Dino Klepo, muškarac iz Jablanice kojeg zovu i "Gastarbajter", prepričao je za Večernji list BiH kakav je život Hrvata u Njemačkoj piše Fenix. 

Klepo je za početak kazao kako osoba s  minimalnom satnicom mora izdvojiti cijelu mjesečnu plaću za stan od 60 metara kvadratnih u Münchenu, kao i da i zaposlenici državnih firmi iz BiH sve više biraju Njemačku.

- Inflacija je globalni fenomen. Cijene plina ipak nisu toliko “poludjele” kako je najavljeno. Struja je dosta skuplja, ali može se podnijeti. Ipak, gledam to tako, da ljudi ovdje još uvijek mogu zaraditi novac, a prilika je mnogo, posla na svakom koraku. Najveći problem su stanovi i stanarine. Njemačka trenutačno trpi enorman priljev migracije, kako ukrajinskih izbjeglica tako i ostalih, nazovimo ih, azilanata. Uz to, kriza na tržištu kredita pojačala je potražnju za stanovima jer mnogi nove kamate na kuće i veće stanove ne mogu financijski podnijeti, tako da je potražnja za stanovima ogromna, a cijene “divljaju” bez prestanka. Konkretno, najam stana od 60 kvadrata u Münchenu iznosi 1600 eura. To je cjelokupna zarada onoga tko je na minimalcu od 12 eura, tvrdi Klepo.

Na pitanje kolike su cijene na tržištu nekretnina, Klepo kaže kako su se u pola godine učetverostručile.

- Mnogi su prije nekoliko godina podigli jako jeftine stambene kredite s kamatnom stopom između 0,5 i 1%. Nažalost, samo na 10 godina fiksne kamate. Sad su te kamate od 3,5 do 4,5 posto. Ti ljudi sad masovno prodaju nekretnine i sele se u stanove. Cijene nekretnina su u padu, u većim gradovima sporije, u neatraktivnijim dosta jače. Ali to bi trebao objasniti neki ekonomist, objasnio je.

Poznato je da se u Bosni i Hercegovini redovito događaju prepirke među Hrvatima, Bosancima i Srbima. U Njemačkoj, tvrdi Klepo, nema takvih nebuloza..

- Tko radi, nema vremena za nacionalističke nebuloze. Mi se općenito svi družimo, surađujemo, poštujemo. Dolje su se ljudi podijelili čoporativno svatko u svoje stado. Ovdje ljudi imaju više dodira jedni s drugima. Znam za dosta međuetničkih prijateljstava. Privlači nas različitost i međusobno poštovanje, materinski jezik i ipak slična kultura, glazba i jela. Ovdje smo naši. Dolje su samo političari složni kad treba dijeliti novac, tvrdi on.

Objasnio je i koja su najtraženije struke u Njemačkoj: odgojiteljice i njegovateljice u vrtićima, njegovatelji u staračkim domovima, medicinske sestre, vozači kamiona, dostavljači brze pošte, električari, keramičari. Ipak, Klepo naglašava da ne uspijevaju baš svi koji se zapute u ovu "obećanu zemlju". 

- Nekih 20 do 30 posto osoba u Njemačkoj doživi neuspjeh, pokaju se što su došli, ali se ne vrate, čisto iz stida, što bi obitelj, prijatelji i okolina rekli. Razlozi su razni. Iz balkanskog kafića na radno mjesto gdje radiš 8 do 10 sati u komadu nije za svakoga. Nije svatko radnik, mnogo je tu “filozofa” i neradnika. Drugi razlog je što se ljudi malo pogube kad dođu do novca. Brzo se zaduže, dignu kredite, kupe aute, telefone, uzmu pretplate. Ulete u tzv. Schufu, kreditnu povijest i potpuno se zablokiraju financijski. Njemačka je opaka država. Sve je zakonski regulirano. Mnogi dožive i neke kazne u prometu, brzina, vožnja pod utjecajem alkohola i opojnih sredstava. Visoke kazne, izgube vozačku dozvolu. Pijanstvo, kocka, poroci, brza zarada vodi u prokletstvo. Rastave su također financijska katastrofa u Njemačkoj. Morate plaćati dva stana, alimentaciju za djecu, ženu ako ne radi itd., tvrdi Dino Klepo kojemu je supruga iz Ukrajine pa osim Hrvatima često pomaže i Ukrajincima, piše Fenix.

Dino Klepo, muškarac iz Jablanice kojeg zovu i "Gastarbajter", prepričao je za Večernji list BiH kakav je život Hrvata u Njemačkoj piše Fenix. 

Klepo je za početak kazao kako osoba s  minimalnom satnicom mora izdvojiti cijelu mjesečnu plaću za stan od 60 metara kvadratnih u Münchenu, kao i da i zaposlenici državnih firmi iz BiH sve više biraju Njemačku.

- Inflacija je globalni fenomen. Cijene plina ipak nisu toliko “poludjele” kako je najavljeno. Struja je dosta skuplja, ali može se podnijeti. Ipak, gledam to tako, da ljudi ovdje još uvijek mogu zaraditi novac, a prilika je mnogo, posla na svakom koraku. Najveći problem su stanovi i stanarine. Njemačka trenutačno trpi enorman priljev migracije, kako ukrajinskih izbjeglica tako i ostalih, nazovimo ih, azilanata. Uz to, kriza na tržištu kredita pojačala je potražnju za stanovima jer mnogi nove kamate na kuće i veće stanove ne mogu financijski podnijeti, tako da je potražnja za stanovima ogromna, a cijene “divljaju” bez prestanka. Konkretno, najam stana od 60 kvadrata u Münchenu iznosi 1600 eura. To je cjelokupna zarada onoga tko je na minimalcu od 12 eura, tvrdi Klepo.

Na pitanje kolike su cijene na tržištu nekretnina, Klepo kaže kako su se u pola godine učetverostručile.

- Mnogi su prije nekoliko godina podigli jako jeftine stambene kredite s kamatnom stopom između 0,5 i 1%. Nažalost, samo na 10 godina fiksne kamate. Sad su te kamate od 3,5 do 4,5 posto. Ti ljudi sad masovno prodaju nekretnine i sele se u stanove. Cijene nekretnina su u padu, u većim gradovima sporije, u neatraktivnijim dosta jače. Ali to bi trebao objasniti neki ekonomist, objasnio je.

Poznato je da se u Bosni i Hercegovini redovito događaju prepirke među Hrvatima, Bosancima i Srbima. U Njemačkoj, tvrdi Klepo, nema takvih nebuloza..

- Tko radi, nema vremena za nacionalističke nebuloze. Mi se općenito svi družimo, surađujemo, poštujemo. Dolje su se ljudi podijelili čoporativno svatko u svoje stado. Ovdje ljudi imaju više dodira jedni s drugima. Znam za dosta međuetničkih prijateljstava. Privlači nas različitost i međusobno poštovanje, materinski jezik i ipak slična kultura, glazba i jela. Ovdje smo naši. Dolje su samo političari složni kad treba dijeliti novac, tvrdi on.

Objasnio je i koja su najtraženije struke u Njemačkoj: odgojiteljice i njegovateljice u vrtićima, njegovatelji u staračkim domovima, medicinske sestre, vozači kamiona, dostavljači brze pošte, električari, keramičari. Ipak, Klepo naglašava da ne uspijevaju baš svi koji se zapute u ovu "obećanu zemlju". 

- Nekih 20 do 30 posto osoba u Njemačkoj doživi neuspjeh, pokaju se što su došli, ali se ne vrate, čisto iz stida, što bi obitelj, prijatelji i okolina rekli. Razlozi su razni. Iz balkanskog kafića na radno mjesto gdje radiš 8 do 10 sati u komadu nije za svakoga. Nije svatko radnik, mnogo je tu “filozofa” i neradnika. Drugi razlog je što se ljudi malo pogube kad dođu do novca. Brzo se zaduže, dignu kredite, kupe aute, telefone, uzmu pretplate. Ulete u tzv. Schufu, kreditnu povijest i potpuno se zablokiraju financijski. Njemačka je opaka država. Sve je zakonski regulirano. Mnogi dožive i neke kazne u prometu, brzina, vožnja pod utjecajem alkohola i opojnih sredstava. Visoke kazne, izgube vozačku dozvolu. Pijanstvo, kocka, poroci, brza zarada vodi u prokletstvo. Rastave su također financijska katastrofa u Njemačkoj. Morate plaćati dva stana, alimentaciju za djecu, ženu ako ne radi itd., tvrdi Dino Klepo kojemu je supruga iz Ukrajine pa osim Hrvatima često pomaže i Ukrajincima, piše Fenix.

Dino Klepo, muškarac iz Jablanice kojeg zovu i "Gastarbajter", prepričao je za Večernji list BiH kakav je život Hrvata u Njemačkoj piše Fenix. 

Klepo je za početak kazao kako osoba s  minimalnom satnicom mora izdvojiti cijelu mjesečnu plaću za stan od 60 metara kvadratnih u Münchenu, kao i da i zaposlenici državnih firmi iz BiH sve više biraju Njemačku.

- Inflacija je globalni fenomen. Cijene plina ipak nisu toliko “poludjele” kako je najavljeno. Struja je dosta skuplja, ali može se podnijeti. Ipak, gledam to tako, da ljudi ovdje još uvijek mogu zaraditi novac, a prilika je mnogo, posla na svakom koraku. Najveći problem su stanovi i stanarine.
