500 g njoka

2 žlice maslaca

1 žlica brašna

300 ml mlijeka

prstohvat muškatnog oraščića

1 žličica senfa

3 žlice parmezana

2 veća odreska lososa

1 žlica kopra

sol i papar

PRIPREMA:

U posudi najprije otopite maslac, pustite da se zapjeni pa dodajte brašno. Dobro promiješajte dok ne dobijete pastu, a zatim prelijte toplim mlijekom. Kuhajte uz miješanje dok ne dobijete gust umak. Dodajte muškatni oraščić, kopar, sol, papar i senf. U vatrostalnu posudu stavite njoke, prelijte ih dobivenim umakom, dodajte komadiće lososa koji ste najprije ispekli. Pomiješajte te pospite parmezanom. Pecite oko 30 do 40 minuta na 180 stupnjeva, dok njoki ne poprime zlatnu boju.

Napravite brzi umak, dodajte losos i malo sira pa sve zajedno zapecite s omiljenim njokima danas za ručak, predlaže Dobra hrana.

SASTOJCI:

500 g njoka

2 žlice maslaca

1 žlica brašna

300 ml mlijeka

prstohvat muškatnog oraščića

1 žličica senfa

3 žlice parmezana

2 veća odreska lososa

1 žlica kopra

sol i papar

PRIPREMA:

U posudi najprije otopite maslac, pustite da se zapjeni pa dodajte brašno. Dobro promiješajte dok ne dobijete pastu, a zatim prelijte toplim mlijekom. Kuhajte uz miješanje dok ne dobijete gust umak. Dodajte muškatni oraščić, kopar, sol, papar i senf. U vatrostalnu posudu stavite njoke, prelijte ih dobivenim umakom, dodajte komadiće lososa koji ste najprije ispekli. Pomiješajte te pospite parmezanom. Pecite oko 30 do 40 minuta na 180 stupnjeva, dok njoki ne poprime zlatnu boju.

Napravite brzi umak, dodajte losos i malo sira pa sve zajedno zapecite s omiljenim njokima danas za ručak, predlaže Dobra hrana.

SASTOJCI:

500 g njoka

2 žlice maslaca

1 žlica brašna

300 ml mlijeka

prstohvat muškatnog oraščića

1 žličica senfa

3 žlice parmezana

2 veća odreska lososa

1 žlica kopra

sol i papar

PRIPREMA:

U posudi najprije otopite maslac, pustite da se zapjeni pa dodajte brašno. Dobro promiješajte dok ne dobijete pastu, a zatim prelijte toplim mlijekom. Kuhajte uz miješanje dok ne dobijete gust umak. Dodajte muškatni oraščić, kopar, sol, papar i senf. U vatrostalnu posudu stavite njoke, prelijte ih dobivenim umakom, dodajte komadiće lososa koji ste najprije ispekli. Pomiješajte te pospite parmezanom. Pecite oko 30 do 40 minuta na 180 stupnjeva, dok njoki ne poprime zlatnu b...
