Proljetni umor često prate simptomi kroničnog umora, iscrpljenosti, glavobolje i smanjenih performansi. O čemu se zapravo radi? Riječ je o prilagođavanju našeg organizma na toplije godišnje doba.

Naime, s početkom proljetnih dana naš organizam se nakon hladnih mjeseci budi iz neke vrste malog zimskog sna i mora se prilagoditi novim okolnostima. Mijenja se cirkulacija, krvni tlak može varirati, a dolazi i do hormonalnih promjena u tijelu. Zbog dugog vremena smanjene sunčeve svjetlosti, tijelo još uvijek proizvodi melatonin, koji nas čini umornima.

Koji su uzroci proljetnog umora?

Nedostatak vitalnosti može biti uzrokovan i manjkom vitamina u tijelu. Primjerice, važni izvori energije su vitamini C i D koji ovise o unosu svježeg voća i povrća te izloženosti sunčevim zrakama, upravo onoga što nam tijekom zime nedostaje.

Proljetne alergije također mogu biti uzrokom umora- Istraživanje iz 2013. godine američkog Zavoda za astmu i alergije (AAFA) pokazalo je da 59 % ispitanika koji pate od alergija dišnog sustava imaju problema s usnivanjem te buđenjem tijekom noći. Alergije ne utječu samo na san onih koji od njih boluju jer je i 48 % osoba čiji su partneri alergičari prijavilo probleme s buđenjem tijekom noći zbog neprestanog šmrcanja i kihanja partnera.

Ukratko, najčešći uzroci proljetnog umora su promjene u ciklusu spavanja te nedostatak vitamina važnih za obnovu imuniteta, prenosi portal Krenizdravo.

Kako pobijediti proljetni umor?

Ujutro, umjesto kave, popijte zeleni ili crni čaj.

Zeleni čaj sadrži kofein pa se pije kao stimulans, ali i kao jak imunostimulator.

Crni čaj zahvaljujući kofeinu djeluje stimulirajuće i okrepljujuće, pa smanjuje pospanost i umor.

Energiju možete vratiti i sokom od mrkve, limuna, naranče, jabuke i celera.

Umorni možete biti i zbog nedostatka kisika. Počnite vježbati kako biste razbudili organizam i poboljšali unos kisika svaki dan.

Izbjegavajte ljenčarenje i izađite na sunce. Zrak i sunce potaknuti će lučenje hormona dobrog raspoloženja i sintezu vitamina D te će vam, uz pravilnu prehranu, pomoći u rješavanju ovog sezonskog problema.

Proljetni umor često prate simptomi kroničnog umora, iscrpljenosti, glavobolje i smanjenih performansi. O čemu se zapravo radi? Riječ je o prilagođavanju našeg organizma na toplije godišnje doba.

Naime, s početkom proljetnih dana naš organizam se nakon hladnih mjeseci budi iz neke vrste malog zimskog sna i mora se prilagoditi novim okolnostima. Mijenja se cirkulacija, krvni tlak može varirati, a dolazi i do hormonalnih promjena u tijelu. Koji su uzroci proljetnog umora?

Nedostatak vitalnosti može biti uzrokovan i manjkom vitamina u tijelu. Primjerice, važni izvori energije su vitamini C i D koji ovise o unosu svježeg voća i povrća te izloženosti sunčevim zrakama, upravo onoga što nam tijekom zime nedostaje.

Proljetne alergije također mogu biti uzrokom umora- Istraživanje iz 2013. godine američkog Zavoda za astmu i alergije (AAFA) pokazalo je da 59 % ispitanika koji pate od alergija dišnog sustava imaju problema s usnivanjem te buđenjem tijekom noći. Alergije ne utječu samo na san onih koji od njih boluju jer je i 48 % osoba čiji su partneri alergičari prijavilo probleme s buđenjem tijekom noći zbog neprestanog šmrcanja i kihanja partnera.

Ukratko, najčešći uzroci proljetnog umora su promjene u ciklusu spavanja te nedostatak vitamina važnih za obnovu imuniteta, prenosi portal Krenizdravo.

Kako pobijediti proljetni umor?

Ujutro, umjesto kave, popijte zeleni ili crni čaj.

Zeleni čaj sadrži kofein pa se pije kao stimulans, ali i kao jak imunostimulator.

Crni čaj zahvaljujući kofeinu djeluje stimulirajuće i okrepljujuće, pa smanjuje pospanost i umor.

Energiju možete vratiti i sokom od mrkve, limuna, naranče, jabuke i celera.

Umorni možete biti i zbog nedostatka kisika. Počnite vježbati kako biste razbudili organizam i poboljšali unos kisika svaki dan.

Izbjegavajte ljenčarenje i izađite na sunce. Zrak i sunce potaknuti će lučenje hormona dobrog raspoloženja i sintezu vitamina D te će vam, uz pravilnu prehranu, pomoći u rješavanju ovog sezonskog problema.
