Naoružani osamnaestogodišnjak, koji je ubio 19 djece i dvoje učitelja objavio je na Facebooku petnaest minuta prije pokolja da će izvesti napad u osnovnoj školi, kazao je u srijedu guverner Teksasa Greg Abbott.
Osamnaestogodišnji Salvador Ramos također je objavio da će pucati u svoju baku, kao i još jednu objavu koja potvrđuje da je to učinio, rekao je Abbott.
Njegova baka, koju je pogodio u glavu neposredno prije napada na školu, preživjela je i pozvala policiju.
Ramos je pobjegao iz kuće u kojoj je živio s bakom i djedom te ja automobilom došao do osnovne škole Robb u Uvaldeu.
Ušao je u školu kroz stražnja vrata u školu s jurišnom puškom i taktičkom opremom.
Zabarikadirao se u učionici četvrtog razreda i počeo ubijati učenike i učitelje, da bi ga naposljetku ustrijelio policajac, kazao je teksaški guverner.
Još 17 ljudi je ozlijeđeno, ali ozljede nisu opasne po život.
Objave na Facebooku bile su jedino upozorenje, rekao je Abbott, dodajući da se čini da Ramos nije imao kriminalni dosje ni povijest problema s mentalnim zdravljem.
Ramos je kupio dvije puške i stotine metaka nekoliko dana prije napada, izvijestilo je više medija pozivajući se na državnog senatora kojeg je o tome obavijestila policija.
Napad, koji je uslijedio deset dana nakon što je bijeli supremacist ubio 13 ljudi u supermarketu u pretežno crnačkoj četvrti Buffalo, ponovno je pokrenuo nacionalnu raspravu o američkim zakonima o oružju.
Predsjednik Joe BIden je u utorak navečer pozvao na nove restrikcije za nošenje oružja.
"Kao nacija, moramo se zapitati kada ćemo se, za ime Boga, suprotstaviti lobiju za oružje", rekao je Biden.
Međutim, malo je vjerojatno da bi Kongres odobrio strože zakone jer se tome protive svi republikanci, pozivajući se na pravo na nošenje oružja iz američkog ustava.
Bijela kuća planira organizirati Bidenov posjet Teksasu, rekao je visoki dužnosnik administracije.

Naoružani osamnaestogodišnjak, koji je ubio 19 djece i dvoje učitelja objavio je na Facebooku petnaest minuta prije pokolja da će izvesti napad u osnovnoj školi, kazao je u srijedu guverner Teksasa Greg Abbott.
Osamnaestogodišnji Salvador Ramos također je objavio da će pucati u svoju baku, kao i još jednu objavu koja potvrđuje da je to učinio, rekao je Abbott.
Njegova baka, koju je pogodio u glavu neposredno prije napada na školu, preživjela je i pozvala policiju.
Ramos je pobjegao iz kuće u kojoj je živio s bakom i djedom te ja automobilom došao do osnovne škole Robb u Uvaldeu.
Ušao je u školu kroz stražnja vrata u školu s jurišnom puškom i taktičkom opremom.
Zabarikadirao se u učionici četvrtog razreda i počeo ubijati učenike i učitelje, da bi ga naposljetku ustrijelio policajac, kazao je teksaški guverner.
Još 17 ljudi je ozlijeđeno, ali ozljede nisu opasne po život.
Objave na Facebooku bile su jedino upozorenje, rekao je Abbott, dodajući da se čini da Ramos nije imao kriminalni dosje ni povijest problema s mentalnim zdravljem.
Ramos je kupio dvije puške i stotine metaka nekoliko dana prije napada, izvijestilo je više medija pozivajući se na državnog senatora kojeg je o tome obavijestila policija.
Napad, koji je uslijedio deset dana nakon što je bijeli supremacist ubio 13 ljudi u supermarketu u pretežno crnačkoj četvrti Buffalo, ponovno je pokrenuo nacionalnu raspravu o američkim zakonima o oružju.
Predsjednik Joe BIden je u utorak navečer pozvao na nove restrikcije za nošenje oružja.
"Kao nacija, moramo se zapitati kada ćemo se, za ime Boga, suprotstaviti lobiju za oružje", rekao je Biden.
Međutim, malo je vjerojatno da bi Kongres odobrio strože zakone jer se tome protive svi republikanci, pozivajući se na pravo na nošenje oružja iz američkog ustava.
Bijela kuća planira organizirati Bidenov posjet Teksasu, rekao je visoki dužnosnik administracije.
