    Nakon mjeseci upornih pokušaja da ga zauzmu i tisuća mrtvih pripadnika Wagnera u tim naporima, čini se da Rusi ipak odustaju od Bahmuta. Bitka za ovaj ukrajinski grad u Donbasu se stabilizira, priznao je i vrhovni zapovjednik Ukrajine.

    General Valerij Zalužnji je rekao kako "ogromni napori" ukrajinskih trupa koče Rusiju na ovom bojištu. Zapadni dužnosnici procijenili su početkom ovog mjeseca da je između 20 i 30 tisuća ruskih vojnika ubijeno ili ranjeno oko Bahmuta od prošloga ljeta. Veliki broj ruskih žrtava mogao bi biti glavni razlog zašto se Ukrajina usprkos iznimno kritičnim momentima do danas nije povukla iz ovoga strateški ne baš bitnog grada, smatraju vojni analitičari.

      General-pukovnik Valerij Zalužnji izjavio je da je situacija u Bahmutu zahvaljujući iznimnim naporima branitelja stabilizirana, iako je stanje na ukrajinskim prvim linijama donedavno bilo teže nego ikad. Prvi čovjek glavnog stožera Ukrajine objavio je to nakon razgovora s načelnikom obrane Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, admiralom Sir Tonyjem Radakinom. Njegovi komentari su posljednji pozitivan signal ukrajinskih dužnosnika o ishodu duge bitke za Bahmut.

      I ministarstvo obrane Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva priopćilo je jutros da je ruski napad na Bahmut "uglavnom zaustavljen", navodeći kao uzrok ekstremno iscrpljivanje ruskih snaga. Britanci, međutim, nisu propustili nagovijestiti da je to i rezultat svjesnih odluka Moskve koja je vjerojatno prebacila svoj operativni fokus s Bahmuta na jug i sjever Ukrajine.

      I Bloomberg piše da je Kremlj odustao od planova za daljnje ofenzive u Ukrajini ovoga proljeća, nastojeći se usredotočiti na odvraćanje skore ukrajinske protuofenzive. Pozivajući se na svoje izvore, američka publikacija javlja da Kremlj ove godine namjerava regrutirati do 400.000 novih ugovornih vojnika kako bi popunili svoje prorijeđene redove. Ambiciozna kampanja ugovornog novačenja omogućila bi Putinu da izbjegne još jednu prisilnu mobilizaciju rezervista: prošle jeseni je takav masovni poziv Rusa na oružje jako uzdrmao povjerenje javnosti u državno vodstvo i izazvao egzodus preko milijun Rusa izvan zemlje.Gotovo svih 300.000 jesenas mobiliziranih ruskih rezervista sad je na bojnom polju, ali Rusija svejedno nije uspjela zauzeti niti jedan veći grad u Ukrajini u posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci.

      Ukrajina, u međuvremenu, planira pokrenuti veliku protuofenzivu za oslobođenje okupiranih područja odmah nakon prestanka problema s proljećem raskvašenim terenom (rasputicom). Za to već mjesecima svoje postrojbe u Europi i SAD-u obučavaju za korištenje novoisporučenih tenkova, oklopnih vozila i drugog zapadnog oružja. Američki dužnosnici pretpostavljaju da bi Kijev mogao nastojati probiti ruske opskrbne linije i presjeći kopneni most na okupiranom teritoriju kojim je Krim povezan s ruskim kopnom.

Bloomberg tvrdi da je Rusija započela s provedbom kampanje regrutiranja ugovornih vojnika (plaćenika). Lokalni dužnosnici u nizu ruskih oblasti navodno su dobili kvote za novačenje i već upućuju pozive potencijalnim dobrovoljcima.

    Nakon mjeseci upornih pokušaja da ga zauzmu i tisuća mrtvih pripadnika Wagnera u tim naporima, čini se da Rusi ipak odustaju od Bahmuta. Bitka za ovaj ukrajinski grad u Donbasu se stabilizira, priznao je i vrhovni zapovjednik Ukrajine.

    General Valerij Zalužnji je rekao kako "ogromni napori" ukrajinskih trupa koče Rusiju na ovom bojištu. Zapadni dužnosnici procijenili su početkom ovog mjeseca da je između 20 i 30 tisuća ruskih vojnika ubijeno ili ranjeno oko Bahmuta od prošloga ljeta. Veliki broj ruskih žrtava mogao bi biti glavni razlog zašto se Ukrajina usprkos iznimno kritičnim momentima do danas nije povukla iz ovoga strateški ne baš bitnog grada, smatraju vojni analitičari.

      General-pukovnik Valerij Zalužnji izjavio je da je situacija u Bahmutu zahvaljujući iznimnim naporima branitelja stabilizirana, iako je stanje na ukrajinskim prvim linijama donedavno bilo teže nego ikad. Prvi čovjek glavnog stožera Ukrajine objavio je to nakon razgovora s načelnikom obrane Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva, admiralom Sir Tonyjem Radakinom. Njegovi komentari su posljednji pozitivan signal ukrajinskih dužnosnika o ishodu duge bitke za Bahmut.

      I ministarstvo obrane Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva priopćilo je jutros da je ruski napad na Bahmut "uglavnom zaustavljen", navodeći kao uzrok ekstremno iscrpljivanje ruskih snaga. Britanci, međutim, nisu propustili nagovijestiti da je to i rezultat svjesnih odluka Moskve koja je vjerojatno prebacila svoj operativni fokus s Bahmuta na jug i sjever Ukrajine.

      I Bloomberg piše da je Kremlj odustao od planova za daljnje ofenzive u Ukrajini ovoga proljeća, nastojeći se usredotočiti na odvraćanje skore ukrajinske protuofenzive. Pozivajući se na svoje izvore, američka publikacija javlja da Kremlj ove godine namjerava regrutirati do 400.000 novih ugovornih vojnika kako bi popunili svoje prorijeđene redove. Ambiciozna kampanja ugovornog novačenja omogućila bi Putinu da izbjegne još jednu prisilnu mobilizaciju rezervista: prošle jeseni je takav masovni poziv Rusa na oružje jako uzdrmao povjerenje javnosti u državno vodstvo i izazvao egzodus preko milijun Rusa izvan zemlje.Gotovo svih 300.000 jesenas mobiliziranih ruskih rezervista sad je na bojnom polju, ali Rusija svejedno nije uspjela zauzeti niti jedan veći grad u Ukrajini u posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci.

      Ukrajina, u međuvremenu, planira pokrenuti veliku protuofenzivu za oslobođenje okupiranih područja odmah nakon prestanka problema s proljećem raskvašenim terenom (rasputicom). Za to već mjesecima svoje postrojbe u Europi i SAD-u obučavaju za korištenje novoisporučenih tenkova, oklopnih vozila i drugog zapadnog oružja. Američki dužnosnici pretpostavljaju da bi Kijev mogao nastojati probiti ruske opskrbne linije i presjeći kopneni most na okupiranom teritoriju kojim je Krim povezan s ruskim kopnom.

Bloomberg tvrdi da je Rusija započela s provedbom kampanje regrutiranja ugovornih vojnika (plaćenika). Lokalni dužnosnici u nizu ruskih oblasti navodno su dobili kvote za novačenje i već upućuju pozive potencijalnim dobrovoljcima.
