Ellie Goldstein manekenka je s Downovim sindromom koju su već prepoznale brojne modne kuće diljem svijeta, a 18-godišnjakinja je postala i službeno zaštitno lice najnovije Guccijeve beauty kampanje.

U suradnji s Photo Vogue Festivalom, Goldstein je predstavila novu maskaru brenda, Gucci L'obscur, zajedno s još nekoliko modela. Cilj kampanje je podržati i promovirati ljepotu koja nije stereotipna.

- Dizajnirali smo L'obscur maskaru za autentične ljude koji koriste makeup kako bi ispričali svoju priču i izrazili svoju slobodu, rekao je tada Guccijev kreativni direktor Alessandro Michele, dodavši kako se Goldstein pokazala idealnom u tu svrhu.

Talijanski Vogue iz istog je razreda pokrenuo u suradnji s brendom seriju fotogrfija "The Gucci Beauty Glitch" među kojima je ona na kojoj pozira Ellie među "najlajkanijima".

I manekenka je na svojemu Instagramu izrazila zahvalnost što joj se pružila prilika biti zaštitno lice jednog od najpoznatijih modnih brendova na svijetu.

Tko je Ellie Goldstein?

Priča ove mlade manekenke može poslužiti kao primjer drugima. Iako joj je pri rođenju dijagnosticiran Downov sindrom, Goldstein je odrastala uz čvrstu odluku kako neće dozvoliti da ju to spriječi u ostvarivanju snova.

Sa samo 15 godina potpisala je ugovor sa Zebedee Menadžmentom, agencijom koja promovira i predstavlja modele s "poteškoćama i alternativnim izgledom".

- Moj cilj je da svi vide kako osoba s Downovim sindromom može funkcionirati u društvu. Jedina poteškoća koju sam imala u dosadašnjoj poslovnoj komunikaciji događala se na početku, kada bi ljudi prirodno započeli razgovor s mojom majkom umjesto sa mnom. Sve dok nisu shvatili da mogu govoriti u svoje ime i da s komunikacijom nemam nikakvih poteškoća, otkriva za Vogue.

Beauty svijet oduvijek ju je zanimao, kaže, a kao svoju "ikonu ljepote" izdvaja Marilynn Monroe. Šminku je otkrivala polako, a danas ju koristi minimalno, no profesionalno - budući da ima jako svijetao ten, Goldstein otkriva kako bez rumenila ne napušta kuću, a koristi i maskaru kako bi istaknula svoje oči.

- Svaka se prepreka može prijeći ako si dosljedan sebi. Treba samo malo više pozitivnog stava i prihvaćanja..., poruka je ove uspješne manekenke svima.

Ellie Goldstein manekenka je s Downovim sindromom koju su već prepoznale brojne modne kuće diljem svijeta, a 18-godišnjakinja je postala i službeno zaštitno lice najnovije Guccijeve beauty kampanje.

U suradnji s Photo Vogue Festivalom, Goldstein je predstavila novu maskaru brenda, Gucci L'obscur, zajedno s još nekoliko modela. Cilj kampanje je podržati i promovirati ljepotu koja nije stereotipna.

- Dizajnirali smo L'obscur maskaru za autentične ljude koji koriste makeup kako bi ispričali svoju priču i izrazili svoju slobodu, rekao je tada Guccijev kreativni direktor Alessandro Michele, dodavši kako se Goldstein pokazala idealnom u tu svrhu.

Talijanski Vogue iz istog je razreda pokrenuo u suradnji s brendom seriju fotogrfija "The Gucci Beauty Glitch" među kojima je ona na kojoj pozira Ellie među "najlajkanijima".

I manekenka je na svojemu Instagramu izrazila zahvalnost što joj se pružila prilika biti zaštitno lice jednog od najpoznatijih modnih brendova na svijetu.

Tko je Ellie Goldstein?

Priča ove mlade manekenke može poslužiti kao primjer drugima. Iako joj je pri rođenju dijagnosticiran Downov sindrom, Goldstein je odrastala uz čvrstu odluku kako neće dozvoliti da ju to spriječi u ostvarivanju snova.

Sa samo 15 godina potpisala je ugovor sa Zebedee Menadžmentom, agencijom koja promovira i predstavlja modele s "poteškoćama i alternativnim izgledom".

- Moj cilj je da svi vide kako osoba s Downovim sindromom može funkcionirati u društvu. Jedina poteškoća koju sam imala u dosadašnjoj poslovnoj komunikaciji događala se na početku, kada bi ljudi prirodno započeli razgovor s mojom majkom umjesto sa mnom. Sve dok nisu shvatili da mogu govoriti u svoje ime i da s komunikacijom nemam nikakvih poteškoća, otkriva za Vogue.

Beauty svijet oduvijek ju je zanimao, kaže, a kao svoju "ikonu ljepote" izdvaja Marilynn Monroe. Šminku je otkrivala polako, a danas ju koristi minimalno, no profesionalno - budući da ima jako svijetao ten, Goldstein otkriva kako bez rumenila ne napušta kuću, a koristi i maskaru kako bi istaknula svoje oči.

- Svaka se prepreka može prijeći ako si dosljedan sebi. Treba samo malo više pozitivnog stava i prihvaćanja..., poruka je ove uspješne manekenke svima.
