji uredno podmiruju svoje financijske obveze prema Gradu. Nažalost, zbog neodgovornih pojedinaca (korisnika) izgubljena su velika financijska sredstva jer su dugovanja otišla u zastaru ili su pravne osobe brisane, čime je Grad nepovratno izgubio značajan dio svojih prihoda, a koji je trebao biti utrošen za podizanje kvalitete života građana i uređenje gradske infrastrukture - napisala je pročelnica za gradsku imovinu.

Drago im je vidjeti da "građani shvaćaju kako više neće biti povlaštenih kategorija koje će uzurpirati po niskim cijenama najvrjednije gradske nekretnine u strogom centru te da su neki korisnici odlučili iste dobrovoljno napustiti".

- Kao što je već ranije najavljeno, navedeni gradski prostori će biti putem javnog natječaja dodijeljeni udrugama ili će za iste biti raspisan natječaj za komercijalni zakup. Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu će se uvijek zalagati da se prema najosjetljivijoj skupini naših sugrađana postupa s posebnim obzirom i poštovanjem, ali uvijek i isključivo u zakonskom okviru.

Grad Split će ispoštovati sve postojeće ugovore oko kadrovskih stanova te regulirati postojeće odnose, uz napomenu da je takvim korisnicima već sada podignuta najamnina na 6 eura po kvadratnom metru (približno tržišnoj vrijednosti najma) te da će biti strogo kontrolirano plaćanje najamnine. U mandatu ove gradske uprave niti jedan kadrovski stan nije dodijeljen.

Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu namjerava kroz povećanu naplatu dugovanja urediti postojeće stanove u gradskom vlasništvu te ih sve dodijeliti sugrađanima koji žive u teškim životnim uvjetima, a koji se nalaze na Listi prvenstva za dodjelu socijalnih stanova - poručila je pročelnica Đerek.

Socijalni stanovi

Podsjetimo, na Listi prvenstva za dodjelu socijalnih stanova, nalazi se preko 70 najpotrebitijih obitelji koje su Gradu dokazale svoj težak socijalni status i koje godinama čekaju na stambeno zbrinjavanje, a prije sklapanja ugovora o najmu njihov status će se opet provjeravati.

- Radi se o obiteljima s većim brojem maloljetne djece, osobama s invaliditetom koje nisu sposobne za rad i hrvatskim braniteljima, a svi žive u lošim uvjetima. Upravo zbog tih naših sugrađana svi imamo i moralnu odgovornost, a posebno ja kao pročelnica, da zakonito i savjesno upravljam gradskom imovinom i spriječim zloupotrebu istih.

Još veću transparentnost u upravljanju gradskom imovinom donijeti će najavljeni Registar gradske imovine. Registar se svakodnevno ažurira novim podacima, ažurirani su podaci za poslovne prostore i stanove te se kontinuirano unose podaci u registar zemljišta, koji do sada nikada nisu vođeni. Uz predan rad gradskih službenika isti će biti objavljen do kraja ove godine. Time će svi građani preko svojih računala dobiti uvid u cjelokupnu bazu gradske imovine te kako se s njome gospodari - za kraj je poručila pročelnica Đerek.
