Rusko Ministarstvo obrane pod sve je većim pritiskom zbog kaotične i, sve je vidljivije, katastrofalno loše operacije regrutiranja novih vojnika za ukrajinsko bojište. Na društvenim mrežama sve je više snimki koje potvrđuju da ruska vojska nove vojnike šalje nepripremljene u rat. Naime, rusko vojno vodstvo ima težak izbor: obučiti nove vojnike i poslati ih na ratište za koji mjesec, kada bi rat već mogao biti izgubljen, ili ih, u najboljem slučaju, napola spremne poslati odmah, piše Jutarnji list.

Koliko je situacija uzavrela, pokazao je slučaj u kojem je na jedan ruski kamp za obuku prošle subote otvorena vatra. Najmanje 11 regruta je poginulo, a još više ih je ranjeno.

"Nemaju strojnice, nemaju ništa. Ni odjeću, ni čizme. Pola ih je mamurno, staro, zdravstveno nespremno. Trebalo bi imati pri ruci hitnu", komentira nepoznati gledatelj trening blizu Jekaterinburga u središnjoj Rusiji. Muškarci koje komentira nedavno su mobilizirani i vježbaju marširanje u civilnoj odjeći. S drugih mjesta stižu vijesti o rodbini koja im preko ograde donosi predmete poput čizama i vreća za spavanje te hranu. "To se ovako ne radi", komentira Ruskinja Elena prizore za Samaru Online.

"Sve im mi kupujemo."

Često ne dobiju ništa

"U najboljem slučaju im daju osnovne stvari, a u najgorem ništa. A to pokazuje da su ti muškarci samo topovsko meso", komentirao je za New York Times William Alberque, stručnjak za rusku vojsku na Međunarodnom institutu za strateške studije u Londonu.

Ruska vojska pred teškim je zadatkom da hitno začepi rupe na terenu i istodobno vježba nove kopnene snage. Sam Vladimir Putin je prošli petak na konferenciji za novinare rekao da je već 16.000 novaka raspoređeno na bojište. Neki od njih su završili na fronti samo deset dana nakon poziva. Međutim, više od tisuću kilometara dugačka linija i ukrajinsko zasad nezaustavljivo napredovanje na istoku i jugu ne ostavljaju puno manevarskog prostora.

Ruski predsjednik izjavio je da će novi vojnici dobiti obuku na fronti. Zasad nema potvrde da na terenu nema obuke, odnosno informacije o tome su sporadične. Stižu u obliku snimki čiji autori tvrde da regruti žive u nehumanim uvjetima, da nemaju streljiva i moraju sami kupovati svoju hranu. Prema nekima, nove jedinice nisu dobile čak ni trening iz pucanja, čak ni teorijsku obuku. Stigle su i vijesti o neobučenim muškarcima poginulima na bojištu.

"Rusko vojno vodstvo riskira ishod reorganizacije vojske dajući prioritet brzoj mobilizaciji što većeg broja za aktualne borbe u Ukrajini", napisao je Institut za proučavanje rata, think tank iz Washingtona. Izvještaj britanskih vojnih obavještajaca podržava tu procjenu. "Činjenica da ruske posade ne uništavaju opremu prije povlačenja ili predaje pokazuje loš stupanj obuke ili borbene discipline", navodi se u britanskom izvještaju.

Dok društvene mreže ukazuju na jedno, ruske su vlasti počele, čini se, vlastitu protukampanju. Ruski ministar obrane Sergej Šojgu objavio je da se trenutačno u 80 kampova za obuku i šest obrazovnih centara ruske vojske 200.000 novaka priprema za odlazak na bojište. Putin je, pak, objavio da zaustavlja mobilizaciju. Neće, čini se, slati 300.000 vojnika, kako je najavljeno, nego 220.000 novih boraca.

Oko 200.000 ljudi na frontu

Koliko je ruskih vojnika dosad bilo u Ukrajini, ne zna se sa sigurnošću, ali procjenjuje se da ih je oko 200.000 poslano na front, a od tog broja između trećine i polovine je ubijeno ili ranjeno.

Kako bi zaustavilo sve glasnije kritike mobilizacije, rusko Ministarstvo obrane objavilo je niz filmova na kojima "mobiki", kako se u ruskom slengu nazivaju mobilizirani, uče pucati, postaviti minu i napadati tenkove.

"Regruti se obučavaju i spremni su za raspoređivanje i sudjelovanje u borbama u Ukrajini", tvrdi Ministarstvo na snimkama.

Iz Rusije stižu i vijesti da se vojni pitomci puštaju ranije s akademije kako bi preuzeli časnička mjesta u ratu.

Dodatni je problem nedostatak kadra za obučavanje novaka. Vojni treneri završili su na terenu već u veljači, a mnogi od njih se nikad neće vratiti. Njihova su mjesta popunili veterani i drugi predavači s vojnih akademija.

"Izgubili su mnogo vojnih stručnjaka. Te ljude nema tko obučiti", rekao je za NYT Gleb Irisov, veteran ruskog zrakoplovstva i bivši analitičar TASS-a.

No problema je, naglašava on, bilo i prije rata kada se Rusija mučila s obučavanjem oko 100.000 ročnika svakog proljeća i jeseni. Među ostalim, nedostajalo je hrane. "Nije im uspijevalo u miru, a kamoli u ratu", izjavio je Irisov. Dio obuke zbivao se samo na papiru, tvrdi on.

Neočekivano, piše New York Times, najmasovnije obuke odvijaju se u Donbasu. Prošlog su proljeća muškarci iz te regije masovno odvođeni u vojsku na prvu liniju bojišta. Međutim, nakon pokolja se promijenio stav rukovoditelja. "Vlastodršci su shvatili da su bezveze potratili ljudstvo. Shvatili su da moraju bolje obučiti ljude", kaže Kiril Mihailov, istraživač iz ruske organizacije Conflict Intelligence Team, koja prati rusku vojsku.

Međutim, tisuće regruta koji se slijevaju u Ukrajinu nakon kratke ili nikakve obuke pokazuju da Kremlj trenutačno igra na kvantitetu.

Rusko Ministarstvo obrane pod sve je većim pritiskom zbog kaotične i, sve je vidljivije, katastrofalno loše operacije regrutiranja novih vojnika za ukrajinsko bojište. Na društvenim mrežama sve je više snimki koje potvrđuju da ruska vojska nove vojnike šalje nepripremljene u rat. Naime, rusko vojno vodstvo ima težak izbor: obučiti nove vojnike i poslati ih na ratište za koji mjesec, kada bi rat već mogao biti izgubljen, ili ih, u najboljem slučaju, napola spremne poslati odmah, piše Jutarnji list.

Koliko je situacija uzavrela, pokazao je slučaj u kojem je na jedan ruski kamp za obuku prošle subote otvorena vatra. Najmanje 11 regruta je poginulo, a još više ih je ranjeno.

"Nemaju strojnice, nemaju ništa. Ni odjeću, ni čizme. Pola ih je mamurno, staro, zdravstveno nespremno. Trebalo bi imati pri ruci hitnu", komentira nepoznati gledatelj trening blizu Jekaterinburga u središnjoj Rusiji. Muškarci koje komentira nedavno su mobilizirani i vježbaju marširanje u civilnoj odjeći. S drugih mjesta stižu vijesti o rodbini koja im preko ograde donosi predmete poput čizama i vreća za spavanje te hranu. "To se ovako ne radi", komentira Ruskinja Elena prizore za Samaru Online.

Često ne dobiju ništa

"U najboljem slučaju im daju osnovne stvari, a u najgorem ništa. A to pokazuje da su ti muškarci samo topovsko meso", komentirao je za New York Times William Alberque, stručnjak za rusku vojsku na Međunarodnom institutu za strateške studije u Londonu.

Ruska vojska pred teškim je zadatkom da hitno začepi rupe na terenu i istodobno vježba nove kopnene snage. Sam Vladimir Putin je prošli petak na konferenciji za novinare rekao da je već 16.000 novaka raspoređeno na bojište. Neki od njih su završili na fronti samo deset dana nakon poziva. Međutim, više od tisuću kilometara dugačka linija i ukrajinsko zasad nezaustavljivo napredovanje na istoku i jugu ne ostavljaju puno manevarskog prostora.

Ruski predsjednik izjavio je da će novi vojnici dobiti obuku na fronti. Zasad nema potvrde da na terenu nema obuke, odnosno informacije o tome su sporadične. Stižu u obliku snimki čiji autori tvrde da regruti žive u nehumanim uvjetima, da nemaju streljiva i moraju sami kupovati svoju hranu. Prema nekima, nove jedinice nisu dobile čak ni trening iz pucanja, čak ni teorijsku obuku. Stigle su i vijesti o neobučenim muškarcima poginulima na bojištu.

"Rusko vojno vodstvo riskira ishod reorganizacije vojske dajući prioritet brzoj mobilizaciji što većeg broja za aktualne borbe u Ukrajini", napisao je Institut za proučavanje rata, think tank iz Washingtona. Izvještaj britanskih vojnih obavještajaca podržava tu procjenu. "Činjenica da ruske posade ne uništavaju opremu prije povlačenja ili predaje pokazuje loš stupanj obuke ili borbene discipline", navodi se u britanskom izvještaju.

Dok društvene mreže ukazuju na jedno, ruske su vlasti počele, čini se, vlastitu protukampanju. Ruski ministar obrane Sergej Šojgu objavio je da se trenutačno u 80 kampova za obuku i šest obrazovnih centara ruske vojske 200.000 novaka priprema za odlazak na bojište. Putin je, pak, objavio da zaustavlja mobilizaciju. Neće, čini se, slati 300.000 vojnika, kako je najavljeno, nego 220.000 novih boraca.

Oko 200.000 ljudi na frontu

Koliko je ruskih vojnika dosad bilo u Ukrajini, ne zna se sa sigurnošću, ali procjenjuje se da ih je oko 200.000 poslano na front, a od tog broja između trećine i polovine je ubijeno ili ranjeno.

Kako bi zaustavilo sve glasnije kritike mobilizacije, rusko Ministarstvo obrane objavilo je niz filmova na kojima "mobiki", kako se u ruskom slengu nazivaju mobilizirani, uče pucati, postaviti minu i napadati tenkove.

"Regruti se obučavaju i spremni su za raspoređivanje i sudjelovanje u borbama u Ukrajini", tvrdi Ministarstvo na snimkama.

Iz Rusije stižu i vijesti da se vojni pitomci puštaju ranije s akademije kako bi preuzeli časnička mjesta u ratu.

Dodatni je problem nedostatak kadra za obučavanje novaka. Vojni treneri završili su na terenu već u veljači, a mnogi od njih se nikad neće vratiti. Njihova su mjesta popunili veterani i drugi predavači s vojnih akademija.

"Izgubili su mnogo vojnih stručnjaka. Te ljude nema tko obučiti", rekao je za NYT Gleb Irisov, veteran ruskog zrakoplovstva i bivši analitičar TASS-a.

No problema je, naglašava on, bilo i prije rata kada se Rusija mučila s obučavanjem oko 100.000 ročnika svakog proljeća i jeseni. Među ostalim, nedostajalo je hrane. "Nije im uspijevalo u miru, a kamoli u ratu", izjavio je Irisov. Dio obuke zbivao se samo na papiru, tvrdi on.

Neočekivano, piše New York Times, najmasovnije obuke odvijaju se u Donbasu. Prošlog su proljeća muškarci iz te regije masovno odvođeni u vojsku na prvu liniju bojišta. Međutim, nakon pokolja se promijenio stav rukovoditelja. "Vlastodršci su shvatili da su bezveze potratili ljudstvo. Shvatili su da moraju bolje obučiti ljude", kaže Kiril Mihailov, istraživač iz ruske organizacije Conflict Intelligence Team, koja prati rusku vojsku.

Međutim, tisuće regruta koji se slijevaju u Ukrajinu nakon kratke ili nikakve obuke pokazuju da Kremlj trenutačno igra na kvantitetu.
