U Sloveniji je pokrenut inspekcijski postupak kojim treba provjeriti zakonitost odluke premijera Janše da se građanima na njihove kućne adrese obrati pismenim pozivom i molbom da se što prije cijepe, što je začudilo vladu i premijera.
Ured za zaštitu informacija koji vodi Mojca Prelesnik pojasnio je da je inspekcijski postupak pokrenut nakon prijave više građana koji dovode u sumnju pravno uporište za dobivanje i obradu osobnih podataka iz centralnog registra stanovništva, uključivši adrese na koje je pismo premijera bilo poslano.
Reagirajući na to, iz vlade su poručili da je pismo s molbom premijera da se cijepe bilo poslano svim punoljetnim osobama, bez ikakve selekcije i gledanja u njihove osobne evidencije.
Razlozi premijera za takav način komunikacije bili su dobronamjerni, vođeni željom da se poveća procijepljenost odraslog stanovništva koja je sada samo 65 posto, što je rizik zbog brzog širenja zaraznije omikron varijante, pojašnjavaju u Janšinom uredu.
Nema nikakvih sumnji što nas čeka idućih tjedana ako i dalje ostanemo šesta najmanje procijepljena država u Europskoj uniji, navode u vladi.
Na inspekcijski nadzor ureda za informacije pod čiju nadležnost spadaju kršenje prava na pristup javnim informacijama, ali i pravo na privatnost, odnosno zaštita osjetljivih osobnih podataka reagirao je i Janša porukom na Twitteru, ocijenivši da je stvar politički motivirana i apsurdna, a voditeljicu ureda za zaštitu informacija na to mjesto dovela sada oporbena ljevica.

Ona je pak navela da je inspekcijski postupak pokrenut po službenoj dužnosti, nakon prijave većeg broja građana koji su senzibilizirani na prava iz europske uredbe o zaštiti podataka (GDPR). Uredba propisuje da se svaka obrada osobnih podataka mora provesti na zakonit, pošten i transparentan način.

U Sloveniji je pokrenut inspekcijski postupak kojim treba provjeriti zakonitost odluke premijera Janše da se građanima na njihove kućne adrese obrati pismenim pozivom i molbom da se što prije cijepe, što je začudilo vladu i premijera.
Ured za zaštitu informacija koji vodi Mojca Prelesnik pojasnio je da je inspekcijski postupak pokrenut nakon prijave više građana koji dovode u sumnju pravno uporište za dobivanje i obradu osobnih podataka iz centralnog registra stanovništva, uključivši adrese na koje je pismo premijera bilo poslano.
Reagirajući na to, iz vlade su poručili da je pismo s molbom premijera da se cijepe bilo poslano svim punoljetnim osobama, bez ikakve selekcije i gledanja u njihove osobne evidencije.
Razlozi premijera za takav način komunikacije bili su dobronamjerni, vođeni željom da se poveća procijepljenost odraslog stanovništva koja je sada samo 65 posto, što je rizik zbog brzog širenja zaraznije omikron varijante, pojašnjavaju u Janšinom uredu.
Nema nikakvih sumnji što nas čeka idućih tjedana ako i dalje ostanemo šesta najmanje procijepljena država u Europskoj uniji, navode u vladi.
Na inspekcijski nadzor ureda za informacije pod čiju nadležnost spadaju kršenje prava na pristup javnim informacijama, ali i pravo na privatnost, odnosno zaštita osjetljivih osobnih podataka reagirao je i Janša porukom na Twitteru, ocijenivši da je stvar politički motivirana i apsurdna, a voditeljicu ureda za zaštitu informacija na to mjesto dovela sada oporbena ljevica.
