Recept za fritule koje su meke iznutra, a savršeno hrskave izvana, piše Živim.

---SASTOJCI:
200 ml jogurta
1 jaje
1 naribana jabuka (bez kore)
2 žlice ruma
2 žlice rakije
2 žlice šećera
prstohvat soli
2 vanilin šećera
1 prašak za pecivo
300 g brašna
+ suncokretovo ulje za prženje

PRIPREMA:
U posudu dodajte jaje, jogurt, jabuku, šećere i sol pa mutite pjenjačom.
Dodajte rakiju i rum, pa postepeno dodavajte brašno s praškom za pecivo.
U duboku i široku posudu stavite ulje i zagrijte.
Smjesu za fritule pomoću male žličice stavljajte u ulje i pržite 1/2 min ili ju stavite u slastičarsku vrećicu i pomoću nje i noža je spuštajte u ulje.
Taj postupak radite dok ne potrošite smjesu.
Tople fritule uvaljajte u šećer u prahu.
*za idealne fritule ulje vam mora biti na temperaturi od 170/180 stupnjeva, piše Živim.

200 ml jogurta
1 jaje
1 naribana jabuka (bez kore)
2 žlice ruma
2 žlice rakije
2 žlice šećera
prstohvat soli
2 vanilin šećera
1 prašak za pecivo
300 g brašna
+ suncokretovo ulje za prženje

PRIPREMA:
U posudu dodajte jaje, jogurt, jabuku, šećere i sol pa mutite pjenjačom.
Dodajte rakiju i rum, pa postepeno dodavajte brašno s praškom za pecivo.
U duboku i široku posudu stavite ulje i zagrijte.
Smjesu za fritule pomoću male žličice stavljajte u ulje i pržite 1/2 min ili ju stavite u slastičarsku vrećicu i pomoću nje i noža je spuštajte u ulje.
Taj postupak radite dok ne potrošite smjesu.
Tople fritule uvaljajte u šećer u prahu.
*za idealne fritule ulje vam mora biti na temperaturi od 170/180 stupnjeva, piše Živim.
