Prošlo je točno pola godine otkad smo pisali o divljem deponiju uz Put Vrbovnika, cesti koja vodi prema TTTS-u.
Ne samo da nadležni od tada od danas nisu ništa napravili, nego se nered proširio prema istoku, do korita Žrnovnice. Tako da sada u rijeci plivaju, osim tu i tamo poneke pastrve, odbačeni mikseri i slični kućanski uređaji. Iz perspektive današnjeg Splita zaista je nevjerojatno da nešto tako uopće postoji na rubnim dijelovima grada a da nitko ne želi prstom maknuti da se problem riješi.
Ako nekome od odgovornih za sprječavanje i sanaciju ove pošasti fotografije divljeg odlagališta koje objavljujemo na našim stranicama nisu dovoljne da predoče situaciju na terenu, predlažemo da za bolji doživljaj pođu tamo i iz prve ruke vide kako to izgleda. Očito je da se na spomenutoj lokaciji, gdje je bio planiran veliki rotor od kojeg bi se odvajala toliko najavljivana prometnica iznad Podstrane prema Omišu, najprije iskrcavao građevinski otpad i "šut", a poslije se počeo odlagati glomazni otpad, stari namještaj, odjeća, kartonska ambalaža, daske... Danas imamo površinu pod smećem koja zauzima 10 hektara, raštrkanu na više manjih "otoka" uz cestu, a u njezinoj neposrednoj blizini niknulo je čak i nekoliko nelegalnih nastamba.
E, sad, rješenje problema, prema našem viđenju, bilo bi da se zajedničkim snagama organiziraju svi uključeni u ovu priču – Grad preko svojih komunalnih redara, koncesionara za zbrinjavanje određene vrste otpada i "Čistoće", zatim "Hrvatske ceste" koje su u posjetu spomenutog zemljišta, te inspektori zaštite okoliša, kako bi zajedničkim snagama napokon sanirati ilegalni deponij. No, da bi se to dogodilo, svi spomenuti to moraju htjeti.
Nama se čini da se nikome baš ne da uhvatiti u koštac s ekološkom bombom na rubu grada, već je lakše prebacivati odgovornost s jedne institucije na drugu, dok odlagalište buja i situacija postaje sve lošija. Na kraju, voljeli bismo da ovaj tekst bude barem početak inicijative u tom smjeru.

Prošlo je točno pola godine otkad smo pisali o divljem deponiju uz Put Vrbovnika, cesti koja vodi prema TTTS-u.
Ne samo da nadležni od tada od danas nisu ništa napravili, nego se nered proširio prema istoku, do korita Žrnovnice. Tako da sada u rijeci plivaju, osim tu i tamo poneke pastrve, odbačeni mikseri i slični kućanski uređaji. Iz perspektive današnjeg Splita zaista je nevjerojatno da nešto tako uopće postoji na rubnim dijelovima grada a da nitko ne želi prstom maknuti da se problem riješi.
Ako nekome od odgovornih za sprječavanje i sanaciju ove pošasti fotografije divljeg odlagališta koje objavljujemo na našim stranicama nisu dovoljne da predoče situaciju na terenu, predlažemo da za bolji doživljaj pođu tamo i iz prve ruke vide kako to izgleda. Očito je da se na spomenutoj lokaciji, gdje je bio planiran veliki rotor od kojeg bi se odvajala toliko najavljivana prometnica iznad Podstrane prema Omišu, najprije iskrcavao građevinski otpad i "šut", a poslije se počeo odlagati glomazni otpad, stari namještaj, odjeća, kartonska ambalaža, daske... Danas imamo površinu pod smećem koja zauzima 10 hektara, raštrkanu na više manjih "otoka" uz cestu, a u njezinoj neposrednoj blizini niknulo je čak i nekoliko nelegalnih nastamba.
E, sad, rješenje problema, prema našem viđenju, bilo bi da se zajedničkim snagama organiziraju svi uključeni u ovu priču – Grad preko svojih komunalnih redara, koncesionara za zbrinjavanje određene vrste otpada i "Čistoće", zatim "Hrvatske ceste" koje su u posjetu spomenutog zemljišta, te inspektori zaštite okoliša, kako bi zajedničkim snagama napokon sanirati ilegalni deponij. No, da bi se to dogodilo, svi spomenuti to moraju htjeti.
Nama se čini da se nikome baš ne da uhvatiti u koštac s ekološkom bombom na rubu grada, već je lakše prebacivati odgovornost s jedne institucije na drugu, dok odlagalište buja i situacija postaje sve lošija. Na kraju, voljeli bismo da ovaj tekst bude barem početak inicijative u tom smjeru.
