Svjetski izvještaj o sreći smještao je Finsku na sam vrh ljestvice najsretnijih zemalja u svijetu šest godina zaredom. Ali... Sreća u ovoj zemlji ne znači da svi hodaju okolo nasmijani od uha do uha i da svim ulicama vlada karnevalska atmosfera, piše Bussines Insider.

Ova nordijska nacija uživa u sreći utemeljenoj na javim politikama, visokokvalitetnoj demokraciji i efikasnim institucijama.

“Dok sam živio i školovao se u Finskoj od 2016. do 2019., postalo mi je vrlo jasno koliko su politika i vlada pomogli zemlji da se u njoj održi vladavina sreće”, napisao je u tekstu za Bussines Insider Mahmudul Islam.

Za početak, ljudi u Finskoj općenito imaju visok osjećaj povjerenja u svoje susjede, a to sam osjetio čak i kao međunarodni student, piše Islam.

“Nisam se brinuo hoće li stranci na ulici biti zlonamjerni i osjećao sam se kao da mogu slobodno izraziti svoja politička mišljenja (pozitivna ili negativna) bez tereta autocenzure ili protureakcije. Također se činilo da ljudi imaju puno povjerenja u svoje lokalne političare, a ja sam mislio da su izborni ciklusi bili pošteni i prilično mirni dok sam bio tamo”, piše.

Najbolji dio školovanja u Finskoj za Islama je to što je bilo besplatno.

“Budući da sam krenuo u školu 2016., na mene se primjenjivalo staro pravilo o besplatno obrazovanju za domaće i strane učenike. Nakon promjene politike 2017., studenti izvan EU-a pod određenim okolnostima možda moraju plaćati školarinu, koja, opet, ovisi od ustanove u kojoj se obrazuju”, napisao je.

To što nije morao platiti školu značilo je da se oslobodio velikog tereta, ali ipak je morao naći način da plati troškove koje je imao. PIše kako je bio zabrinut oko pronalaska posla kad je tek stigao, osobito zbog činjenice da nije tečno govorio finski. Ali, dobio je posao u restoranu koji mu je osigurao dovoljno novca za život.

“Kao strani student plaćao sam oko 200 eura godišnje za prilično opsežan plan privatnog zdravstvenog osiguranja. Također sam preko svog poslodavca dobio besplatnu zdravstvenu zaštitu na radu, koja je na kraju pokrivala moje posjete liječniku zbog bolova u zglobovima, opće bolesti, uklanjanja ušnog voska i savjetovanja”, kaže i dodaje kako je sve te financijske pogodnosti iskusio kao stranac u zemlji.

“Mislim da je ključni element u pozadini finske sreće njezina opsežna politika socijalne skrbi, koja pokriva mnoge osnovne potrepštine ‘od kolijevke do groba’ i nudi stanovnicima osjećaj sigurnosti”, kaže Islam za Bussines Insider.

Zbog potpore javnih institucija, Finci uživaju besplatnu zdravstvenu skrb i besplatno obrazovanje od osnovne škole do fakulteta, a to je samo dio pogodnosti koje stanovnici ove zemlje mogu iskoristiti.

“Pojedinci ne bi trebali biti sami odgovorni za svoju sreću. Država i politike koje vodi igraju ključnu ulogu u gradnji sretnog društva”, zaključuje

Svjetski izvještaj o sreći smještao je Finsku na sam vrh ljestvice najsretnijih zemalja u svijetu šest godina zaredom. Ali... Sreća u ovoj zemlji ne znači da svi hodaju okolo nasmijani od uha do uha i da svim ulicama vlada karnevalska atmosfera, piše Bussines Insider.

Ova nordijska nacija uživa u sreći utemeljenoj na javim politikama, visokokvalitetnoj demokraciji i efikasnim institucijama.

“Dok sam živio i školovao se u Finskoj od 2016. do 2019., postalo mi je vrlo jasno koliko su politika i vlada pomogli zemlji da se u njoj održi vladavina sreće”, napisao je u tekstu za Bussines Insider Mahmudul Islam.

Za početak, ljudi u Finskoj općenito imaju visok osjećaj povjerenja u svoje susjede, a to sam osjetio čak i kao međunarodni student, piše Islam.

“Nisam se brinuo hoće li stranci na ulici biti zlonamjerni i osjećao sam se kao da mogu slobodno izraziti svoja politička mišljenja (pozitivna ili negativna) bez tereta autocenzure ili protureakcije. Također se činilo da ljudi imaju puno povjerenja u svoje lokalne političare, a ja sam mislio da su izborni ciklusi bili pošteni i prilično mirni dok sam bio tamo”, piše.

Najbolji dio školovanja u Finskoj za Islama je to što je bilo besplatno.

“Budući da sam krenuo u školu 2016., na mene se primjenjivalo staro pravilo o besplatno obrazovanju za domaće i strane učenike. Nakon promjene politike 2017., studenti izvan EU-a pod određenim okolnostima možda moraju plaćati školarinu, koja, opet, ovisi od ustanove u kojoj se obrazuju”, napisao je.

To što nije morao platiti školu značilo je da se oslobodio velikog tereta, ali ipak je morao naći način da plati troškove koje je imao. PIše kako je bio zabrinut oko pronalaska posla kad je tek stigao, osobito zbog činjenice da nije tečno govorio finski. Ali, dobio je posao u restoranu koji mu je osigurao dovoljno novca za život.

“Kao strani student plaćao sam oko 200 eura godišnje za prilično opsežan plan privatnog zdravstvenog osiguranja. Također sam preko svog poslodavca dobio besplatnu zdravstvenu zaštitu na radu, koja je na kraju pokrivala moje posjete liječniku zbog bolova u zglobovima, opće bolesti, uklanjanja ušnog voska i savjetovanja”, kaže i dodaje kako je sve te financijske pogodnosti iskusio kao stranac u zemlji.

“Mislim da je ključni element u pozadini finske sreće njezina opsežna politika socijalne skrbi, koja pokriva mnoge osnovne potrepštine ‘od kolijevke do groba’ i nudi stanovnicima osjećaj sigurnosti”, kaže Islam za Bussines Insider.

Zbog potpore javnih institucija, Finci uživaju besplatnu zdravstvenu skrb i besplatno obrazovanje od osnovne škole do fakulteta, a to je samo dio pogodnosti koje stanovnici ove zemlje mogu iskoristiti.

“Pojedinci ne bi trebali biti sami odgovorni za svoju sreću. Država i politike koje vodi igraju ključnu ulogu u gradnji sretnog društva”, zaključuje

Svjetski izvještaj o sreći smještao je Finsku na sam vrh ljestvice najsretnijih zemalja u svijetu šest godina zaredom. Ali... Sreća u ovoj zemlji ne znači da svi hodaju okolo nasmijani od uha do uha i da svim ulicama vlada karnevalska atmosfera, piše Bussines Insider.

Ova nordijska nacija uživa u sreći utemeljenoj na javim politikama, visokokvalitetnoj demokraciji i efikasnim institucijama.

“Dok sam živio i školovao se u Finskoj od 2016. do 2019., postalo mi je vrlo jasno koliko su politika i vlada pomogli zemlji da se u njoj održi vladavina sreće”, napisao je u tekstu za Bussines Insider Mahmudul Islam.

Za početak, ljudi u Finskoj općenito imaju visok osjećaj povjerenja u svoje susjede, a to sam osjetio čak i kao međunarodni student, piše Islam.

“Nisam se brinuo hoće li stranci na ulici biti zlonamjerni i osjećao sam se kao da mogu slobodno izraziti svoja politička mišljenja (pozitivna ili negativna) bez tereta autocenzure ili protureakcije. Također se činilo da ljudi imaju puno povjerenja u svoje lokalne političare, a ja sam mislio da su izborni ciklusi bili pošteni i prilično mirni dok sam bio tamo”, piše.

Najbolji dio školovanja u Finskoj za Islama je to što je bilo besplatno.

“Budući da sam krenuo u školu 2016., na mene se primjenjivalo staro pravilo o besplatno obrazovanju za domaće i strane učenike. Nakon promjene politike 2017., studenti izvan EU-a pod određenim okolnostima možda moraju plaćati školarinu, koja, opet, ovisi od ustanove u kojoj se obrazuju”, napisao je.

To što nije morao platiti školu značilo je da se oslobodio velikog tereta, ali ipak je morao naći način da plati troškove koje je imao.
