Šef državne Nacionalne udruge liječnika obveznog zdravstvenog osiguranja (KBV) Andreas Gassen kaže kako se strahuje od kolapsa ordinacija te kako bi pacijenti mogli čekati mjesecima na termine.
Gassen upozorava kako ekonomska situacija stvara probleme mnogim medicinskim ordinacijama. Osim toga, ima i starijih liječnika koji odlaze u mirovinu, a nasljednika nema, prenosi portal fenix-magazin.de.
– To bi također moglo postati problem za osiguranike, rekao je dr. Andreas Gassen, glavni izvršni direktor Nacionalne udruge liječnika obveznog zdravstvenog osiguranja (KBV).
Gassen kaže kako Njemačka ide prema velikom problemu opskrbe ako se ambulantno područje skrati i postane sve neprivlačnije za sljedeću generaciju liječnika.
– Ovaj problem postoji godinama. Mnogi domaći liječnici imaju problema s primanjima. Visoki troškovi i birokracija također bi mogli pogodovati zatvaranju ordinacija. Ovo ne pogađa samo ruralna područja, postoji i strah od brojnih zatvaranja ordinacija u velikim gradovima, što će značajno ograničiti opskrbu u blizini bolnica. Opskrba cijele zemlje je stoga u pitanju, rekao je Gassen.
Ako liječnici ne mogu pronaći nasljednika za svoju ordinaciju, to može utjecati na vrijeme čekanja.
Gassen je poručio saveznom ministru zdravstva Karlu Lauterbachu kako država mora pomoći u financiranju ordinacija jer će se ubuduće zatvoriti.
– Osim toga, izostala je kompenzacija inflacije, birokracija i digitalne aplikacije poput e-recepta opteretile su liječnike. Kako bi izbjegli “kolaps prakse”, kako to naziva medicinska struka, liječnici i psihoterapeuti žele u petak, 18. kolovoza, Karlu Lauterbachu iznijeti zahtjeve, rekao je Gassen.
Ministarstvo zdravstva priopćilo je da navode smatraju “neshvatljivima”. Zato što su rashodi zakonskog zdravstvenog osiguranja za medicinsku skrb u ordinacijama porasli za 44 posto na 46,1 milijardu eura u posljednjih deset godina (2022.).
E-recept, primjerice, također dobro funkcionira, navodi njemačko Ministarstvo zdravstva.

Šef državne Nacionalne udruge liječnika obveznog zdravstvenog osiguranja (KBV) Andreas Gassen kaže kako se strahuje od kolapsa ordinacija te kako bi pacijenti mogli čekati mjesecima na termine.
Gassen upozorava kako ekonomska situacija stvara probleme mnogim medicinskim ordinacijama. Osim toga, ima i starijih liječnika koji odlaze u mirovinu, a nasljednika nema, prenosi portal fenix-magazin.de.
– To bi također moglo postati problem za osiguranike, rekao je dr. Andreas Gassen, glavni izvršni direktor Nacionalne udruge liječnika obveznog zdravstvenog osiguranja (KBV).
Gassen kaže kako Njemačka ide prema velikom problemu opskrbe ako se ambulantno područje skrati i postane sve neprivlačnije za sljedeću generaciju liječnika.
– Ovaj problem postoji godinama. Mnogi domaći liječnici imaju problema s primanjima. Visoki troškovi i birokracija također bi mogli pogodovati zatvaranju ordinacija. Ovo ne pogađa samo ruralna područja, postoji i strah od brojnih zatvaranja ordinacija u velikim gradovima, što će značajno ograničiti opskrbu u blizini bolnica. Opskrba cijele zemlje je stoga u pitanju, rekao je Gassen.
Ako liječnici ne mogu pronaći nasljednika za svoju ordinaciju, to može utjecati na vrijeme čekanja.
Gassen je poručio saveznom ministru zdravstva Karlu Lauterbachu kako država mora pomoći u financiranju ordinacija jer će se ubuduće zatvoriti.
– Osim toga, izostala je kompenzacija inflacije, birokracija i digitalne aplikacije poput e-recepta opteretile su liječnike. Kako bi izbjegli “kolaps prakse”, kako to naziva medicinska struka, liječnici i psihoterapeuti žele u petak, 18. kolovoza, Karlu Lauterbachu iznijeti zahtjeve, rekao je Gassen.
Ministarstvo zdravstva priopćilo je da navode smatraju “neshvatljivima”. Zato što su rashodi zakonskog zdravstvenog osiguranja za medicinsku skrb u ordinacijama porasli za 44 posto na 46,1 milijardu eura u posljednjih deset godina (2022.).
E-recept, primjerice, također dobro funkcionira, navodi njemačko Ministarstvo zdravstva.
