Kada jednom odaberte najbolju lubenicu, vrijeme je da pripremite i recepte koje donosimo u nastavku - piše Dobra hrana Jutarnjeg lista.

Pri kupnji lubenice često se vodimo najjednostavnijim i vjerojatno najstarijim trikom na koji su nas i same kroz godine upućivali oni stariji i iskusniji, a uključuje trešenje i kucanje o lubenicu. Iako su mnogi uvjereni u učinkovitost ove metode, ona ipak ne donosi baš uvijek najtočniji rezultat pa se često, čak i nakon svih navedenih provjera, razočaramo u slatkoću i sočnost omiljenog ljetnog ploda. Kako biste bili sigurni u ono što kupujete, sve što trebate napraviti daleko je jednostavnije od navedenih metoda. Naime, dovoljna će biti tek kratka provjera.

Svaka lubenica ima "prsten" ili mrlju okruglog oblika, dio koji je tijekom njenog rasta doticao tlo i nešto je svjetlije boje od ostatka ploda. U slučaju da je boja te mrlje bež ili žućkaste boje, lubenica je zrela. Ako je pak svjetlo-zelene ili bijele boje, lubenica još uvijek nije dovoljno zrela i takav plod najbolje je preskočiti. Također, kada je već držite u ruci, dobro je znati kako će teža lubenica uvijek će biti bolji izbor upravo zbog toga što sadrži više soka, za razliku od one lakše koja bi iznutra mogla biti suha - piše Dobra hrana Jutarnjeg lista.

Kada jednom odaberte najbolju lubenicu, vrijeme je da pripremite i recepte koje donosimo u nastavku - piše Dobra hrana Jutarnjeg lista.

Pri kupnji lubenice često se vodimo najjednostavnijim i vjerojatno najstarijim trikom na koji su nas i same kroz godine upućivali oni stariji i iskusniji, a uključuje trešenje i kucanje o lubenicu. Iako su mnogi uvjereni u učinkovitost ove metode, ona ipak ne donosi baš uvijek najtočniji rezultat pa se često, čak i nakon svih navedenih provjera, razočaramo u slatkoću i sočnost omiljenog ljetnog ploda. Kako biste bili sigurni u ono što kupujete, sve što trebate napraviti daleko je jednostavnije od navedenih metoda. Naime, dovoljna će biti tek kratka provjera.

Svaka lubenica ima "prsten" ili mrlju okruglog oblika, dio koji je tijekom njenog rasta doticao tlo i nešto je svjetlije boje od ostatka ploda. U slučaju da je boja te mrlje bež ili žućkaste boje, lubenica je zrela. Ako je pak svjetlo-zelene ili bijele boje, lubenica još uvijek nije dovoljno zrela i takav plod najbolje je preskočiti. Također, kada je već držite u ruci, dobro je znati kako će teža lubenica uvijek će biti bolji izbor upravo zbog toga što sadrži više soka, za razliku od one lakše koja bi iznutra mogla biti suha - piše Dobra hrana Jutarnjeg lista.

Kada jednom odaberte najbolju lubenicu, vrijeme je da pripremite i recepte koje donosimo u nastavku - piše Dobra hrana Jutarnjeg lista.

Pri kupnji lubenice često se vodimo najjednostavnijim i vjerojatno najstarijim trikom na koji su nas i same kroz godine upućivali oni stariji i iskusniji, a uključuje trešenje i kucanje o lubenicu. Iako su mnogi uvjereni u učinkovitost ove metode, ona ipak ne donosi baš uvijek najtočniji rezultat pa se često, čak i nakon svih navedenih provjera, razočaramo u slatkoću i sočnost omiljenog ljetnog ploda. Kako biste bili sigurni u ono što kupujete, sve što trebate napraviti daleko je jednostavnije od navedenih metoda. Naime, dovoljna će biti tek kratka provjera. 

Svaka lubenica ima "prsten" ili mrlju okruglog...
