Nakon nedjeljnog ručka rijetko je što toliko primamljivo kao čokoladni desert.
Kako smo i sami veliki ljubitelji slatkih čokoladnih zalogaja, a posebice onih koji se jednostavno i brzo pripremaju, nerijetko smo u potrazi za slasnim receptima koje obožavamo isprobavati. Jedan takav recept otkrili smo na Instagramu, na popularnoj stranici minimalistbaker na kojoj je recept za brzi i fini fudge oduševio preko sto tisuća pratitelja.
Riječ je o kolaču za kojeg vam treba jako malo sastojaka, a priprema mu traje kraće od deset minuta. Najbolje od svega je što je podložan i raznim varijacijama pa slobodno uz predložene sastojke sami dodajte okuse po izboru, poput karamele, nutelle, sjeckanog suhog voća i orašastih plodova ili nekih začina.

Ako ne želite eksperimentirati, za ovaj recept trebat će vam samo tri osnovna sastojka:
- tamna čokolada
- med
- maslac od kikirikija

Priprema traje desetak minuta. Za početak, na pari ili u mikrovalnoj pećnici, rastopite čokoladu. Ja sam koristila 300 grama, a za poseban sjaj čokolade dodala sam žličicu maslaca. Nakon što se čokolada fino rastopi, pomaknite je s vatre te joj dodajte žlicu meda i dvije žlice maslaca od kikirikija. Zbog balansiranja okusa, dodajte i prstohvat soli.
Izmješanu smjesu prelijete u posudu 20x10 centimetara koju ste prethodno obložili masnim papirom.
Za kraj, na smjesu stavite još dvije, tri žlice maslaca od kikirikija te se s nožićem poigrajte stvarajući vijugave niti maslaca kroz čokoladu. Pripremljeni fudge stavite u zamrzivač dok se lijepo ne stisne te ga poslužite uz kavu ili čaj.

Zašto fudge?
Ono po čemu je fudge prvenstveno zanimljiv jest činjenica da vam za njegovu pripremu neće trebati pećnica već zamrzivač. Također, ono što će ljubitelje jednostavne kuhinje oduševiti jest najbrža i najkonciznija priprema deserta kojem je jedina mana čekanje dok se savršeno ne stvrdne na niskoj temperaturi.
Zbog skromnog broja sastojaka, dobra vijest je da se slobodno i subjektivno možete poigrati s okusima koji vam odgovaraju te na taj način možete pripremiti svoju verziju ovog preukusnog deserta.
A ako kojim slučajem izbjegavate gluten, fudge je još jednom najbolji izbor za vaš desert. Budući da vam za njegovu pripremu ne treba brašno, možete se opustiti i uživati u slatkoj kombinaciji tamne čokolade i maslaca s kikirikijem.

Nakon nedjeljnog ručka rijetko je što toliko primamljivo kao čokoladni desert.
Kako smo i sami veliki ljubitelji slatkih čokoladnih zalogaja, a posebice onih koji se jednostavno i brzo pripremaju, nerijetko smo u potrazi za slasnim receptima koje obožavamo isprobavati. Jedan takav recept otkrili smo na Instagramu, na popularnoj stranici minimalistbaker na kojoj je recept za brzi i fini fudge oduševio preko sto tisuća pratitelja.
Riječ je o kolaču za kojeg vam treba jako malo sastojaka, a priprema mu traje kraće od deset minuta. Najbolje od svega je što je podložan i raznim varijacijama pa slobodno uz predložene sastojke sami dodajte okuse po izboru, poput karamele, nutelle, sjeckanog suhog voća i orašastih plodova ili nekih začina.

Ako ne želite eksperimentirati, za ovaj recept trebat će vam samo tri osnovna sastojka:
- tamna čokolada
- med
- maslac od kikirikija

Priprema traje desetak minuta. Za početak, na pari ili u mikrovalnoj pećnici, rastopite čokoladu. Ja sam koristila 300 grama, a za poseban sjaj čokolade dodala sam žličicu maslaca. Nakon što se čokolada fino rastopi, pomaknite je s vatre te joj dodajte žlicu meda i dvije žlice maslaca od kikirikija. Zbog balansiranja okusa, dodajte i prstohvat soli.
Izmješanu smjesu prelijete u posudu 20x10 centimetara koju ste prethodno obložili masnim papirom.
Za kraj, na smjesu stavite još dvije, tri žlice maslaca od kikirikija te se s nožićem poigrajte stvarajući vijugave niti maslaca kroz čokoladu. Pripremljeni fudge stavite u zamrzivač dok se lijepo ne stisne te ga poslužite uz kavu ili čaj.
