Prije dvije godine novom sistematizacijom radnih mjesta makarski gradonačelnik Zoran Paunović dao je otkaz šestero djelatnika Grada, a to su Marina Andačić Krivić, Hrvoje Eljuga, Andrea Ravlić, Ico Prgomet, Matej Lozina i Ivica Markota.

Potom su Andačić Krivić, Eljuga, Lozina i Markota podignuli tužbe protiv Grada, dok je Prgomet otišao u mirovinu, a Ravlić je pronašla novo radno mjesto.

Dobili na sudu 4:0

Krajem prošle godine, četvero djelatnika na sudu je pobijedilo Grad rezultatom 4:0, a konačno su riješeni statusi redara Markote i Lozine te Eljuge - bivšeg višeg stručnog suradnika za realizaciju programa i projekte, dok Andačić Krivić, bivša stručna suradnica za predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje, i dalje vodi sudski spor s Gradom.

Potom je Grad donio rješenje kojim se poništavaju rješenja o prestanku službe Markote i Lozine, tako da su se oba redara morala vratiti na posao, i to po presudama Upravnog suda u Splitu, koji je presudio da se poništavaju oba rješenja Grada - o otkazu i stavljanju na raspolaganje, a protiv presude nije bila dopuštena žalba.

Redari su se vratili na posao, ali im je gradonačelnik ponudio mjesto tajnice jer su njihova radna mjesta ukinuta izmjenama sistematizacije, što su odmah odbili i potpisali sporazumni raskid ugovora.

Kako nam je kazao Markota, Grad je nedavno sukladno sudskoj presudi i njemu i kolegi Lozini isplatio po 19 tisuća eura, dakle ukupno 38 tisuća eura, od čega se po 12 tisuća eura odnosi na oko 18 plaća, a po 7 tisuća eura na otpremninu uslijed sporazumnog raskida ugovora.

I Eljuga je dobio spor kojim je pobijeno rješenje Grada o stavljanju na raspolaganje bez prava na žalbu i Upravni sud u Splitu odlučio je o povratku na početni postupak zbog nezakonitog davanja otkaza, tako da se i on morao vratiti na posao.

Međutim, Eljuga se u međuvremenu zaposlio pa mu je, kako nam je kazao, Grad isplatio deset razlika u plaći, što je 1500 eura.

Dakle, novcem poreznih obveznika trojici otpuštenih djelatnika Grada do sada je isplaćeno oko 40 tisuća eura, a još je otvoreno pitanje što će se dogoditi ako otpušteni djelatnici budu tražili naknadu štete privatnim tužbama od gradonačelnika i bivše pročelnice koja je potpisala otkaze.

I četvrta otpuštena, Marina Andačić Krivić, dobila je presudu protiv Grada zbog stavljanja na raspolaganje, i to na radna mjesta čistačice i portirke, a onda je dobila otkaz pa je vraćena na posao, gdje je bila mjesec dana bez zaduženja, a onda je opet stavljena na raspolaganje.

Dakle, u godinu dana jedan put je vraćena na posao, dva je puta stavljena na raspolaganje, dva je puta dobila otkaz i dva je puta pokrenula sudski spor čiji se ishod još čeka.

Upit sa zamolbom

Dok nismo saznali za isplaćene odštete bivšoj trojici djelatnika, Gradu smo u dva navrata uputili upit sa zamolbom dostave potrebnih informacija vezanih za status četvero bivših djelatnika Grada koji su dobili otkaze – Ivica Markota, Matej Lozina, Hrvoje Eljuga i Marina Andačić Krivić.

Prije dvije godine novom sistematizacijom radnih mjesta makarski gradonačelnik Zoran Paunović dao je otkaz šestero djelatnika Grada, a to su Marina Andačić Krivić, Hrvoje Eljuga, Andrea Ravlić, Ico Prgomet, Matej Lozina i Ivica Markota.

Potom su Andačić Krivić, Eljuga, Lozina i Markota podignuli tužbe protiv Grada, dok je Prgomet otišao u mirovinu, a Ravlić je pronašla novo radno mjesto.

Dobili na sudu 4:0

Krajem prošle godine, četvero djelatnika na sudu je pobijedilo Grad rezultatom 4:0, a konačno su riješeni statusi redara Markote i Lozine te Eljuge - bivšeg višeg stručnog suradnika za realizaciju programa i projekte, dok Andačić Krivić, bivša stručna suradnica za predškolski odgoj i obrazovanje, i dalje vodi sudski spor s Gradom.

Potom je Grad donio rješenje kojim se poništavaju rješenja o prestanku službe Markote i Lozine, tako da su se oba redara morala vratiti na posao, i to po presudama Upravnog suda u Splitu, koji je presudio da se poništavaju oba rješenja Grada - o otkazu i stavljanju na raspolaganje, a protiv presude nije bila dopuštena žalba.

Redari su se vratili na posao, ali im je gradonačelnik ponudio mjesto tajnice jer su njihova radna mjesta ukinuta izmjenama sistematizacije, što su odmah odbili i potpisali sporazumni raskid ugovora.

Kako nam je kazao Markota, Grad je nedavno sukladno sudskoj presudi i njemu i kolegi Lozini isplatio po 19 tisuća eura, dakle ukupno 38 tisuća eura, od čega se po 12 tisuća eura odnosi na oko 18 plaća, a po 7 tisuća eura na otpremninu uslijed sporazumnog raskida ugovora.

I Eljuga je dobio spor kojim je pobijeno rješenje Grada o stavljanju na raspolaganje bez prava na žalbu i Upravni sud u Splitu odlučio je o povratku na početni postupak zbog nezakonitog davanja otkaza, tako da se i on morao vratiti na posao.

Međutim, Eljuga se u međuvremenu zaposlio pa mu je, kako nam je kazao, Grad isplatio deset razlika u plaći, što je 1500 eura.

Dakle, novcem poreznih obveznika trojici otpuštenih djelatnika Grada do sada je isplaćeno oko 40 tisuća eura, a još je otvoreno pitanje što će se dogoditi ako otpušteni djelatnici budu tražili naknadu štete privatnim tužbama od gradonačelnika i bivše pročelnice koja je potpisala otkaze.

I četvrta otpuštena, Marina Andačić Krivić, dobila je presudu protiv Grada zbog stavljanja na raspolaganje, i to na radna mjesta čistačice i portirke, a onda je dobila otkaz pa je vraćena na posao, gdje je bila mjesec dana bez zaduženja, a onda je opet stavljena na raspolaganje.

Dakle, u godinu dana jedan put je vraćena na posao, dva je puta stavljena na raspolaganje, dva je puta dobila otkaz i dva je puta pokrenula sudski spor čiji se ishod još čeka.

Upit sa zamolbom

Dok nismo saznali za isplaćene odštete bivšoj trojici djelatnika, Gradu smo u dva navrata uputili upit sa zamolbom dostave potrebnih informacija vezanih za status četvero bivših djelatnika Grada koji su dobili otkaze – Ivica Markota, Matej Lozina, Hrvoje Eljuga i Marina Andačić Krivić.

– Zanima nas koliku su odštetu i iznos svih retroaktivno isplaćenih plaća dobili Markota i Lozina? U kakvom su statusu Eljuga i Andačić Krivić – upitali smo Grad, ali odgovor nismo dobili.
