Na Telegramu, kriptiranoj aplikaciji za razmjenu poruka koja je stekla golemu popularnost u kriminalnim krugovima budući da pouzdano izmiče nadzoru bilo kakvih vlasti, pojavile su se prve reklame.
Osnivač platforme Pavel Durov najavio je krajem listopada uvođenje službenih reklamnih poruka, s ograničenjem od 160 znakova, ali korisnike su umjesto toga dočekale nasumične vijesti, kriptovalute i tečajevi burzovnog trgovanja, navodi Russia Beyond. Minimalni iznos koji treba uplatiti za oglašavanje na ovoj platformi iznosi dva milijuna eura.
Reklame se neće pojavljivati u chat listama, osobnim porukama ili grupama, trebale bi biti “nenametljive“, a Messenger obećava i da neće koristiti osobne podatke korisnika za ciljanje oglasa.
Telegram, ili “mafijaški Whatsapp“, kako mu ponekad tepaju, zbog svog je obećanja potpune privatnosti postao aplikacija s najviše preuzimanja u svijetu.

Njegov je kreator ruski programer i matematički genije Nikolaj Durov. Međutim, lice projekta postao je njegov brat Pavel, koji uživa u medijskoj pozornosti, revno ažurira svoj Instagram profil i u prvi plan gura svoj isklesani trbuh, a kad mu je torzo pokriven, njeguje imidž opskurnog lika nalik Neu iz kultnog filma Matrix. Budući da sam Pavel funkcionira kao hodajući jumbo plakat za uslugu, Telegramu treba malo PR-a.

Braća Durov rođeni su u Lenjingradu (danas Sankt Petersburgu), ali su veći dio djetinjstva proveli u Torinu, u Italiji, gdje im je otac bio zaposlen. Njihov je otac, doktor filologije Valery Durov, autor brojnih zdravstvenih radova.
Pavel je pohađao talijansku osnovnu školu, a nakon povratka u Rusiju 2001. godine pohađao je Akademsku gimnaziju u svom rodnom gradu. Diplomirao je na Filološkom odjelu Državnog sveučilišta u Sankt Petersburgu. Njegov rani život i karijera detaljno su opisani u knjizi “The Durov Code“.
Durovi kažu da je ideja za Telegram nastala iz njihove potrebe da komuniciraju privatno dok im ruske sigurnosne službe dišu za vratom.
Pavel je tako samoprozvani anarhist i kozmopolit, utjelovljenje otpora državnoj kontroli, koji je pretočen i u koncept aplikacije. Iako je milijarder, Pavel ne posjeduje nekretnine i živi nomadskim načinom života, a beskonačan niz svojih putovanja dokumentira na Instagramu. Zadnja u nizu njegovih objava snimljena je u Dubaiju.

Pavel, naime, ne želi pustiti korijenje ni u jednoj zemlji, budući da su sve one podložne ekonomskim i političkim krizama. Više se puta izrazio kako novac smatra precijenjenim, iako bez njega ne bi mogao priuštiti način života koji proklamira kao epitom slobode.

I prije golemog uspjeha aplikacije, Pavel se zabavljao bizarnim društvenim eksperimentima. Navodno je znao s balkona bacati novčanice od pet tisuća rubalja (nešto manje od tisuću kuna) da bi mogao nadmoćno promatrati ljude kako se poput borbenih pijetlova čerupaju zbog neočekivanog listića koji im je dolepršao pod noge.
Budući da prijetnje njihovoj privatnosti i sigurnosti ne jenjavaju, Durovi ne preuzimaju nikakve rizike.
Dvojica braće i nekolicina njihovih kolega programera, od kojih su mnogi Rusi, žive životima bjegunaca. Pavel navodno balansira između tri telefona. Iako je sjedište njihove tvrtke u Berlinu, njezino osoblje svakih nekoliko mjeseci odlazi na novu lokaciju, odsjedajući u hotelskim sobama ili smještaju iznajmljenim putem AirBnB-a, piše The Moscow Times.
Čini se da su se Telegramom Durovi osvetili režimu koji ih je vidio kako bježe iz svoje zemlje. Javna je tajna da i sami ruski najviši dužnosnici koriste Telegram za komunikaciju putem tajne usluge chata, a da ih kolege ne uhode.

Na Telegramu, kriptiranoj aplikaciji za razmjenu poruka koja je stekla golemu popularnost u kriminalnim krugovima budući da pouzdano izmiče nadzoru bilo kakvih vlasti, pojavile su se prve reklame.
Osnivač platforme Pavel Durov najavio je krajem listopada uvođenje službenih reklamnih poruka, s ograničenjem od 160 znakova, ali korisnike su umjesto toga dočekale nasumične vijesti, kriptovalute i tečajevi burzovnog trgovanja, navodi Russia Beyond. Minimalni iznos koji treba uplatiti za oglašavanje na ovoj platformi iznosi dva milijuna eura.
Reklame se neće pojavljivati u chat listama, osobnim porukama ili grupama, trebale bi biti “nenametljive“, a Messenger obećava i da neće koristiti osobne podatke korisnika za ciljanje oglasa.
Telegram, ili “mafijaški Whatsapp“, kako mu ponekad tepaju, zbog svog je obećanja potpune privatnosti postao aplikacija s najviše preuzimanja u svijetu.

Njegov je kreator ruski programer i matematički genije Nikolaj Durov. Međutim, lice projekta postao je njegov brat Pavel, koji uživa u medijskoj pozornosti, revno ažurira svoj Instagram profil i u prvi plan gura svoj isklesani trbuh, a kad mu je torzo pokriven, njeguje imidž opskurnog lika nalik Neu iz kultnog filma Matrix. Budući da sam Pavel funkcionira kao hodajući jumbo plakat za uslugu, Telegramu treba malo PR-a.

Braća Durov rođeni su u Lenjingradu (danas Sankt Petersburgu), ali su veći dio djetinjstva proveli u Torinu, u Italiji, gdje im je otac bio zaposlen. Njihov je otac, doktor filologije Valery Durov, autor brojnih zdravstvenih radova.
Pavel je pohađao talijansku osnovnu školu, a nakon povratka u Rusiju 2001. godine pohađao je Akademsku gimnaziju u svom rodnom gradu. Diplomirao je na Filološkom odjelu Državnog sveučilišta u Sankt Petersburgu. Njegov rani život i karijera detaljno su opisani u knjizi “The Durov Code“.
Durovi kažu da je ideja za Telegram nastala iz njihove potrebe da komuniciraju privatno dok im ruske sigurnosne službe dišu za vratom.
Pavel je tako samoprozvani anarhist i kozmopolit, utjelovljenje otpora državnoj kontroli, koji je pretočen i u koncept aplikacije. Iako je milijarder, Pavel ne posjeduje nekretnine i živi nomadskim načinom života, a beskonačan niz svojih putovanja dokumentira na Instagramu. Zadnja u nizu njegovih objava snimljena je u Dubaiju.

Pavel, naime, ne želi pustiti korijenje ni u jednoj zemlji, budući da su sve one podložne ekonomskim i političkim krizama. Više se puta izrazio kako novac smatra precijenjenim, iako bez njega ne bi mogao priuštiti način života koji proklamira kao epitom slobode.

I prije golemog uspjeha aplikacije, Pavel se zabavljao bizarnim društvenim eksperimentima. Navodno je znao s balkona bacati novčanice od pet tisuća rubalja (nešto manje od tisuću kuna) da bi mogao nadmoćno promatrati ljude kako se poput borbenih pijetlova čerupaju zbog neočekivanog listića koji im je dolepršao pod noge.
Budući da prijetnje njihovoj privatnosti i sigurnosti ne jenjavaju, Durovi ne preuzimaju nikakve rizike.
Dvojica braće i nekolicina njihovih kolega programera, od kojih su mnogi Rusi, žive životima bjegunaca. Pavel navodno balansira između tri telefona. Iako je sjedište njihove tvrtke u Berlinu, njezino osoblje svakih nekoliko mjeseci odlazi na novu lokaciju, odsjedajući u hotelskim sobama ili smještaju iznajmljenim putem AirBnB-a, piše The Moscow Times.
Čini se da su se Telegramom Durovi osvetili režimu koji ih je vidio kako bježe iz svoje zemlje. Javna je tajna da i sami ruski najviši dužnosnici koriste Telegram za komunikaciju putem tajne usluge chata, a da ih kolege ne uhode.
