Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin poslao je u Atlantski ocean fregatu naoružanu hipersoničnim krstarećim projektilima Cirkon.

Zajedno s ministrom obrane Sergejem Šojguom i Igorom Krokmalom, zapovjednikom fregate pod nazivom admiral flote Sovjetskog Saveza Gorškov, Putin je u srijedu na videokonferenciji rekao da je brod naoružan hipersoničnim oružjem Cirkonom.

”Ovaj put brod je opremljen najnovijim hipersoničnim raketnim sustavom - Cirkonom - za koji ne postoji ekvivalent”, rekao je Putin. “Ovo je hipersonični morski sustav”, dodao je. Šojgu je rekao da će Gorškov ploviti do Atlantskog i Indijskog oceana te do Sredozemnog mora.

Rusi nisu pojasnili kuda će taj moćni ratni brod proći - iz Indijskog u Atlantski ocean ili u suprotnom smjeru. Najbliži put je preko Sueskog kanala, no hoće li Egipat i okolne zemlje dati dozvolu za prolazak jednog tako “opasnog” broda, valja tek vidjeti. Drugi put je oko Rta dobre nade, odnosno oko Afrike.

”Ovaj brod, naoružan Cirkonima, sposoban je izvesti precizne i snažne udare protiv neprijatelja na moru i kopnu”, rekao je Šojgu. “Rakete lete brzinom devet puta većom od brzine zvuka i imaju domet veći od 1000 kilometara”, dodao je.

Rusija, Kina i Sjedinjene Države u utrci su u hipersoničnom naoružanju. Zbog svoje brzine, pet puta veće od brzine zvuka, i sposobnosti manevriranja, takvo oružje smatra se načinom da se stekne prednost nad svakim protivnikom.

Dakle, iz svega ovoga radi se o brodu koji nosi moćno naoružanje pa nas je zanimalo je li ovo “kočoperenje” samo rizik ili stvarna prijetnja. A budući da brod ima namjeru doći i u Sredozemno more i da će se nalaziti u “dnevnom boravku” Jadranskog mora, tim više nam je interesantno čuti mišljenja naših stručnjaka za sigurnost.

I NATO će se pokazati

- Radi se o klasičnom iskazivanju moći. Oni će iz svojih ruskih voda ući u međunarodne vode i to im nitko na svijetu ne može i ne smije zabraniti. To je svačije pravo.

Naravno, brod će prolaziti u blizini nekih država i te će mu države zasigurno odgovoriti pokazivanjem svoje vojne sile, kao i države NATO saveza, koje će mu jasno dati do znanja da ga se promatra.

Naravno, bit će mogući i bliski susreti NATO snaga s tim ruskim vojnim brodom i to je sve legitimno, jer je i do sada to bilo tako, mnogo puta u povijesti, kazuje nam doc. dr. Tonći Prodan, stručnjak za nacionalnu i međunarodnu sigurnost.

Kako će Rusi pokazivati oružje za masovno uništenje, tako će im i NATO zasigurno pokazati da ima čime odgovoriti.

- Brod će biti pod stalnom pratnjom i sve zemlje u čijoj blizini on bude bio jasno će pratiti hoće li brod ući u njihove unutarnje morske vode, a za takvo nešto Rusi bi trebali tražiti dozvolu te zemlje. Smatram da stvarna opasnost ne postoji - kazuje Prodan.

Ukrajinci javljaju da je Putin smrtno bolestan i da će vrlo brzo umrijeti.

- To su vam hibridni sukobi, odnosno sukobi informacijama. Što je točno, to je teško znati. Ukrajinci preko tih informacija, kao i Rusi preko svojih informacija ostvaruju svoje ciljeve, jer se na terenu kod ruskih vojnika kada čuju da je na umoru ruski predsjednik pada moral, dok kod Ukrajinaca raste. Tako je i u obrnutom slučaju - pojašnjava Prodan.

Pokazivanje vojne sile smišljeno je samo za vršenje pritiska na Zapad, smatra doc. dr. Gordan Akrap sa Sveučilišta “Sjever”.

- Na ovaj način Rusi vrše pritisak na Zapad kako bi što prije počeli pregovori koje Rusi priželjkuju, jer je situacija na terenu za njih očajna. Oni žele da ti pregovori započnu po njihovim uvjetima, što je, dakako, neprihvatljivo - govori Akrap. On smatra da prvenstveno brojčano stanje vojske na bojnom polju ne ide Rusima u prilog.

Razina rizika

- U vrijeme “Oluje” u Domovinskom ratu mi smo na terenu imali naoružanih oko 200 tisuća vojnika, dok su Srbi imali naoružanih oko 50 tisuća. A takav je sada omjer i u Ukrajini u korist Ukrajinaca. Oni imaju u ovom trenutku minimalno četiri puta više vojnika na ratištu. Uz to, započela je opća mobilizacija i Ukrajinci mogu imati 10 milijuna naoružanih ljudi. I imat će, jer žele ove zime završiti rat - kazuje Akrap.

Vratimo se mi vojnom brodu koji zasigurno neće proći neprimijećen.

- Ma taj brod prati cijeli svijet i ako on bude htio nešto ispaliti, nekakvu raketu, bit će trenutno potopljen.

Taj ruski brod spada u razinu rizika, a ne prijetnje. Jer rizik je mogućnost da taj brod nešto napravi, a prijetnja je stvarna opasnost da bi se nešto moglo dogoditi. Rusi su svjesni da gube rat i zato sada taj brod šalju “svjetskim morima”, zaključuje doc. dr. Gordan Akrap.

Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin poslao je u Atlantski ocean fregatu naoružanu hipersoničnim krstarećim projektilima Cirkon.

Zajedno s ministrom obrane Sergejem Šojguom i Igorom Krokmalom, zapovjednikom fregate pod nazivom admiral flote Sovjetskog Saveza Gorškov, Putin je u srijedu na videokonferenciji rekao da je brod naoružan hipersoničnim oružjem Cirkonom.

”Ovaj put brod je opremljen najnovijim hipersoničnim raketnim sustavom - Cirkonom - za koji ne postoji ekvivalent”, rekao je Putin. “Ovo je hipersonični morski sustav”, dodao je. Šojgu je rekao da će Gorškov ploviti do Atlantskog i Indijskog oceana te do Sredozemnog mora.

Rusi nisu pojasnili kuda će taj moćni ratni brod proći - iz Indijskog u Atlantski ocean ili u suprotnom smjeru. Najbliži put je preko Sueskog kanala, no hoće li Egipat i okolne zemlje dati dozvolu za prolazak jednog tako “opasnog” broda, valja tek vidjeti. Drugi put je oko Rta dobre nade, odnosno oko Afrike.

”Ovaj brod, naoružan Cirkonima, sposoban je izvesti precizne i snažne udare protiv neprijatelja na moru i kopnu”, rekao je Šojgu. “Rakete lete brzinom devet puta većom od brzine zvuka i imaju domet veći od 1000 kilometara”, dodao je.

Rusija, Kina i Sjedinjene Države u utrci su u hipersoničnom naoružanju. Zbog svoje brzine, pet puta veće od brzine zvuka, i sposobnosti manevriranja, takvo oružje smatra se načinom da se stekne prednost nad svakim protivnikom.

Dakle, iz svega ovoga radi se o brodu koji nosi moćno naoružanje pa nas je zanimalo je li ovo “kočoperenje” samo rizik ili stvarna prijetnja. A budući da brod ima namjeru doći i u Sredozemno more i da će se nalaziti u “dnevnom boravku” Jadranskog mora, tim više nam je interesantno čuti mišljenja naših stručnjaka za sigurnost.

I NATO će se pokazati

- Radi se o klasičnom iskazivanju moći. Oni će iz svojih ruskih voda ući u međunarodne vode i to im nitko na svijetu ne može i ne smije zabraniti. To je svačije pravo.

Naravno, brod će prolaziti u blizini nekih država i te će mu države zasigurno odgovoriti pokazivanjem svoje vojne sile, kao i države NATO saveza, koje će mu jasno dati do znanja da ga se promatra.

Naravno, bit će mogući i bliski susreti NATO snaga s tim ruskim vojnim brodom i to je sve legitimno, jer je i do sada to bilo tako, mnogo puta u povijesti, kazuje nam doc. dr. Tonći Prodan, stručnjak za nacionalnu i međunarodnu sigurnost.

Kako će Rusi pokazivati oružje za masovno uništenje, tako će im i NATO zasigurno pokazati da ima čime odgovoriti.

- Brod će biti pod stalnom pratnjom i sve zemlje u čijoj blizini on bude bio jasno će pratiti hoće li brod ući u njihove unutarnje morske vode, a za takvo nešto Rusi bi trebali tražiti dozvolu te zemlje. Smatram da stvarna opasnost ne postoji - kazuje Prodan.

Ukrajinci javljaju da je Putin smrtno bolestan i da će vrlo brzo umrijeti.

- To su vam hibridni sukobi, odnosno sukobi informacijama. Što je točno, to je teško znati. Ukrajinci preko tih informacija, kao i Rusi preko svojih informacija ostvaruju svoje ciljeve, jer se na terenu kod ruskih vojnika kada čuju da je na umoru ruski predsjednik pada moral, dok kod Ukrajinaca raste. Tako je i u obrnutom slučaju - pojašnjava Prodan.

Pokazivanje vojne sile smišljeno je samo za vršenje pritiska na Zapad, smatra doc. dr. Gordan Akrap sa Sveučilišta “Sjever”.

- Na ovaj način Rusi vrše pritisak na Zapad kako bi što prije počeli pregovori koje Rusi priželjkuju, jer je situacija na terenu za njih očajna. Oni žele da ti pregovori započnu po njihovim uvjetima, što je, dakako, neprihvatljivo - govori Akrap. On smatra da prvenstveno brojčano stanje vojske na bojnom polju ne ide Rusima u prilog.

Razina rizika

- U vrijeme “Oluje” u Domovinskom ratu mi smo na terenu imali naoružanih oko 200 tisuća vojnika, dok su Srbi imali naoružanih oko 50 tisuća. A takav je sada omjer i u Ukrajini u korist Ukrajinaca. Oni imaju u ovom trenutku minimalno četiri puta više vojnika na ratištu. Uz to, započela je opća mobilizacija i Ukrajinci mogu imati 10 milijuna naoružanih ljudi. I imat će, jer žele ove zime završiti rat - kazuje Akrap.

Vratimo se mi vojnom brodu koji zasigurno neće proći neprimijećen.

- Ma taj brod prati cijeli svijet i ako on bude htio nešto ispaliti, nekakvu raketu, bit će trenutno potopljen.

Taj ruski brod spada u razinu rizika, a ne prijetnje. Jer rizik je mogućnost da taj brod nešto napravi, a prijetnja je stvarna opasnost da bi se nešto moglo dogoditi. Rusi su svjesni da gube rat i zato sada taj brod šalju “svjetskim morima”, zaključuje doc. dr. Gordan Akrap.
