Europska unija sinoć je zbog otmice oporbenog novinara  uvela nove sankcije Bjelorusiji i zatvorila europski zračni prostor za zrakoplove te zemlje. Presretanje borbenim Migom Ryanairova leta iz Grčke za Litvu radi uhićenja jednog čovjeka potez je bez presedana čak i za Lukašenkov „demokratski“ opus, pogotovo ako se zna da su i u samome zrakoplovu, prema tvrdnjama posade, bili prisutni agenti bjeloruskog KGB-a.

Tko je zapravo mladi novinar zbog kojega bjeloruski diktator ne žali upotrijebiti ni vojnu avijaciju kako bi ga se dočepao?

Roman Protaševič (26) bio je u proteklom periodu čovjek-medij, čiji je zid na društvenim mrežama i digitalnim platformama iz egzila bio jedini izvor nekontroliranih vijesti poslije početka ugnjetavanja Lukašenkovih kritičara i disidenata nakon izbijanja masovnih protesta prošle godine. Već na početku šestomjesečnih oporbenih demonstracija protiv zadnje diktatorove izborne krađe, Lukašenko je objavio da će svakoga tko se pridruži tim skupovima tretirati kao terorista i „slomiti mu vrat, kao patki".

Da paradoks bude veći, Protaševič je rođen na početku Lukašenkova prvog mandata, 1995. godine. Oporbena nagnuća počeo je pokazivati još kao tinejdžer, zbog čega je bio izbačen i iz škole i s fakulteta, pa je pobjegao u Poljsku i tamo se povezao sa skupinom bjeloruskih istomišljenika u egzilu. Kad se despotu iz Minska prošle godine s masovnim izlaskom naroda na ulice zaljuljalo carstvo, Roman Protaševič je uređivao digitalne platforme Nexte, Telegram i YouTube kanal koje su prenosile vijesti i mobilizirale na višemjesečne demonstracije opozicije protiv Lukašenka. Zajedno s kolegom Stepanom Putilom, Protaševič je zbog svega stavljen na bjeloruski popis "osoba uključenih u terorističke aktivnosti“ i "ekstremizam". Optužba za izazivanje masovnih nemira može se kazniti zatvorom do 15 godina, a dokazani ekstremizam čovjeka tamo može skratiti i za glavu.

Dok se Lukašenkova strahovlada suočavala s „analognim“ oblicima otpora, on je uspijevao apsolutno kontrolirati svaki slobodnomisleći glas u svom bizarnom političkom carstvu. No, u sudaru s generacijskim „neprijateljem“ na digitalnim platformama, naglo je izgubio uporište. Protaševičeva platforma Nexta počela je s radom 2015. emitirajući glazbene spotove. Jedna od pjesama pod imenom „Bez izbora“,odmah je privukla pažnju sigurnosnih agencija aluzijama na Lukašenkov režim. Objavljujući postupno sve politiziranije sadržaje, poput videa o smrtnoj kazni, Nexta je postajala sve gledanija u Bjelorusiji, a vlastodršci je nisu imali čime zaustaviti: s preko 2 milijuna pretplatnika postala je nedohvatljiva za državnu cenzuru.

Kad su lanjskoga kolovoza počeli masovni bjeloruski prosvjedi, Nexta se otvorila u live prijenosu svim korisnicima za objavu fotografija, videa ili poruka bez imena, što se pokazalo ubojitim oruđem protiv policije i snaga režima. Ovim putem slala su se upozorenja o policijskim barikadama, nasilju i nestancima ili privođenju prosvjednika, pregrupiralo demonstrante i izrugivalo Lukašenku. Aplikacija za razmjenu poruka na pametnim telefonima – Telegram – bila je demonstrantima dopunski, pomoćni, alat. Nexta je dobivala stotine poruka na sat od građana-novinara, a kanal je postao simbol digitalne pobjede nad autokratskim političkim dinosaurom. Nažalost, samo privremene.

U listopadu je sud u Minsku Nextu proglasio „ekstremističkom“ platformom, a njezine zaposlenike „teroristima“. Cijela ekipa kanala Nexta preselila se ubrzo u Poljsku, a članovi njihovih obitelji iskusili su ubrzo Lukašenkov osvetnički gnjev. Protaševičevom ocu, inače umirovljenom pukovniku bjeloruske armije i predavaču na tamošnjoj vojnoj akademiji, vladinim dekretom je oduzet čin. I roditelji Romana Protačeviča ubrzo su bili prisiljeni pobjeći u Poljsku.

Protaševič se jutros pojavio na snimci na društvenim mrežama, a objavila ju je i državna bjeloruska televizija. Na snimci za koju se ne zna gdje je nastala, ali koja je nesumnjivo iznuđena, on priznaje da stoji iza prošlogodišnjih prosvjeda i nereda u Minsku, te izjavljuje da u vezi s tim surađuje s vlastima. Usiljeno je kazao i kako ga u zatvoru navodno tretiraju dobro, te kako su izvještaji o srčanim problemima od kojih pati - lažni.

Nešto prije objave snimke, njegova je majka, naime, poručila da je od ljudi iz zdravstva saznala kako se Roman Protaševič nalazi u bolnici u Minsku i da mu je stanje kritično. Ona je potvrdila i da je njezin sin odranije imao problema sa srcem zbog kojih ga nisu primili ni u vojsku, a jednom je bio i u predinfarktnom stanju.

Zajedno s Protaševičem uhićena je i njegova djevojka, Ruskinja Sofia Sapega. Zajedno su bili na odmoru u Grčkoj te su putovali u Litvu kako bi ona obranila magistarski rad. Rusko veleposlanstvo u Minsku priopćilo je da ih je Bjelorusija obavijestila o hapšenju njihove državljanke, te da će joj oni ponuditi neposrednu konzularnu pomoć.

Europska unija sinoć je zbog otmice oporbenog novinara  uvela nove sankcije Bjelorusiji i zatvorila europski zračni prostor za zrakoplove te zemlje. Presretanje borbenim Migom Ryanairova leta iz Grčke za Litvu radi uhićenja jednog čovjeka potez je bez presedana čak i za Lukašenkov „demokratski“ opus, pogotovo ako se zna da su i u samome zrakoplovu, prema tvrdnjama posade, bili prisutni agenti bjeloruskog KGB-a.

Tko je zapravo mladi novinar zbog kojega bjeloruski diktator ne žali upotrijebiti ni vojnu avijaciju kako bi ga se dočepao?

Roman Protaševič (26) bio je u proteklom periodu čovjek-medij, čiji je zid na društvenim mrežama i digitalnim platformama iz egzila bio jedini izvor nekontroliranih vijesti poslije početka ugnjetavanja Lukašenkovih kritičara i disidenata nakon izbijanja masovnih protesta prošle godine. Već na početku šestomjesečnih oporbenih demonstracija protiv zadnje diktatorove izborne krađe, Lukašenko je objavio da će svakoga tko se pridruži tim skupovima tretirati kao terorista i „slomiti mu vrat, kao patki".

Da paradoks bude veći, Protaševič je rođen na početku Lukašenkova prvog mandata, 1995. godine. Oporbena nagnuća počeo je pokazivati još kao tinejdžer, zbog čega je bio izbačen i iz škole i s fakulteta, pa je pobjegao u Poljsku i tamo se povezao sa skupinom bjeloruskih istomišljenika u egzilu. Kad se despotu iz Minska prošle godine s masovnim izlaskom naroda na ulice zaljuljalo carstvo, Roman Protaševič je uređivao digitalne platforme Nexte, Telegram i YouTube kanal koje su prenosile vijesti i mobilizirale na višemjesečne demonstracije opozicije protiv Lukašenka. Zajedno s kolegom Stepanom Putilom, Protaševič je zbog svega stavljen na bjeloruski popis "osoba uključenih u terorističke aktivnosti“ i "ekstremizam". Optužba za izazivanje masovnih nemira može se kazniti zatvorom do 15 godina, a dokazani ekstremizam čovjeka tamo može skratiti i za glavu.

Dok se Lukašenkova strahovlada suočavala s „analognim“ oblicima otpora, on je uspijevao apsolutno kontrolirati svaki slobodnomisleći glas u svom bizarnom političkom carstvu. No, u sudaru s generacijskim „neprijateljem“ na digitalnim platformama, naglo je izgubio uporište. Protaševičeva platforma Nexta počela je s radom 2015. emitirajući glazbene spotove. Jedna od pjesama pod imenom „Bez izbora“,odmah je privukla pažnju sigurnosnih agencija aluzijama na Lukašenkov režim. Objavljujući postupno sve politiziranije sadržaje, poput videa o smrtnoj kazni, Nexta je postajala sve gledanija u Bjelorusiji, a vlastodršci je nisu imali čime zaustaviti: s preko 2 milijuna pretplatnika postala je nedohvatljiva za državnu cenzuru.

Kad su lanjskoga kolovoza počeli masovni bjeloruski prosvjedi, Nexta se otvorila u live prijenosu svim korisnicima za objavu fotografija, videa ili poruka bez imena, što se pokazalo ubojitim oruđem protiv policije i snaga režima. Ovim putem slala su se upozorenja o policijskim barikadama, nasilju i nestancima ili privođenju prosvjednika, pregrupiralo demonstrante i izrugivalo Lukašenku. Aplikacija za razmjenu poruka na pametnim telefonima – Telegram – bila je demonstrantima dopunski, pomoćni, alat. Nexta je dobivala stotine poruka na sat od građana-novinara, a kanal je postao simbol digitalne pobjede nad autokratskim političkim dinosaurom. Nažalost, samo privremene.

U listopadu je sud u Minsku Nextu proglasio „ekstremističkom“ platformom, a njezine zaposlenike „teroristima“. Cijela ekipa kanala Nexta preselila se ubrzo u Poljsku, a članovi njihovih obitelji iskusili su ubrzo Lukašenkov osvetnički gnjev. Protaševičevom ocu, inače umirovljenom pukovniku bjeloruske armije i predavaču na tamošnjoj vojnoj akademiji, vladinim dekretom je oduzet čin. I roditelji Romana Protačeviča ubrzo su bili prisiljeni pobjeći u Poljsku.

Protaševič se jutros pojavio na snimci na društvenim mrežama, a objavila ju je i državna bjeloruska televizija. Na snimci za koju se ne zna gdje je nastala, ali koja je nesumnjivo iznuđena, on priznaje da stoji iza prošlogodišnjih prosvjeda i nereda u Minsku, te izjavljuje da u vezi s tim surađuje s vlastima. Usiljeno je kazao i kako ga u zatvoru navodno tretiraju dobro, te kako su izvještaji o srčanim problemima od kojih pati - lažni.

Nešto prije objave snimke, njegova je majka, naime, poručila da je od ljudi iz zdravstva saznala kako se Roman Protaševič nalazi u bolnici u Minsku i da mu je stanje kritično. Ona je potvrdila i da je njezin sin odranije imao problema sa srcem zbog kojih ga nisu primili ni u vojsku, a jednom je bio i u predinfarktnom stanju.

Zajedno s Protaševičem uhićena je i njegova djevojka, Ruskinja Sofia Sapega. Zajedno su bili na odmoru u Grčkoj te su putovali u Litvu kako bi ona obranila magistarski rad. Rusko veleposlanstvo u Minsku priopćilo je da ih je Bjelorusija obavijestila o hapšenju njihove državljanke, te da će joj oni ponuditi neposrednu konzularnu pomoć.
