Kad hoćete napraviti grickalice koje bi se mogle svidjeti svima, a ne da vam se uložiti previše truda ili nemate dovoljno vremena, ovo je recept za vas. Idealno će poslužiti za vrijeme gledanja današnje utakmice naše reprezentacije protiv Kanade.

Jednostavno zamijesite tijesto, pustite da se digne, a zatim ga režite na štapiće i u igru ubacite dodatke po želji. Ispecite i ponesite na druženje s ekipom ili samo postavite na sredinu stola uz dobar dip ili nareske, piše Dobra Hrana.

Od pola kilograma brašna dobit ćete zbilja velik broj štapića, što je itekako dobro s obzirom na to da su prilično zarazni i teško je pojesti samo jedan, posebice ako se zaigrate s dodacima.

Primjerice, dodati možete zadnje ovogodišnje slatke rajčice i komadiće maslina, pa napraviti štapiće inspirirane focacciom, a tijesto možete i posuti aromatičnim ribanim sirom ili samo začinskim biljem, sezamom, kimom ili bučinim sjemenkama. S ovim hrskavcima, koje posebno zanimljivima čini i griz s vanjske strane, stvarno sve funkcionira dobro. Dodatni je plus i što ih lako možete prenijeti s jedne adrese na drugu, ukoliko idete kod nekoga gledati utakmicu.

Trebat će vam:

500 g glatkog brašna

300 g mlake vode

2 žličice kvasca

3 žlice maslinova ulja

malo griza

dodaci po želji (masline, rajčice, začinsko bilje, ribani sir, sezam, kim...)

1 žličica šećera

sol

Priprema:

Mlaku vodu pomiješajte s kvascem i žličicom šećera. Pustite da se zapjeni pa dodajte brašnu i umijesite tijesto. Posolite i mijesite 5 do 10 minuta, dok ne dobijete kuglu. Ako je potrebno, dodajte još brašna ili vode kako tijesto ne bi bilo previše ili premalo vlažno.

Kada ste gotovi, kuglu premažite maslinovim uljem i pustite da se diže sat vremena. Nakon toga, tijesto podijelite na tri djela, oblikujte kugle, pustite da odmore desetak minuta, a zatim prvu kuglu razvaljajte u pravokutnik i narežite je na štapiće. Prije nego što počnete valjati tijesto, podlogu pospite s malo griza kako se ne bi lijepilo.

Štapiće možete premazati jajem ili maslinovim uljem i dodati toping po želji. Posipati ih možete sezamom, sitno ribanim aromatičnim sirom, začinskim biljem ili komadićima maslina i rajčica. Posložite štapiće u posudu za pečenje tako da ostavite malo razmaka između kako bi mogli narasti. Pecite ih 10 do 20 minuta na 200 Celzijevih stupnjeva dok ne poprime boju i postanu hrskavi, objavila je Dobra Hrana.

Kad hoćete napraviti grickalice koje bi se mogle svidjeti svima, a ne da vam se uložiti previše truda ili nemate dovoljno vremena, ovo je recept za vas. Idealno će poslužiti za vrijeme gledanja današnje utakmice naše reprezentacije protiv Kanade.

Jednostavno zamijesite tijesto, pustite da se digne, a zatim ga režite na štapiće i u igru ubacite dodatke po želji. Ispecite i ponesite na druženje s ekipom ili samo postavite na sredinu stola uz dobar dip ili nareske, piše Dobra Hrana.

Od pola kilograma brašna dobit ćete zbilja velik broj štapića, što je itekako dobro s obzirom na to da su prilično zarazni i teško je pojesti samo jedan, posebice ako se zaigrate s dodacima.

Primjerice, dodati možete zadnje ovogodišnje slatke rajčice i komadiće maslina, pa napraviti štapiće inspirirane focacciom, a tijesto možete i posuti aromatičnim ribanim sirom ili samo začinskim biljem, sezamom, kimom ili bučinim sjemenkama. S ovim hrskavcima, koje posebno zanimljivima čini i griz s vanjske strane, stvarno sve funkcionira dobro. Dodatni je plus i što ih lako možete prenijeti s jedne adrese na drugu, ukoliko idete kod nekoga gledati utakmicu.

Trebat će vam:

500 g glatkog brašna

300 g mlake vode

2 žličice kvasca

3 žlice maslinova ulja

malo griza

dodaci po želji (masline, rajčice, začinsko bilje, ribani sir, sezam, kim...)

1 žličica šećera

Priprema:

Mlaku vodu pomiješajte s kvascem i žličicom šećera. Pustite da se zapjeni pa dodajte brašnu i umijesite tijesto. Posolite i mijesite 5 do 10 minuta, dok ne dobijete kuglu. Ako je potrebno, dodajte još brašna ili vode kako tijesto ne bi bilo previše ili premalo vlažno.

Kada ste gotovi, kuglu premažite maslinovim uljem i pustite da se diže sat vremena. Nakon toga, tijesto podijelite na tri djela, oblikujte kugle, pustite da odmore desetak minuta, a zatim prvu kuglu razvaljajte u pravokutnik i narežite je na štapiće. Prije nego što počnete valjati tijesto, podlogu pospite s malo griza kako se ne bi lijepilo.

Štapiće možete premazati jajem ili maslinovim uljem i dodati toping po želji. Posipati ih možete sezamom, sitno ribanim aromatičnim sirom, začinskim biljem ili komadićima maslina i rajčica. Posložite štapiće u posudu za pečenje tako da ostavite malo razmaka između kako bi mogli narasti. Pecite ih 10 do 20 minuta na 200 Celzijevih stupnjeva dok ne poprime boju i postanu hrskavi, objavila je Dobra Hrana.

Kad hoćete napraviti grickalice koje bi se mogle svidjeti svima, a ne da vam se uložiti previše truda ili nemate dovoljno vremena, ovo je recept za vas. Idealno će poslužiti za vrijeme gledanja današnje utakmice naše reprezentacije protiv Kanade.

Jednostavno zamijesite tijesto, pustite da se digne, a zatim ga režite na štapiće i u igru ubacite dodatke po želji. Ispecite i ponesite na druženje s ekipom ili samo postavite na sredinu stola uz dobar dip ili nareske, piše Dobra Hrana.

Od pola kilograma brašna dobit ćete zbilja velik broj štapića, što je itekako dobro s obzirom na to da su prilično zarazni i teško je pojesti samo jedan, posebice ako se zaigrate s dodacima.

Primjerice, dodati možete zadnje ovogodišnje slatke rajčice i komadiće maslina, pa napraviti...
