U pojedinim obiteljima gdje ima više male djece tijekom ljeta kutije od sladoleda zauzimaju značajan prostor u zamrzivaču pa se pojedini roditelji često odlučuju sami raditi sladoled kada ga se zažele.

Također i oni čija djeca ne vole jesti voće,  sa sladoledom 'namame'  dijete kako bi ipak pojelo neko voće neko. Danas vam donosimo dva recepta za voće čija je upravo sezona te se svježe može nabaviti i od domaćih proizvođača: sladoled od bresaka i sladoled od jagoda i lubenica.

Za ove sladolede nije potreban nikakav poseban aparat za sladoled nego tek obični blender ili štapni mikser.

SLADOLED OD JAGODE I LUBENICE:

SASTOJCI:

- 400 g lubenice

- 500 g jagoda

- 2-33 jušne žlice meda (po želji)

- sok od 1/2 limuna

PRIPREMA:

Narežite lubenicu, očistite od koštica i izgnječite. Operite i očistite jagode te narežite na polovice. Lubenicu, jagode, med i sok od limuna usitnite u blenderu ili pomoću štapnog miksera. Smjesu zamrznite nekih 4-5 sati a nakon toga se već može poslužiti.

SLADOLED OD BRESKVE

SASTOJCI:

- 2 ohlađene narezane breskve

- ⅓ šalice kokosovog vrhnja

- 1-2 žličice vanilija ekstrakta

- 2-3 žlice meda

PRIPREMA

U blender stavite breskve, kokosovo vrhnje, vanilija ekstrakt i med. Izmiješajte sve sastojke. S malo vode regulirajte gustoću smjese (koja ovisi o sočnosti breskve). Kad dobijete gustu, čvrstu smjesu, zamrznite sladoled. Poslužite hladno, s preljevom po želji.

U pojedinim obiteljima gdje ima više male djece tijekom ljeta kutije od sladoleda zauzimaju značajan prostor u zamrzivaču pa se pojedini roditelji često odlučuju sami raditi sladoled kada ga se zažele.

Također i oni čija djeca ne vole jesti voće,  sa sladoledom 'namame'  dijete kako bi ipak pojelo neko voće neko. Danas vam donosimo dva recepta za voće čija je upravo sezona te se svježe može nabaviti i od domaćih proizvođača: sladoled od bresaka i sladoled od jagoda i lubenica.

Za ove sladolede nije potreban nikakav poseban aparat za sladoled nego tek obični blender ili štapni mikser.

SLADOLED OD JAGODE I LUBENICE:

SASTOJCI:

- 400 g lubenice

- 500 g jagoda

- 2-33 jušne žlice meda (po želji)

- sok od 1/2 limuna

PRIPREMA:

Narežite lubenicu, očistite od koštica i izgnječite. Operite i očistite jagode te narežite na polovice. Lubenicu, jagode, med i sok od limuna usitnite u blenderu ili pomoću štapnog miksera. Smjesu zamrznite nekih 4-5 sati a nakon toga se već može poslužiti.

SLADOLED OD BRESKVE

SASTOJCI:

- 2 ohlađene narezane breskve

- ⅓ šalice kokosovog vrhnja

- 1-2 žličice vanilija ekstrakta

- 2-3 žlice meda

PRIPREMA

U blender stavite breskve, kokosovo vrhnje, vanilija ekstrakt i med. Izmiješajte sve sastojke. S malo vode regulirajte gustoću smjese (koja ovisi o sočnosti breskve). Kad dobijete gustu, čvrstu smjesu, zamrznite sladoled. Poslužite hladno, s preljevom po želji.

U pojedinim obiteljima gdje ima više male djece tijekom ljeta kutije od sladoleda zauzimaju značajan prostor u zamrzivaču pa se pojedini roditelji često odlučuju sami raditi sladoled kada ga se zažele.

Također i oni čija djeca ne vole jesti voće,  sa sladoledom 'namame'  dijete kako bi ipak pojelo neko voće neko. Danas vam donosimo dva recepta za voće čija je upravo sezona te se svježe može nabaviti i od domaćih proizvođača: sladoled od bresaka i sladoled od jagoda i lubenica.

Za ove sladolede nije potreban nikakav poseban aparat za sladoled nego tek obični blender ili štapni mikser.
