Nakon nekoliko uzastopnih loših sezona padalina na Afričkom rogu, najmanje 26 milijuna ljudi se bori da uzgoje bilo kakvu hranu. Kao da to nije dovoljno, suše su prouzrokovale i pomor životinjskog svijeta te je i meso sada sve oskudnije. Diljem savane se mogu vidjeti dehidrirana trupla žirafi, zebri i slonova.

Predviđa se da će uvjeti ekstremne suše u sjevernoj Keniji, većem dijelu Somalije i južne Etiopije potrajati barem do sredine 2022., dovodeći čitave nacije u opasnost. Situacija je već toliko loša da divljih životinje umire na stotine dnevno, a stočari prijavljuju gubitke i do 70 posto svoje stoke.

Nakon nekoliko uzastopnih loših sezona padalina na Afričkom rogu, najmanje 26 milijuna ljudi se bori da uzgoje bilo kakvu hranu. Kao da to nije dovoljno, suše su prouzrokovale i pomor životinjskog svijeta te je i meso sada sve oskudnije. Diljem savane se mogu vidjeti dehidrirana trupla žirafi, zebri i slonova.

Predviđa se da će uvjeti ekstremne suše u sjevernoj Keniji, većem dijelu Somalije i južne Etiopije potrajati barem do sredine 2022., dovodeći čitave nacije u opasnost. Situacija je već toliko loša da divljih životinje umire na stotine dnevno, a stočari prijavljuju gubitke i do 70 posto svoje stoke.

Nakon nekoliko uzastopnih loših sezona padalina na Afričkom rogu, najmanje 26 milijuna ljudi se bori da uzgoje bilo kakvu hranu. Kao da to nije dovoljno, suše su prouzrokovale i pomor životinjskog svijeta te je i meso sada sve oskudnije. Diljem savane se mogu vidjeti dehidrirana trupla žirafi, zebri i slonova.

Predviđa se da će uvjeti ekstremne suše u sjevernoj Keniji, većem dijelu Somalije i južne Etiopije potrajati barem do sredine 2022., dovodeći čitave nacije u opasnost. Situacija je već toliko loša da divljih životinje umire na stotine dnevno, a stočari prijavljuju gubitke i do 70 posto svoje stoke.
