Ruske vojne snage jutros su zauzele su nuklearnu elektranu u Zaporižju na jugoistoku Ukrajine, objavile su lokalne vlasti u petak.

Ukrajina je priopćila da su ruske snage izvršile napad u ranim jutarnjim satima u petak, zapalivši obližnju peterokatnicu koja služi za obuku a koja je ugašena u petak ujutro. Krizni tim Međunarodne agencije za atomsku energiju (IAEA) je, pak, jučer, prije ovog napada, za Deutsche Welle objavio kakvo je stanje u nuklearnim postrojenjima u Ukrajini i poručio da će pomoći Ukrajini u njihovom osiguravanju, koliko je to uopće moguće u ratmi uvjetima.

Krizni ti, IAEA-e je u stalnom kontaktu s osobljem četiriju nuklearnih elektrana u Ukrajini, kaže Rafael Grossi, generalni direktor IAEA-e sa sjedištem u Beču. Pritom je izrazio puno poštovanja prema ukrajinskom osoblju koje je do sada održavalo siguran rad 15 reaktora u četirima nuklearkama u Ukrajini, piše Deutsche Welle.

Ovo je dobra vijest koju Grossi želi prenijeti svima - nuklearne elektrane u Ukrajini rade normalno. Ali, Grossi tu zastaje i dodaje: "Kada kažemo 'normalno' (…), želio bih naglasiti da u ovim okolnostima ništa nije normalno", napominje glavni direktor IAEA-e, koji je do prije samo nekoliko dana bio prije svega odgovoran za krizni menadžment koji se odnosi na pregovore oko atomskog programa u Iranu. A sada se suočava s ratom u Ukrajini, ruskim napadima, raketnom vatrom i činjenicom da su jednu od najvećih nuklearnih elektrana u zemlji već zauzele ruske trupe.

"Situacija u Ukrajini je bez presedana", nastavio je Grossi, koji ne krije veliku zabrinutost. To je prvi put da se jedan "vojni sukob" - Grossi izbjegava riječ "rat" - vodi usred područja s velikim nuklearnim elektranama, uključujući i zabranjeno područje oko ruševine nekadašnje nuklearne elektrane u Černobilu. Grossi odbacuje ovu opasnost. Na tragediji Fukušime puno se naučilo, kaže. Tamo se sve dogodilo iznenada, dolaskom tsunamija. Ukrajina će imati dovoljno vremena da riješi takav problem.

Ono što ostaje nepredvidivo je rat. To je poruka koja stoji iza izjava prvog čovjeka Međunarodne agencije za atomsku energiju. Ništa zapravo nije potpuno sigurno. Zato stiže i apel šefa IAEA-e za hitnim prekidom "vojnog sukoba", kako on ustrajno i diplomatskim jezikom naziva "rat" koji se vodi u Ukrajini. Vijeće guvernera IAEA - tamo su predstavnici 35 zemalja - nije mu dalo mandat za oštrije riječi. U pripremi je rezolucija koja, očekivano, sadržava kritike prema Rusiji, ali je ona jako "razvodnjena", kažu diplomati.

No, generalni direktor IAEA na kraju želi odbaciti barem jednu lažnu vijest – fake news, koju je u svijet odaslao ruski ministar vanjskih poslova Sergej Lavrov. Ne, kaže on, Ukrajina nije pokrenula postupak obogaćenja nikakvog materijala potrebnog za proizvodnju nuklearnog oružja. To tvrdi Rafael Grossi.

Poruka iz Beča je jasna: "Nemamo informacije da je Ukrajina prekršila Ugovor o neširenju nuklearnog oružja", prenosi Deutsche Welle.

Ruske vojne snage jutros su zauzele su nuklearnu elektranu u Zaporižju na jugoistoku Ukrajine, objavile su lokalne vlasti u petak.

Krizni tim Međunarodne agencije za atomsku energiju (IAEA) je, pak, jučer, prije ovog napada, za Deutsche Welle objavio kakvo je stanje u nuklearnim postrojenjima u Ukrajini i poručio da će pomoći Ukrajini u njihovom osiguravanju, koliko je to uopće moguće u ratmi uvjetima.

Krizni ti, IAEA-e je u stalnom kontaktu s osobljem četiriju nuklearnih elektrana u Ukrajini, kaže Rafael Grossi, generalni direktor IAEA-e sa sjedištem u Beču. Pritom je izrazio puno poštovanja prema ukrajinskom osoblju koje je do sada održavalo siguran rad 15 reaktora u četirima nuklearkama u Ukrajini, piše Deutsche Welle.

Ovo je dobra vijest koju Grossi želi prenijeti svima - nuklearne elektrane u Ukrajini rade normalno. Ali, Grossi tu zastaje i dodaje: "Kada kažemo 'normalno' (…), želio bih naglasiti da u ovim okolnostima ništa nije normalno", napominje glavni direktor IAEA-e, koji je do prije samo nekoliko dana bio prije svega odgovoran za krizni menadžment koji se odnosi na pregovore oko atomskog programa u Iranu. A sada se suočava s ratom u Ukrajini, ruskim napadima, raketnom vatrom i činjenicom da su jednu od najvećih nuklearnih elektrana u zemlji već zauzele ruske trupe.

"Situacija u Ukrajini je bez presedana", nastavio je Grossi, koji ne krije veliku zabrinutost. To je prvi put da se jedan "vojni sukob" - Grossi izbjegava riječ "rat" - vodi usred područja s velikim nuklearnim elektranama, uključujući i zabranjeno područje oko ruševine nekadašnje nuklearne elektrane u Černobilu. Ukrajina je tražila pomoć i prima pomoć, kaže Grossi. Nije želio iznositi nikakve detalje, piše Deutsche Welle.

Jesu li moguće tehničke greške, jer zaposlenici u nuklearnim elektranama u Ukrajini rade bez pauze, iscrpljeni su i na rubu snaga?

Grossi smatra da bi takvo nešto moglo biti moguće. Stoga je IAEA u stalnom kontaktu s njima. Što ako se prekine napajanje i ako se štapovi za sagorijevanje više ne budu mogli hladiti, kao u Fukušimi?

Grossi odbacuje ovu opasnost. Na tragediji Fukušime puno se naučilo, kaže. Tamo se sve dogodilo iznenada, dolaskom tsunamija. Ukrajina će imati dovoljno vremena da riješi takav problem.

Toliko o mogućim ratnim scenarijima. Snimak iz zraka prikazuje strukturu novog sigurnosnog omotača (New Safe Confinement-NSC) iznad sarkofaga koji pokriva oštećeni četvrti reaktor nuklearne elektrane Černobil.

Ono što ostaje nepredvidivo je rat. To je poruka koja stoji iza izjava prvog čovjeka Međunarodne agencije za atomsku energiju. Ništa zapravo nije potpuno sigurno. Zato stiže i apel šefa IAEA-e za hitnim prekidom "vojnog sukoba", kako on ustrajno i diplomatskim jezikom naziva "rat" koji se vodi u Ukrajini. Vijeće guvernera IAEA - tamo su predstavnici 35 zemalja - nije mu dalo mandat za oštrije riječi. U pripremi je rezolucija koja, očekivano, sadržava kritike prema Rusiji, ali je ona jako "razvodnjena", kažu diplomati.

No, generalni direktor IAEA na kraju želi odbaciti barem jednu lažnu vijest – fake news, koju je u svijet odaslao ruski ministar vanjskih poslova Sergej Lavrov. Ne, kaže on, Ukrajina nije pokrenula postupak obogaćenja nikakvog materijala potrebnog za proizvodnju nuklearnog oružja. To tvrdi Rafael Grossi.

Poruka iz Beča je jasna: "Nemamo informacije da je Ukrajina prekršila Ugovor o neširenju nuklearnog oružja", prenosi Deutsche Welle.
