Južnokorejski državljanin poznat kao "Kralj kriptovaluta" Hyeong Do Kwon bit će izručen SAD-u, odlučio je Viši sud u Podgorici.

Sjedinjene Američke Države terete Do Kwona za kriminalno udruživane i druga kaznena djela. Viši sud je odbio zahtjev Južne Koreje za izručenje Do Kwona, potvrdila je "Vijestima" Marija Raković, samostalna savjetnica za odnose s javnošću tog suda.

Kako je navela Raković, Apelacijski sud Crne Gore po službenoj dužnosti donio je odluku u vezi s rješenjem Višeg suda da odbije zahtjev Južne Koreje.

Ona je naglasila da odluka o izručenju SAD-u nije još pravosnažna, jer Do Kwonovi branitelji imaju pravo žalbe, piše Avaz.

Apelacijski sud je ranije priopćio da je za konačnu odluku o izručenju "kralja kriptovaluta" Do Kwona nadležan sud, a ne ministar pravde, kao i da Viši sud nije utvrdio tko je prvi tražio njegovo izručenje, zemlja čiji je državljanin, Južna Koreja ili SAD.

Apelacijski sud je ranije ukinuo prvostupanjsko rješenje Višeg suda kojim je utvrđeno da su ispunjene zakonske pretpostavke za izručenje Do Kwona radi kaznenog gonjenja zbog više kaznenih djela po molbi obje zemlje.

Podsjetimo, Do Kwon i njegov poslovni partner uhićeni su 23. ožujka prošle godine na podgoričkom aerodromu kada su prilikom pasoške kontrole, na letu za Dubai, upotrijebili falsificirane putovnice Kostarike.

Južnokorejski državljanin poznat kao "Kralj kriptovaluta" Hyeong Do Kwon bit će izručen SAD-u, odlučio je Viši sud u Podgorici.

Sjedinjene Američke Države terete Do Kwona za kriminalno udruživane i druga kaznena djela. Viši sud je odbio zahtjev Južne Koreje za izručenje Do Kwona, potvrdila je "Vijestima" Marija Raković, samostalna savjetnica za odnose s javnošću tog suda.

Kako je navela Raković, Apelacijski sud Crne Gore po službenoj dužnosti donio je odluku u vezi s rješenjem Višeg suda da odbije zahtjev Južne Koreje.

Ona je naglasila da odluka o izručenju SAD-u nije još pravosnažna, jer Do Kwonovi branitelji imaju pravo žalbe, piše Avaz.

Apelacijski sud je ranije priopćio da je za konačnu odluku o izručenju "kralja kriptovaluta" Do Kwona nadležan sud, a ne ministar pravde, kao i da Viši sud nije utvrdio tko je prvi tražio njegovo izručenje, zemlja čiji je državljanin, Južna Koreja ili SAD.

Apelacijski sud je ranije ukinuo prvostupanjsko rješenje Višeg suda kojim je utvrđeno da su ispunjene zakonske pretpostavke za izručenje Do Kwona radi kaznenog gonjenja zbog više kaznenih djela po molbi obje zemlje.

Podsjetimo, Do Kwon i njegov poslovni partner uhićeni su 23. ožujka prošle godine na podgoričkom aerodromu kada su prilikom pasoške kontrole, na letu za Dubai, upotrijebili falsificirane putovnice Kostarike.
