Uz ecstasy, muškarac je uzimao razne psiho aktivne sirupe za kašalj i kapi, benzodiazepene, amfetamine, LSD, kokain, heroin i cannabis.
Istraživanja koja se bave rekreativnim drogama obično svrstavaju ecstasy u niži spektar štetnosti na ljestvici opasnih droga, kako piše RTL.hr.
"Čisti" ecstasy - takozvana MDMA (methylenedioxymethamphetamine) smatra se manje štetnom drogom u usporedbi s puno dostupnijim alkoholom i duhanskim proizvodima.
Nedavno su započete studije koje MDMA-u koriste kao lijek kod ljudi oboljelih od teških oblika PTSP-a i drugih oblika psiholoških trauma.
Ratni veterani, pa čak i ovisnici o teškim drogama javljaju pozitivne rezultate u liječenju MDMA-om i psilocibinom - psiho aktivnom tvari koja se nalazi u "ludim gljivama".
Naravno, prečesta konzumacija ove, pa i bilo koje druge droge dovodi do trajnih posljedica te može ozbiljno oštetiti živčani i mišični sustav.
Preveliko konzumiranje MDMA-e kod velikog broja ljudi dovodi do gašenja receptora dopamina u mozgu, zbog kojeg mnogi osjećaju dugogodišnje simptome depresije.
Tim doktora iz Londona, prijavili su slučaj jednog "Gosp. A.", tridesetsedmogodišnjeg muškarca koji je konzumirao ecstasy u velikim količinama između svoje 21. i 30..
Prve dvije godine uzimao je pet tableta svaki vikend.
Iduće tri, povećao je unos na tri i pol tablete dnevno, a kasnije na suludih dvadeset i pet tableta dnevno.
Tim je procijenio da u je muškarac u vremenskom razdoblju od devet godina, konzumirao više od 40.000 tableta. To je čak 38.000 više od prijašnje zabilježenog najvećeg ljudskog unosa.
Napadi panike, anksioznost, depresija, grčenje mišića, halucinacije...
"Gosp. A." prestao je uzimati ecstasy nakon što se tri puta srušio na tri različita tuluma, nakon čega je počeo osjećati velik broj neugodnih simptoma apstinencijske krize.
"Nekoliko mjeseci nakon prestanka uzimanja droge, muškarac se i dalje osjećao kao da je pod utjecajem i patio od simptoma smanjenja periferne vizije. S vremenom su počeli jaki napadaji panike, anksioznost, depresija, grčenja mišića (pogotovo u području čeljusti), halucinacije i paranoje." - izjavio je medicinski tim.
Uz ecstasy, muškarac je uzimao razne psiho aktivne sirupe za kašalj i kapi, benzodiazepene, amfetamine, LSD, kokain, heroin i cannabis.
No, kada se prijavio na bolničko istraživanje, konzumaciju je sveo samo na pušenje cannabisa.
Nakon što je smanjio i cannabis, halucinacije i paranoje su kompletno nestale, a napadaji panike drastično se smanjili.
Iako, velik broj drugih simptoma i dalje je bio prisutan.
"Dnevnim praćenjem mogućnosti kretanja i funkcioniranja identificirali smo veliku posljedicu - gubitak pamćenja. Muškarac bi ponavljao istu radnju više puta - kao da je izgubljen.
Iako je "Gosp. A." u potpunosti razumio sve naputke koje bi mu dali, njegova koncentracija i pažnja bila je toliko oštećena da je imao velik problem u izvršavanju tih naputaka."
Tim je vjerovao kako su muškarčevom mozgu receptori za prebiranje sjećanja izgorili zbog prevelike konzumacije droga, no nakon što je prošao kroz MRI, nikakva vidljiva oštećenja na moždanom tkivu nisu pronađena.
"Pretjerana konzumacija ecstasyja kod većine ljudi dovodi do simptoma povećanog serotonina u krvi, koji su karakterizirani povećanom fizičkom aktivnošću, pojačanom znojenju, napetim mišićima, grčenjem vilice, treskavicom i gubitkom pamćenja". - izjavio je tim u priopćenju.
Jedini specifični i ne objašnjeni simptom koji se kod "Gosp. A." pojavio je smanjenje periferne vizije, koji ga je pratila još dugo vremena, piše RTL.hr.

Uz ecstasy, muškarac je uzimao razne psiho aktivne sirupe za kašalj i kapi, benzodiazepene, amfetamine, LSD, kokain, heroin i cannabis.
Istraživanja koja se bave rekreativnim drogama obično svrstavaju ecstasy u niži spektar štetnosti na ljestvici opasnih droga, kako piše RTL.hr.
"Čisti" ecstasy - takozvana MDMA (methylenedioxymethamphetamine) smatra se manje štetnom drogom u usporedbi s puno dostupnijim alkoholom i duhanskim proizvodima.
Nedavno su započete studije koje MDMA-u koriste kao lijek kod ljudi oboljelih od teških oblika PTSP-a i drugih oblika psiholoških trauma.
Ratni veterani, pa čak i ovisnici o teškim drogama javljaju pozitivne rezultate u liječenju MDMA-om i psilocibinom - psiho aktivnom tvari koja se nalazi u "ludim gljivama".
Naravno, prečesta konzumacija ove, pa i bilo koje druge droge dovodi do trajnih posljedica te može ozbiljno oštetiti živčani i mišični sustav.
Preveliko konzumiranje MDMA-e kod velikog broja ljudi dovodi do gašenja receptora dopamina u mozgu, zbog kojeg mnogi osjećaju dugogodišnje simptome depresije.
Tim doktora iz Londona, prijavili su slučaj jednog "Gosp. A.", tridesetsedmogodišnjeg muškarca koji je konzumirao ecstasy u velikim količinama između svoje 21. i 30..
Prve dvije godine uzimao je pet tableta svaki vikend.
Iduće tri, povećao je unos na tri i pol tablete dnevno, a kasnije na suludih dvadeset i pet tableta dnevno.
Tim je procijenio da u je muškarac u vremenskom razdoblju od devet godina, konzumirao više od 40.000 tableta. To je čak 38.000 više od prijašnje zabilježenog najvećeg ljudskog unosa.
Napadi panike, anksioznost, depresija, grčenje mišića, halucinacije...
"Gosp. A." prestao je uzimati ecstasy nakon što se tri puta srušio na tri različita tuluma, nakon čega je počeo osjećati velik broj neugodnih simptoma apstinencijske krize.
"Nekoliko mjeseci nakon prestanka uzimanja droge, muškarac se i dalje osjećao kao da je pod utjecajem i patio od simptoma smanjenja periferne vizije. S vremenom su počeli jaki napadaji panike, anksioznost, depresija, grčenja mišića (pogotovo u području čeljusti), halucinacije i paranoje." - izjavio je medicinski tim.
Uz ecstasy, muškarac je uzimao razne psiho aktivne sirupe za kašalj i kapi, benzodiazepene, amfetamine, LSD, kokain, heroin i cannabis.
No, kada se prijavio na bolničko istraživanje, konzumaciju je sveo samo na pušenje cannabisa.
Nakon što je smanjio i cannabis, halucinacije i paranoje su kompletno nestale, a napadaji panike drastično se smanjili.
Iako, velik broj drugih simptoma i dalje je bio prisutan.
"Dnevnim praćenjem mogućnosti kretanja i funkcioniranja identificirali smo veliku posljedicu - gubitak pamćenja. Muškarac bi ponavljao istu radnju više puta - kao da je izgubljen.
Iako je "Gosp. A." u potpunosti razumio sve naputke koje bi mu dali, njegova koncentracija i pažnja bila je toliko oštećena da je imao velik problem u izvršavanju tih naputaka."
Tim je vjerovao kako su muškarčevom mozgu receptori za prebiranje sjećanja izgorili zbog prevelike konzumacije droga, no nakon što je prošao kroz MRI, nikakva vidljiva oštećenja na moždanom tkivu nisu pronađena.
"Pretjerana konzumacija ecstasyja kod većine ljudi dovodi do simptoma povećanog serotonina u krvi, koji su karakterizirani povećanom fizičkom aktivnošću, pojačanom znojenju, napetim mišićima, grčenjem vilice, treskavicom i gubitkom pamćenja". - izjavio je tim u priopćenju.
Jedini specifični i ne objašnjeni simptom koji se kod "Gosp. A." pojavio je smanjenje periferne vizije, koji ga je pratila još dugo vremena, piše RTL.hr.
