Za aktualnu turističku sezonu može se čuti i pročitati kako su iznajmljivači previše podigli cijene pa je iznajmljivanje podbacilo, što je rezultiralo "lipanjskom rupom". Međutim, sada se počelo govoriti i o "srpanjskoj rupi" i velikome broju otkazivanja.

– Evidentno je da druga polovina lipnja i prva polovina srpnja u određenoj mjeri ipak "zapinju" u broju rezervacija. Najviše se to osjeti na apartmanskom smještaju. Ako se uspoređujemo s 2019., moramo znati da danas imamo značajno više apartmana, pa je i veći broj njih prazan. Naravno, taj se trend više osjeti u Dalmaciji. Te oscilacije su postojale i prije, međutim, na tragu izvrsne prošle godine očekivali smo da će i ova biti takva, kaže Boris Žgomba, predsjednik Udruženja putničkih agencija pri Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori za Novi list.

On je kazao da je Hrvatska krenula u ovu godinu čak i s nešto višim cijenama nego lani, kad nam je niz faktora išao u prilog – od toga da su gosti jedva čekali putovati i Hrvatska je bila blizu i bez COVID ograničenja, za razliku od konkurencije.

– Problema imaju i naši konkurenti koji moraju nadoknađivati gubitke iz pandemije, što znači da će spuštati cijene. Zato je ova sezona doista puno izazovnija nego lanjska, tvrdi Žgomba.

Hrvatska od tražene postala skupa destinacija

– U jednoj stvari smo se malo prevarili. A to je činjenica da nam je lanjska godina jako išla na ruku, i to iz više razloga. Naime, to je bila prva, recimo to tako, normalna turistička godina, u kojoj su ljudi raspolagali novcem koji se akumulirao tijekom dvije godine pandemije kad nisu nikamo putovali. I zato cijena nije bila toliki problem.

Drugo, mi smo najbliža destinacija Europe i kod nas nije bilo nikakvih ograničenja. I jasno da turisti više nisu htjeli razmišljati o tome treba li im COVID-potvrda ili ne, te su odlazili tamo gdje nije bilo nikakvih ograničenja. Tu su nam apetiti porasli. U međuvremenu je Hrvatska dobila euro kao valutu, došla je inflacija i svi smo digli cijene u prosjeku za 15 posto. Što nije ni puno u odnosu na inflaciju, ali uz rast troškova života u vlastitoj zemlji od 10 do 15 posto i toliki rast cijena u Hrvatskoj, gostu je realno odmor poskupio 30 posto, kaže Dragan Brnić, vlasnik jedne od najvećih agencija na Kvarneru specijalizirane za privatni smještaj. On dodaje da je Hrvatska preko noći od tražene postala skupa destinacija i da danas 100 eura realno vrijedi manje nego lani 753 kune, piše Novi list.

Zaista čini se da je riječ o izazovnoj sezoni za sve turističke radnike, u kojoj treba dobro preispitati politiku cijena i brendiranje ponude budući da ni konkurencija ne spava i želi nadoknaditi manjkove prošlogodišnje sezone u kojoj je Hrvatska profitirala.

Za aktualnu turističku sezonu može se čuti i pročitati kako su iznajmljivači previše podigli cijene pa je iznajmljivanje podbacilo, što je rezultiralo "lipanjskom rupom". Međutim, sada se počelo govoriti i o "srpanjskoj rupi" i velikome broju otkazivanja.

– Evidentno je da druga polovina lipnja i prva polovina srpnja u određenoj mjeri ipak "zapinju" u broju rezervacija. Najviše se to osjeti na apartmanskom smještaju. Ako se uspoređujemo s 2019., moramo znati da danas imamo značajno više apartmana, pa je i veći broj njih prazan. Naravno, taj se trend više osjeti u Dalmaciji. Te oscilacije su postojale i prije, međutim, na tragu izvrsne prošle godine očekivali smo da će i ova biti takva, kaže Boris Žgomba, predsjednik Udruženja putničkih agencija pri Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori za Novi list.

On je kazao da je Hrvatska krenula u ovu godinu čak i s nešto višim cijenama nego lani, kad nam je niz faktora išao u prilog – od toga da su gosti jedva čekali putovati i Hrvatska je bila blizu i bez COVID ograničenja, za razliku od konkurencije.

– Problema imaju i naši konkurenti koji moraju nadoknađivati gubitke iz pandemije, što znači da će spuštati cijene. Zato je ova sezona doista puno izazovnija nego lanjska, tvrdi Žgomba.

Hrvatska od tražene postala skupa destinacija

– U jednoj stvari smo se malo prevarili. A to je činjenica da nam je lanjska godina jako išla na ruku, i to iz više razloga. Naime, to je bila prva, recimo to tako, normalna turistička godina, u kojoj su ljudi raspolagali novcem koji se akumulirao tijekom dvije godine pandemije kad nisu nikamo putovali. I zato cijena nije bila toliki problem.

Drugo, mi smo najbliža destinacija Europe i kod nas nije bilo nikakvih ograničenja. I jasno da turisti više nisu htjeli razmišljati o tome treba li im COVID-potvrda ili ne, te su odlazili tamo gdje nije bilo nikakvih ograničenja. Tu su nam apetiti porasli. U međuvremenu je Hrvatska dobila euro kao valutu, došla je inflacija i svi smo digli cijene u prosjeku za 15 posto. Što nije ni puno u odnosu na inflaciju, ali uz rast troškova života u vlastitoj zemlji od 10 do 15 posto i toliki rast cijena u Hrvatskoj, gostu je realno odmor poskupio 30 posto, kaže Dragan Brnić, vlasnik jedne od najvećih agencija na Kvarneru specijalizirane za privatni smještaj. On dodaje da je Hrvatska preko noći od tražene postala skupa destinacija i da danas 100 eura realno vrijedi manje nego lani 753 kune, piše Novi list.

Zaista čini se da je riječ o izazovnoj sezoni za sve turističke radnike, u kojoj treba dobro preispitati politiku cijena i brendiranje ponude budući da ni konkurencija ne spava i želi nadoknaditi manjkove prošlogodišnje sezone u kojoj je Hrvatska profitirala.
