U Makarskoj se već odavno ispred stambenih zgrada pojavila glupa praksa nezakonitog i samovoljnog postavljanja rampi za parkiranje automobila, a u Ulici Vladimira Nazora stanari su otišli toliko daleko da čak i iznajmljuju parkirališna mjesta koja su nezakonito ogradili i tako fino zarađuju, a da ne plaćaju porez.

Dakle, ispred zgrade koja ima 53 stana, 15 je parkirališnih mjesta pod rampom. Rampe su stavili čak i podstanari, ali i bahati stanari koji imaju svoje garaže tako da više nijedan stanar zgrade nema gdje parkirati svoj automobil jer su sva mjesta okupirana od strane 15 "divljih" stanara. Pored toga, namjera im je bila i ''osvojiti'' mali vrt zgrade, ali na, njihovu žalost, vrt je u vlasništvu Grada Makarske.

Opasne za ljude

Da su rampe postavljene nezakonito, te da će ih komunalni redari uskoro ukloniti, potvrdio nam je Dražen Nemčić, voditelj redara, kao i Milan Raič, vlasnik tvrtke "Corrigo" koja upravlja zgradom.

– Rampe za parkirališna mjesta se ne smiju nigdje staviti bez odobrenja Grada, inače su opasne jer ljudi padaju preko njih, pa ćemo ih uskoro uklanjati pajserima, kao i sve ostale nezakonito postavljene rampe. U Ulici Vladimira Nazora svatko radi svašta što mu pada na pamet, a to ne može tako – kažu iz Grada Makarske.

Kako nam je rekao Dražen Nemčić, parkiralište zgrade je u suvlasništvu svih stanara, a ne samo pojedinaca.

– Rampe se na parkiralištu zgrade nisu smjele postavljati, a da se prethodno nije tražila suglasnost stanara zgrade. Ovdje je svatko svoju rampu samovoljno stavio i tako su iskoristili priliku za loviti u mutnome – pojasnio nam je Nemčić.

WhatsApp grupa

Rampe nam je komentirao i Milan Raič čija tvrtka upravlja zgradom koja uopće nema predstavnika stanara, pa tako pojedinci sebi uzimaju za pravo svojatati zajedničku imovinu i prostore iz kojih besplatno koriste struju za svoje potrebe, a zgradom zapravo upravlja WhatsApp grupa čiji su članovi stanari koji u zgradu dolaze samo ljeti, žive u inozemstvu ili u susjednoj BiH, a voditeljica grupe u Danskoj.

Tako ako nekome od domaćih stanara nešto zatreba vezano za popravak u stanu, o svemu će odlučiti WhatsApp grupa, u kojoj se piše puno toga nezakonitoga i uvredljivoga na račun stanara koji nisu u grupi, što je zbilja nečuveno i ironično, i kao takva je postala slučaj za policiju ili neke ustanove u zdravstvu.

– Meni su ruke jednostavno vezane jer zgrada nema predstavnika stanara, tako da se ne mogu obavljati niti popravci fasade niti oluka, a hitno treba promijeniti i lift. Za rampe kojima je 15 stanara zauzelo parkiralište nitko nije tražio odobrenje "Corriga", i sve su one postavljene bespravno. Svi stanari su suvlasnici čestice zemlje ispred zgrade, osim vrta koji je u vlasništvu Grada – kazao nam je Raič.

U Makarskoj se već odavno ispred stambenih zgrada pojavila glupa praksa nezakonitog i samovoljnog postavljanja rampi za parkiranje automobila, a u Ulici Vladimira Nazora stanari su otišli toliko daleko da čak i iznajmljuju parkirališna mjesta koja su nezakonito ogradili i tako fino zarađuju, a da ne plaćaju porez.

Dakle, ispred zgrade koja ima 53 stana, 15 je parkirališnih mjesta pod rampom. Rampe su stavili čak i podstanari, ali i bahati stanari koji imaju svoje garaže tako da više nijedan stanar zgrade nema gdje parkirati svoj automobil jer su sva mjesta okupirana od strane 15 "divljih" stanara. Pored toga, namjera im je bila i ''osvojiti'' mali vrt zgrade, ali na, njihovu žalost, vrt je u vlasništvu Grada Makarske.

Opasne za ljude

Da su rampe postavljene nezakonito, te da će ih komunalni redari uskoro ukloniti, potvrdio nam je Dražen Nemčić, voditelj redara, kao i Milan Raič, vlasnik tvrtke "Corrigo" koja upravlja zgradom.

– Rampe za parkirališna mjesta se ne smiju nigdje staviti bez odobrenja Grada, inače su opasne jer ljudi padaju preko njih, pa ćemo ih uskoro uklanjati pajserima, kao i sve ostale nezakonito postavljene rampe. U Ulici Vladimira Nazora svatko radi svašta što mu pada na pamet, a to ne može tako – kažu iz Grada Makarske.

Kako nam je rekao Dražen Nemčić, parkiralište zgrade je u suvlasništvu svih stanara, a ne samo pojedinaca.

– Rampe se na parkiralištu zgrade nisu smjele postavljati, a da se prethodno nije tražila suglasnost stanara zgrade. Ovdje je svatko svoju rampu samovoljno stavio i tako su iskoristili priliku za loviti u mutnome – pojasnio nam je Nemčić.

Rampe nam je komentirao i Milan Raič čija tvrtka upravlja zgradom koja uopće nema predstavnika stanara, pa tako pojedinci sebi uzimaju za pravo svojatati zajedničku imovinu i prostore iz kojih besplatno koriste struju za svoje potrebe, a zgradom zapravo upravlja WhatsApp grupa čiji su članovi stanari koji u zgradu dolaze samo ljeti, žive u inozemstvu ili u susjednoj BiH, a voditeljica grupe u Danskoj.

Tako ako nekome od domaćih stanara nešto zatreba vezano za popravak u stanu, o svemu će odlučiti WhatsApp grupa, u kojoj se piše puno toga nezakonitoga i uvredljivoga na račun stanara koji nisu u grupi, što je zbilja nečuveno i ironično, i kao takva je postala slučaj za policiju ili neke ustanove u zdravstvu.

– Meni su ruke jednostavno vezane jer zgrada nema predstavnika stanara, tako da se ne mogu obavljati niti popravci fasade niti oluka, a hitno treba promijeniti i lift. Za rampe kojima je 15 stanara zauzelo parkiralište nitko nije tražio odobrenje "Corriga", i sve su one postavljene bespravno. Svi stanari su suvlasnici čestice zemlje ispred zgrade, osim vrta koji je u vlasništvu Grada – kazao nam je Raič.
