Petak je dan u tjednu kad se mnogi odlučuju za laganiju, nemasniju, nemesnu varijantu ručka.
Bez razlike biraju li je iz vjerskih ili nutricionističkih pobuda, kod mnogih se uvriježila navika da petkom često biraju ribu kao obrok.
Kako su željeni riblji primjerci cijenom često nedostupni, ali i nepovoljni vremenski uvjeti poput današnjeg utječu na ponudu svježe na gradskim ribarnicama, vegetarijanske varijante jela sjajan su izbor.
Glavna zvijezda dvaju brzih recepata koje vam predlažemo za današnji ručak je rajčica, koja sezonski lagano dolazi "na svoje".
Da bi vas dodatno potakli, navest ćemo i znanstveno potvrđene činjenice da je rajčica, kao povrće puno vitamina C, vrlo važne za održavanje i očuvanje imunološkog sustava.
Sadrži likopen, vrlo važan fitonutrijent za koji su brojne studije pokazale da umanjuje tragove starenja te ima antikancerogena svojstva. Likopen je posebno učinkovit u smanjivanju šansi od oboljenja od karcinoma prostate i debelog crijeva.
Znanstvenici su u studijama otkrili kako likopen u rajčicama, ako se konzumiraju redovito, može učinkovito otkloniti izloženost srčanim oboljenjima i do 29 posto, a njegov nedostatak u prehrani tijekom menopauze povezan je s oboljenjima od osteoporoze.
Varijante ovih jela nedvojbeno ste pripremali, no podsjetnik i verzija s pokojim novim detaljem uvijek je dobrodošla.
FOCACCIA S CHERRY RAJČICAMA
Sastojci:
1/4 šalice pistacija
1/4 šalice maslinovog ulja
1 žličica mljevenog češnjaka
1/2 žlice sitno sjeckanog ružmarina
2 šalice cherry rajčica
Za pogaču:
3,5 šalice bračna
1 žlica šećera
instant kvasac
2 žličice soli
Maslinovo ulje
Postupak:
U zdjeli pomiješajte brašno, šećer, kvasac, sol i jednu cijelu plus 1/4 šalice vode. Tijesto mijesite u posudi pet minuta, pokrijte krpom (ručnikom, stolnjakom) i pustite da se diže jedan sat, ili dok se ne udvostruči.
Zagrijte pećnicu na 230 stupnjeva.
Usitnite pistacije, ali na "grubo", ostavite i veih komada. U zdjeli ih zamješajte s maslinovim uljem, češnjakom i ružmarinom.
Lim za pečenje velikodušno obložite maslinovim uljem i razvucite tijesto u njemu. Ukoliko imate vremena, možete ga ostaviti da se još malo podigne.
U smjesu s pistacijima dodajte 2 žlice tople vode i sve prelijte preko tijesta. Utisnite u tijesto polovice cherry rajčica i pecite 25-30 minuta ili do postizanja zlatne boje.

BRZE FETTUCCINE SA SVJEŽOM RAJČICOM I UMAKOM
Sastojci:
rajčice
2 žlice smeđeg rižinog sirupa
2 žlice octa balsamico
2 žlice tanko narezanog bosiljka (plus nenarezani za kraj)
1 žlica sjeckanog vlasca
1 žlica peršina
2 češnja češnjaka, mljevena (oko 2 žličice)
fettuccine
Postupak:
U zdjeli pomiješajte rajčicu isjeckanu na kockice, rižin sirup, ocat, bosiljak, vlasac, peršin i češnjak. Začinite po ukusu solju i paprom.
Skuhajte i ocijedite fettuccine, sačuvajte pola šalice vode sa strane.
Umak prelijte na tjesteninu, povežite vodom od kuhanja, začinite s više mljevenog crnog papra i svježim bosiljkom.

Petak je dan u tjednu kad se mnogi odlučuju za laganiju, nemasniju, nemesnu varijantu ručka.
Bez razlike biraju li je iz vjerskih ili nutricionističkih pobuda, kod mnogih se uvriježila navika da petkom često biraju ribu kao obrok.
Kako su željeni riblji primjerci cijenom često nedostupni, ali i nepovoljni vremenski uvjeti poput današnjeg utječu na ponudu svježe na gradskim ribarnicama, vegetarijanske varijante jela sjajan su izbor.
Glavna zvijezda dvaju brzih recepata koje vam predlažemo za današnji ručak je rajčica, koja sezonski lagano dolazi "na svoje".
Da bi vas dodatno potakli, navest ćemo i znanstveno potvrđene činjenice da je rajčica, kao povrće puno vitamina C, vrlo važne za održavanje i očuvanje imunološkog sustava.
Sadrži likopen, vrlo važan fitonutrijent za koji su brojne studije pokazale da umanjuje tragove starenja te ima antikancerogena svojstva. Likopen je posebno učinkovit u smanjivanju šansi od oboljenja od karcinoma prostate i debelog crijeva.
Znanstvenici su u studijama otkrili kako likopen u rajčicama, ako se konzumiraju redovito, može učinkovito otkloniti izloženost srčanim oboljenjima i do 29 posto, a njegov nedostatak u prehrani tijekom menopauze povezan je s oboljenjima od osteoporoze.
Varijante ovih jela nedvojbeno ste pripremali, no podsjetnik i verzija s pokojim novim detaljem uvijek je dobrodošla.
FOCACCIA S CHERRY RAJČICAMA
Sastojci:
1/4 šalice pistacija
1/4 šalice maslinovog ulja
1 žličica mljevenog češnjaka
1/2 žlice sitno sjeckanog ružmarina
2 šalice cherry rajčica
Za pogaču:
3,5 šalice bračna
1 žlica šećera
instant kvasac
2 žličice soli
Maslinovo ulje
Postupak:
U zdjeli pomiješajte brašno, šećer, kvasac, sol i jednu cijelu plus 1/4 šalice vode. Tijesto mijesite u posudi pet minuta, pokrijte krpom (ručnikom, stolnjakom) i pustite da se diže jedan sat, ili dok se ne udvostruči.
Zagrijte pećnicu na 230 stupnjeva.
Usitnite pistacije, ali na "grubo", ostavite i veih komada. U zdjeli ih zamješajte s maslinovim uljem, češnjakom i ružmarinom.
Lim za pečenje velikodušno obložite maslinovim uljem i razvucite tijesto u njemu. Ukoliko imate vremena, možete ga ostaviti da se još malo podigne.
U smjesu s pistacijima dodajte 2 žlice tople vode i sve prelijte preko tijesta. Utisnite u tijesto polovice cherry rajčica i pecite 25-30 minuta ili do postizanja zlatne boje.

BRZE FETTUCCINE SA SVJEŽOM RAJČICOM I UMAKOM
Sastojci:
rajčice
2 žlice smeđeg rižinog sirupa
2 žlice octa balsamico
2 žlice tanko narezanog bosiljka (plus nenarezani za kraj)
1 žlica sjeckanog vlasca
1 žlica peršina
2 češnja češnjaka, mljevena (oko 2 žličice)
fettuccine
Postupak:
U zdjeli pomiješajte rajčicu isjeckanu na kockice, rižin sirup, ocat, bosiljak, vlasac, peršin i češnjak. Začinite po ukusu solju i paprom.
Skuhajte i ocijedite fettuccine, sačuvajte pola šalice vode sa strane.
Umak prelijte na tjesteninu, povežite vodom od kuhanja, začinite s više mljevenog crnog papra i svježim bosiljkom.
