- Prije tri dana smo, kad smo saznali da je neka frka, dobili informaciju da štićenici na trećem katu Doma u Vukovarskoj gdje se nalazi i moj 80-godišnji otac nisu zahvaćeni zarazom nego da je zahvaćen drugi kat. No, od tada nikakve nove informacije ne možemo dobiti niti znamo što se događa. Molim one odgovorne da nekako nađu načina da s obiteljima štićenika uspostave komunikacijski kanal kako bi mi znali što se događa s našim roditeljima - priča nam Ana Jovanović iz Splita koja na sve načine pokušava doznati kakvo je stanje što se tiče njenog oca.

Kaže kako Dom ima jedan telefonski broj koji je non stop zauzet što i nije nikakvo čudo obzirom da vjerojatno mnogi pokušavaju na taj način saznati kakva je situacija što se tiče njihovih najmilijih.

- Ne znam je li i on zaražen, gdje je, što se događa. Čitam po portalima da se virus proširio, a nemamo pojma tko je zaražen.

Pokušavam na nternetskim stranicama Doma pronaći bilo kakvu obavijest, no nitko ništa ne govori. Pa jel mogu dati kakvo priopćenje, neku obavijest za obitelji, da se na taj način olakša i djelatnicima Doma da ih ne moraju svi zvati na telefon. Neka se otvori neki kanal za komunikaciju, molim Vas, želim znati što je s mojim ocem - poručila je naša sugrađanka.

- Prije tri dana smo, kad smo saznali da je neka frka, dobili informaciju da štićenici na trećem katu Doma u Vukovarskoj gdje se nalazi i moj 80-godišnji otac nisu zahvaćeni zarazom nego da je zahvaćen drugi kat. No, od tada nikakve nove informacije ne možemo dobiti niti znamo što se događa. Molim one odgovorne da nekako nađu načina da s obiteljima štićenika uspostave komunikacijski kanal kako bi mi znali što se događa s našim roditeljima - priča nam Ana Jovanović iz Splita koja na sve načine pokušava doznati kakvo je stanje što se tiče njenog oca.

Kaže kako Dom ima jedan telefonski broj koji je non stop zauzet što i nije nikakvo čudo obzirom da vjerojatno mnogi pokušavaju na taj način saznati kakva je situacija što se tiče njihovih najmilijih.

- Ne znam je li i on zaražen, gdje je, što se događa. Čitam po portalima da se virus proširio, a nemamo pojma tko je zaražen.

Pokušavam na nternetskim stranicama Doma pronaći bilo kakvu obavijest, no nitko ništa ne govori. Pa jel mogu dati kakvo priopćenje, neku obavijest za obitelji, da se na taj način olakša i djelatnicima Doma da ih ne moraju svi zvati na telefon. Neka se otvori neki kanal za komunikaciju, molim Vas, želim znati što je s mojim ocem - poručila je naša sugrađanka.
