Njemačka strukovna udruženja upozoravaju na moguće posljedice uvođenja obveznog cijepljenja. To bi moglo rezultirati zabranom ulaska u zemlju stranim vozačima kamiona. Branša upozorava da već nedostaje na tisuće vozača, javlja DW.
Njemačko Savezno udruženje špedicije i logistike (DSLV) upozorava na moguće posljedice uvođenja obveznog cijepljenja. Glavni menadžer tog udruženja Frank Huster rekao je da bi to u krajnjem slučaju moglo dovesti do zaustavljanja tisuća stranih vozača na njemačkoj granici, jer bi im bio zabranjen ulazak u zemlju. Naime, vozači koji dolaze iz država izvan EU-a često su cijepljeni, ako uopće jesu, nekim od cjepiva poput Sputnjika, odnosno cjepivom koje nije priznato u Europskoj uniji.
Trenutno ionako nema dovoljno vozača. Huster zato pita može li se tim vozačima u Njemačkoj ponuditi cjepivo? On navodi da predstavnici prijevoznika trenutno razgovaraju s nadležnim ministarstvom i ističe da otvorena pitanja treba riješiti prije uvođenja obveznog cijepljenja.
DSLV se ne izjašnjava izričito protiv uvođenja obveznog cijepljenja, "ali velike su brige, da bismo mogli izgubiti dodatan broj vozača", kaže Huster.
I u Njemačkoj premalo vozača
Prema statistikama Saveza za transport roba i logistiku (BGL), u toj branši nedostaje između 60.000 i 80.000 vozača kamiona, a godišnje se taj broj povećava za 15.000. Prema riječima Dirka Engelhardta, glasnogovornika Upravnog odbora tog strukovnog udruženja, nije moguće nadoknaditi manjak osoblja ni vrbovanjem vozača u istočnim članicama Europske unije, jer i tamo nedostaju deseci tisuća vozača. Brojni vozači se odlučuju za bolje plaćene poslove u industriji, gdje je lakše uskladiti posao i obiteljski život. Ipak, Savez se izjasnio za uvođenje obveznog cijepljenja, navodi DW.
Predstavnici transportne i logističke branše su još prilikom uvođenja „pravila 3G“ (cijepljen, testiran, ozdravio) upozoravali na moguće probleme u isporuci robe, budući da dio vozača nije cijepljen. Prema tom pravilu, poslodavci smiju dozvoliti pristup firmama samo onim radnicima koji su ili cijepljeni ili testirani ili su već preboljeli koronu. Udruženja iz logističke branše pribojavala su se da bi vozačima iz inozemstva mogao biti zabranjen pristup logističkim centrima.
Huster kaže da se u tom pogledu situacija popravila, jer je s nadležnim ministarstvima dogovoreno da se pravila protumače tako da se omogući isporuka robe bez kontakta. Time je necijepljenim stranim vozačima omogućen ulazak vozilom na područje industrijskih i trgovinskih pogona.
Isti kamion, različita pravila
Prema jednoj anketi koju je među 10.000 ispitanika proveo BGL, oko 28 posto stranih vozača nije uopće cijepljeno ili je kod kuće cijepljeno Sputnjikom. Engelhardt kaže da je teže organizirati testiranje za vozače koji moraju mijenjati mjesta utovara i istovara nego za vozače koji rade samo za jedan industrijski pogon: „Neki vozači imaju dnevno čak pet ili šest destinacija, i na tim mjestima ih zatiču različita pravila – 3G, 2G ili 2G+.“
BGL zastupa oko 7.000 cestovnih transportnih poduzeća. Engelhardt u „pravilu 3G“ vidi prepreku u svakodnevnom radu vozača koji su ionako uvijek u stisci s vremenom: „Veliki je problem zahtjev da vozači pokažu test na koronu, a oni su danima na putu i sa svojim ogromnim kamionima ne mogu posjetiti centre za testiranje u središtu grada." Tako, prema njemu, „pravilo 3G" zajedno s nedovoljnim brojem vozača i logističkim uskim grlima povećava pritisak na lance opskrbe.
Engelhardt se zbog nedostatka vozača zalaže za veće plaće u toj branši, koje naposlijetku mora financirati potrošač. Osim toga, sam posao vozača, prema njegovom mišljenju, nije dovoljno priznat.
- Nitko ne voli teške kamione na cestama, ali vozači prevoze samo ono što mi trošimo, bez obzira jesu li to živežne namirnice za samoposluge i restorane ili paketi koje smo naručili putem interneta - rekao je Engelhardt, piše DW.

Njemačka strukovna udruženja upozoravaju na moguće posljedice uvođenja obveznog cijepljenja. To bi moglo rezultirati zabranom ulaska u zemlju stranim vozačima kamiona. Branša upozorava da već nedostaje na tisuće vozača, javlja DW.
Njemačko Savezno udruženje špedicije i logistike (DSLV) upozorava na moguće posljedice uvođenja obveznog cijepljenja. Glavni menadžer tog udruženja Frank Huster rekao je da bi to u krajnjem slučaju moglo dovesti do zaustavljanja tisuća stranih vozača na njemačkoj granici, jer bi im bio zabranjen ulazak u zemlju. Naime, vozači koji dolaze iz država izvan EU-a često su cijepljeni, ako uopće jesu, nekim od cjepiva poput Sputnjika, odnosno cjepivom koje nije priznato u Europskoj uniji.
Trenutno ionako nema dovoljno vozača. Huster zato pita može li se tim vozačima u Njemačkoj ponuditi cjepivo? On navodi da predstavnici prijevoznika trenutno razgovaraju s nadležnim ministarstvom i ističe da otvorena pitanja treba riješiti prije uvođenja obveznog cijepljenja.
DSLV se ne izjašnjava izričito protiv uvođenja obveznog cijepljenja, "ali velike su brige, da bismo mogli izgubiti dodatan broj vozača", kaže Huster.
I u Njemačkoj premalo vozača
Prema statistikama Saveza za transport roba i logistiku (BGL), u toj branši nedostaje između 60.000 i 80.000 vozača kamiona, a godišnje se taj broj povećava za 15.000. Prema riječima Dirka Engelhardta, glasnogovornika Upravnog odbora tog strukovnog udruženja, nije moguće nadoknaditi manjak osoblja ni vrbovanjem vozača u istočnim članicama Europske unije, jer i tamo nedostaju deseci tisuća vozača. Brojni vozači se odlučuju za bolje plaćene poslove u industriji, gdje je lakše uskladiti posao i obiteljski život. Ipak, Savez se izjasnio za uvođenje obveznog cijepljenja, navodi DW.
Predstavnici transportne i logističke branše su još prilikom uvođenja „pravila 3G“ (cijepljen, testiran, ozdravio) upozoravali na moguće probleme u isporuci robe, budući da dio vozača nije cijepljen. Prema tom pravilu, poslodavci smiju dozvoliti pristup firmama samo onim radnicima koji su ili cijepljeni ili testirani ili su već preboljeli koronu. Udruženja iz logističke branše pribojavala su se da bi vozačima iz inozemstva mogao biti zabranjen pristup logističkim centrima.
Huster kaže da se u tom pogledu situacija popravila, jer je s nadležnim ministarstvima dogovoreno da se pravila protumače tako da se omogući isporuka robe bez kontakta. Time je necijepljenim stranim vozačima omogućen ulazak vozilom na područje industrijskih i trgovinskih pogona.
Isti kamion, različita pravila
Prema jednoj anketi koju je među 10.000 ispitanika proveo BGL, oko 28 posto stranih vozača nije uopće cijepljeno ili je kod kuće cijepljeno Sputnjikom. Engelhardt kaže da je teže organizirati testiranje za vozače koji moraju mijenjati mjesta utovara i istovara nego za vozače koji rade samo za jedan industrijski pogon: „Neki vozači imaju dnevno čak pet ili šest destinacija, i na tim mjestima ih zatiču različita pravila – 3G, 2G ili 2G+.“
BGL zastupa oko 7.000 cestovnih transportnih poduzeća. Engelhardt u „pravilu 3G“ vidi prepreku u svakodnevnom radu vozača koji su ionako uvijek u stisci s vremenom: „Veliki je problem zahtjev da vozači pokažu test na koronu, a oni su danima na putu i sa svojim ogromnim kamionima ne mogu posjetiti centre za testiranje u središtu grada." Tako, prema njemu, „pravilo 3G" zajedno s nedovoljnim brojem vozača i logističkim uskim grlima povećava pritisak na lance opskrbe.
Engelhardt se zbog nedostatka vozača zalaže za veće plaće u toj branši, koje naposlijetku mora financirati potrošač. Osim toga, sam posao vozača, prema njegovom mišljenju, nije dovoljno priznat.
- Nitko ne voli teške kamione na cestama, ali vozači prevoze samo ono što mi trošimo, bez obzira jesu li to živežne namirnice za samoposluge i restorane ili paketi koje smo naručili putem interneta - rekao je Engelhardt, piše DW.
