Imat ćemo mirnu tranziciju na drugu Trumpovu administraciju – rekao je novinarima američki državni tajnik Mike Pompeo te tako jasno poručio što misli o izbornim rezultatima demokratskog predsjedničkog kandidata Joea Bidena, koji se priprema za useljenje u Bijelu kuću u siječnju 2021. godine.

Pompeo je ostao odan Trumpu, koji ne priznaje poraz na američkim predsjedničkim izborima, te optužuje oporbenu Demokratsku stranku za masovnu krađu izbora. Trumpovi odvjetnici kreću u veliku pravnu bitku u ključnim saveznim državama zahvaljujući kojima je Joe Biden osigurao više od 270 elektorskih glasova potrebnih za ulazak u Bijelu kuću, gdje će, čini se, biti iznimno burno idućih 70-ak dana, odnosno do inauguracije novog predsjednika SAD-a.

Trumpov izborni stožer podnio je tužbu saveznom sudu u Pennsylvaniji kako bi spriječio potvrdu Bidenove pobjede. U tužbi, između ostaloga, piše kako u pennsylvanijskom sustavu glasanja poštom "ne postoji transparentnost i mogućnost provjere kakva postoji za glasače koji glasaju na biralištu".

Agencije navode kako predsjednikov odvjetnički tim sudskim žalbama i zahtjevima za ponovno prebrojavanje glasova želi zaustaviti, ili prolongirati, službeno proglašenje pobjednika u šest saveznih država.

Republikanski lider većine u Senatu Mitch McConnell podržao je Trumpa jer "predsjednik ima svako pravo proučiti optužbe i zahtjeve za ponovno prebrojavanje glasova prema zakonu".

'Teatralno osporavanje'

Neki mediji, poput CNN-a, navode kako Trumpovo odbijanje priznanja poraza neće zaustaviti inauguraciju novog predsjednika Bidena, ali se do siječnja očekuju veći problemi.

Prema izvješću nestranačke analitičke kuće Cook Political Report, Biden je još povećao prednost na 77.27 milijuna glasova. To je preko pet milijuna glasova više od Trumpa, ali razlika u broju glasova ne znači i ulazak u Bijelu kuću jer se u američkom sustavu gledaju elektorski glasovi i potrebno ih je 270. Biden, po projekcijama, ima 290 elektorskih glasova, a Trump 214.

Biden je Trumpovo ponašanje označio kao "sramotno", ali je dodao kako "neće imati velikog utjecaja na tranziciju vlasti". Savjetnik kampanje demokratskog kandidata Bob Bauer smatra da Trump "teatralnim pravnim osporavanjem Bidenove pobjede" želi zbuniti dio stanovništva i uvjeriti ih kako su izbori bili nelegitimni. No, unatoč postavljenim preprekama, savjetnik tvrdi da će se tranzicija nastaviti bez obzira na pitanja koja se postavljaju pred sudom.

– U međuvremenu, imat ćemo teatar, ali će biti sve manje publike dok se potpuno ne isprazni te Joe Biden i Kamala Harris ne polože zakletvu – naglasio je Bauer za AP.

Može li Trump tužbama ipak preokrenuti izborni rezultat i ostati predsjednik?

Politički konzultant Marko Rakar, koji je tri puta sudjelovao u američkom izbornom procesu, odgovara kako Trump ne može tužbama preokrenuti izborni rezultat.

– Naravno, Trump ne može ništa učiniti u vezi s tim i nema tu neke velike opasnosti. Zna se tko je pobjednik, zna se da prijevare nije bilo i zna se da je to Trumpova agenda. Smiješne su tvrdnje o prijevari, posebno vezane uz neke američke savezne države, i republikanci su znali da gube. Trump se trebao prilagoditi i prihvatiti rezultat, ali on je jednostavno loš gubitnik – procijenio je savjetnik.

Od sugovornika čujemo kako su Pompeo i ekipa dio Trumpove mašinerije i njihova će vlast doći na naplatu, pa nisu oduševljeni što su izgubili.

– U Senatu, međutim, znaju kako stvari funkcioniraju te da je cijeli proces nemoguće zaustaviti i promijeniti. Zato se koristi taktika kojom će dobiti na vremenu kako bi smislili svoju strategiju za dalje. Nema apsolutno nikakvog imalo solidnog materijala koji bi išao njima u prilog. Čak i kada bi im dio išao u prilog, to nije dovoljno za promjenu rezultata izbora, što su potvrdili i Amerikanci u novoj anketi. Prema zadnjim ispitivanjima javnog mnijenja, gotovo 80 posto Amerikanaca smatra da je Biden pobijedio na izborima, i to govori sve – zaključio je Rakar.

Imat ćemo mirnu tranziciju na drugu Trumpovu administraciju – rekao je novinarima američki državni tajnik Mike Pompeo te tako jasno poručio što misli o izbornim rezultatima demokratskog predsjedničkog kandidata Joea Bidena, koji se priprema za useljenje u Bijelu kuću u siječnju 2021. godine.

Pompeo je ostao odan Trumpu, koji ne priznaje poraz na američkim predsjedničkim izborima, te optužuje oporbenu Demokratsku stranku za masovnu krađu izbora. Trumpovi odvjetnici kreću u veliku pravnu bitku u ključnim saveznim državama zahvaljujući kojima je Joe Biden osigurao više od 270 elektorskih glasova potrebnih za ulazak u Bijelu kuću, gdje će, čini se, biti iznimno burno idućih 70-ak dana, odnosno do inauguracije novog predsjednika SAD-a.

Trumpov izborni stožer podnio je tužbu saveznom sudu u Pennsylvaniji kako bi spriječio potvrdu Bidenove pobjede. U tužbi, između ostaloga, piše kako u pennsylvanijskom sustavu glasanja poštom "ne postoji transparentnost i mogućnost provjere kakva postoji za glasače koji glasaju na biralištu".

Agencije navode kako predsjednikov odvjetnički tim sudskim žalbama i zahtjevima za ponovno prebrojavanje glasova želi zaustaviti, ili prolongirati, službeno proglašenje pobjednika u šest saveznih država.

Republikanski lider većine u Senatu Mitch McConnell podržao je Trumpa jer "predsjednik ima svako pravo proučiti optužbe i zahtjeve za ponovno prebrojavanje glasova prema zakonu".

'Teatralno osporavanje'

Neki mediji, poput CNN-a, navode kako Trumpovo odbijanje priznanja poraza neće zaustaviti inauguraciju novog predsjednika Bidena, ali se do siječnja očekuju veći problemi.

Prema izvješću nestranačke analitičke kuće Cook Political Report, Biden je još povećao prednost na 77.27 milijuna glasova. To je preko pet milijuna glasova više od Trumpa, ali razlika u broju glasova ne znači i ulazak u Bijelu kuću jer se u američkom sustavu gledaju elektorski glasovi i potrebno ih je 270. Biden, po projekcijama, ima 290 elektorskih glasova, a Trump 214.

Biden je Trumpovo ponašanje označio kao "sramotno", ali je dodao kako "neće imati velikog utjecaja na tranziciju vlasti". Savjetnik kampanje demokratskog kandidata Bob Bauer smatra da Trump "teatralnim pravnim osporavanjem Bidenove pobjede" želi zbuniti dio stanovništva i uvjeriti ih kako su izbori bili nelegitimni. No, unatoč postavljenim preprekama, savjetnik tvrdi da će se tranzicija nastaviti bez obzira na pitanja koja se postavljaju pred sudom.

– U međuvremenu, imat ćemo teatar, ali će biti sve manje publike dok se potpuno ne isprazni te Joe Biden i Kamala Harris ne polože zakletvu – naglasio je Bauer za AP.

Može li Trump tužbama ipak preokrenuti izborni rezultat i ostati predsjednik?

Politički konzultant Marko Rakar, koji je tri puta sudjelovao u američkom izbornom procesu, odgovara kako Trump ne može tužbama preokrenuti izborni rezultat.

– Naravno, Trump ne može ništa učiniti u vezi s tim i nema tu neke velike opasnosti. Zna se tko je pobjednik, zna se da prijevare nije bilo i zna se da je to Trumpova agenda. Smiješne su tvrdnje o prijevari, posebno vezane uz neke američke savezne države, i republikanci su znali da gube. Trump se trebao prilagoditi i prihvatiti rezultat, ali on je jednostavno loš gubitnik – procijenio je savjetnik.

Od sugovornika čujemo kako su Pompeo i ekipa dio Trumpove mašinerije i njihova će vlast doći na naplatu, pa nisu oduševljeni što su izgubili.

– U Senatu, međutim, znaju kako stvari funkcioniraju te da je cijeli proces nemoguće zaustaviti i promijeniti. Zato se koristi taktika kojom će dobiti na vremenu kako bi smislili svoju strategiju za dalje. Nema apsolutno nikakvog imalo solidnog materijala koji bi išao njima u prilog. Čak i kada bi im dio išao u prilog, to nije dovoljno za promjenu rezultata izbora, što su potvrdili i Amerikanci u novoj anketi. Prema zadnjim ispitivanjima javnog mnijenja, gotovo 80 posto Amerikanaca smatra da je Biden pobijedio na izborima, i to govori sve – zaključio je Rakar.
