Potrebno je štititi vanjske granice Europske unije, ali bez nasilja i uz poštivanje ljudskih prava, poručila je EU-ova povjerenica za unutarnje poslove Ylva Johansson u raspravi u Europskom parlamentu u kojoj je dio zastupnika prozvao i Hrvatsku.

"Nasilje na našim granicama nikada nije prihvatljivo, naročito ako je strukturirano i organizirano. Moramo zaštititi vanjske granice Europske unije, a istovremeno čuvati ljudska prava. Moguće je učiniti i jedno i drugo", kazala je povjerenica u raspravi u srijedu s europarlamentarcima o prisilnom udaljavanju migranata s vanjskih granica Europske unije.

"EU mora imati zaštićene granice i mora štititi ljudska prava", dodala je.

Ranije ovoga mjeseca više europskih medija objavilo je snimke prisilnog vraćanja migranata iz Hrvatske u Bosnu i Hercegovini. Tada su se pojavile i slične snimke prisilnog vraćanja migranata iz Rumunjske i Grčke. 

Ministar unutarnjih poslova Davor Božinović ubrzo je kazao da su na snimkama maskirani policajci, nakon čega su suspendirana tri policajca.

Johansson je kazala parlamentarcima da je razgovarala s rumunjskim, grčkim i hrvatskim ministrom unutarnjih poslova.

"Hrvatski ministar se u tome angažirao i rekao je da će tri policajca biti sankcionirani zbog toga, a čula sam da će se sve potrebne mjere poduzeti“, kazala je Johansson u raspravi.

„Na državnim je vlastima da istražuju sve tvrdnje i da sankcioniraju svako kršenje zakona“, dodala je.

Anže Logar, ministar vanjskih poslova Slovenije, predsjedateljice Europskom unijom, kazao je da je "učinkovita kontrola vanjskih granica ključna za sprječavanje sigurnosnih rizika, nezakonitog prelaženja granica i mogućeg migratornog pritiska".

"Moramo upotrijebiti sve alate da pratimo tko ulazi u Europsku uniju“, istaknuo je, dodavši da prisilno vraćanje s granice "ne smije biti dopušteno na tlu Europske unije".

Stav Komisije kritizirali su socijaldemokratski, zeleni i liberalni zastupnici.

"Djeca se smrzavaju i umiru na granicama Europe, a vas najviše brine zaštita granice i Schengen", poručila je nizozemska zastupnica iz liberalnog kluba "Obnovimo Europu" Sophia in't Veld

Njemačka socijaldemokratkinja Birgit Sippel kazala je da se na vanjskim granicama EU-a odvija "sustavan napad na ljudska prava" te da su snimke s hrvatske, rumunjske i grčke granice "skandal za Europsku uniju".

Sippel, koordinatorica socijaldemokrata u Odboru za građanske slobode, pravosuđe i unutarnje poslove, zajedno je s predsjednicom i potpredsjednicom socijaldemokratskog kluba zastupnika - Iratxe Garciom Perez i Simonom Bonafe, poslala je u srijedu pismo predsjednici Europske komisije, u kojem izražava zabrinutost zbog „sistemske naravi prisilnog vraćanja ranjivih ljudi, često uz nasilje“.

U pismu, čiji je primitak potvrdila Komisija, navodi se da je takva praksa posebno zabrinjavajuća u području Egejskog mora, na granicama Unije s Bjelorusijom te na „zapadnobalkanskoj ruti“.

"Zabrinjavajuće je što najnovije istrage ukazuju na to da su dijelovi materijala koji su korišteni za prisilno vraćanje (pushback) izgleda plaćeni novcem EU-a. To uključuje otprilike 177 miljuna eura koji su odobreni Hrvatskoj za 'upravljanje migracijama' od 2014. do dana“, navodi se u pismu.

Zastupnice su poručile da nije dovoljno samo zatražiti od države članice da ispita slučajeve „pushbacka“, već je potrebno pokrenuti postupak protiv Poljske, Grčke i Hrvatske zbog povrede prava Europske unije.

S desna su pak neki kritizirali iz njihove perspektive blag stav Europske komisije, založivši se za postavljanje bodljikave žice na vanjskim granicama.

"Nisam čuo da se netko buni jer imamo u Europskom parlamentu sigurnosnu kontrolu. Zašto ista sigurnost ne bi vrijedila za europske građane. Zašto ne bi bolje zaštitili Europu s bodljikavom žicom i naoružanim osobama kako bi osigurali sigurnost?", poručio je danski zastupnik iz kluba Identitet i demokracija Petar Kofod.

Eurozastupnik HDZ-a Karlo Ressler kazao je da je krijumčarenje ljudima "jedna od najprofitabilnijih kriminalnih aktivnosti", kao i "sredstvo podmuklog pritiska na Europu".

Zahvalio se "svim policajkama i policajcima  koji će i ove noći po različitim terenima i po različitim vremenskim uvjetima diljem europske granice još jednom izaći u nepoznato i suzbijati organizirane mreže krijumčara ljudi".

"Pod hitno nam treba zajednički europski dogovor u kojem politika sprječavanja nezakonitih migracija nema nikakvu alternativu“, poručio je Ressler.

Ipak, istaknuo je kako je "potpuno jasno da u uređenoj Europi nema mjesta nasilju nad migrantima, a svako pojedinačno kršenje ljudskih prava, osobito onih najranjivijih je potpuno neprihvatljivo". 

Ressler smatra da Hrvatska "s moderniziranom policijom i bez podizanja bodljikavih žica vrši svoju pravnu obvezu i dužnost zaštite državne i europske granice".

Sunčana Glavak (HDZ/EPP) ustvrdila je kako hrvatska policija "radi odličan posao u zaštiti hrvatskog teritorija i teritorija EU-a".

Naglasila je da je Hrvatska uhitila do sada preko 3 tisuće krijumčara na granicama te da je spriječila 30 tisuća pokušaja prelaska granice.

"Kolegice i kolege, Republika Hrvatska čuva i vašu granicu, granicu Europske unije na zakonit način", zaključila je.

Potrebno je štititi vanjske granice Europske unije, ali bez nasilja i uz poštivanje ljudskih prava, poručila je EU-ova povjerenica za unutarnje poslove Ylva Johansson u raspravi u Europskom parlamentu u kojoj je dio zastupnika prozvao i Hrvatsku.

"Nasilje na našim granicama nikada nije prihvatljivo, naročito ako je strukturirano i organizirano. Moramo zaštititi vanjske granice Europske unije, a istovremeno čuvati ljudska prava. Moguće je učiniti i jedno i drugo", kazala je povjerenica u raspravi u srijedu s europarlamentarcima o prisilnom udaljavanju migranata s vanjskih granica Europske unije.

"EU mora imati zaštićene granice i mora štititi ljudska prava", dodala je.

Ranije ovoga mjeseca više europskih medija objavilo je snimke prisilnog vraćanja migranata iz Hrvatske u Bosnu i Hercegovini. Tada su se pojavile i slične snimke prisilnog vraćanja migranata iz Rumunjske i Grčke. 

Ministar unutarnjih poslova Davor Božinović ubrzo je kazao da su na snimkama maskirani policajci, nakon čega su suspendirana tri policajca.

Johansson je kazala parlamentarcima da je razgovarala s rumunjskim, grčkim i hrvatskim ministrom unutarnjih poslova.

"Hrvatski ministar se u tome angažirao i rekao je da će tri policajca biti sankcionirani zbog toga, a čula sam da će se sve potrebne mjere poduzeti“, kazala je Johansson u raspravi.

„Na državnim je vlastima da istražuju sve tvrdnje i da sankcioniraju svako kršenje zakona“, dodala je.

Anže Logar, ministar vanjskih poslova Slovenije, predsjedateljice Europskom unijom, kazao je da je "učinkovita kontrola vanjskih granica ključna za sprječavanje sigurnosnih rizika, nezakonitog prelaženja granica i mogućeg migratornog pritiska".

"Moramo upotrijebiti sve alate da pratimo tko ulazi u Europsku uniju“, istaknuo je, dodavši da prisilno vraćanje s granice "ne smije biti dopušteno na tlu Europske unije".

Stav Komisije kritizirali su socijaldemokratski, zeleni i liberalni zastupnici.

"Djeca se smrzavaju i umiru na granicama Europe, a vas najviše brine zaštita granice i Schengen", poručila je nizozemska zastupnica iz liberalnog kluba "Obnovimo Europu" Sophia in't Veld

Njemačka socijaldemokratkinja Birgit Sippel kazala je da se na vanjskim granicama EU-a odvija "sustavan napad na ljudska prava" te da su snimke s hrvatske, rumunjske i grčke granice "skandal za Europsku uniju".

Sippel, koordinatorica socijaldemokrata u Odboru za građanske slobode, pravosuđe i unutarnje poslove, zajedno je s predsjednicom i potpredsjednicom socijaldemokratskog kluba zastupnika - Iratxe Garciom Perez i Simonom Bonafe, poslala je u srijedu pismo predsjednici Europske komisije, u kojem izražava zabrinutost zbog „sistemske naravi prisilnog vraćanja ranjivih ljudi, često uz nasilje“.

U pismu, čiji je primitak potvrdila Komisija, navodi se da je takva praksa posebno zabrinjavajuća u području Egejskog mora, na granicama Unije s Bjelorusijom te na „zapadnobalkanskoj ruti“.

"Zabrinjavajuće je što najnovije istrage ukazuju na to da su dijelovi materijala koji su korišteni za prisilno vraćanje (pushback) izgleda plaćeni novcem EU-a. To uključuje otprilike 177 miljuna eura koji su odobreni Hrvatskoj za 'upravljanje migracijama' od 2014. do dana“, navodi se u pismu.

Zastupnice su poručile da nije dovoljno samo zatražiti od države članice da ispita slučajeve „pushbacka“, već je potrebno pokrenuti postupak protiv Poljske, Grčke i Hrvatske zbog povrede prava Europske unije.

S desna su pak neki kritizirali iz njihove perspektive blag stav Europske komisije, založivši se za postavljanje bodljikave žice na vanjskim granicama.

"Nisam čuo da se netko buni jer imamo u Europskom parlamentu sigurnosnu kontrolu. Zašto ista sigurnost ne bi vrijedila za europske građane. Zašto ne bi bolje zaštitili Europu s bodljikavom žicom i naoružanim osobama kako bi osigurali sigurnost?", poručio je danski zastupnik iz kluba Identitet i demokracija Petar Kofod.

Eurozastupnik HDZ-a Karlo Ressler kazao je da je krijumčarenje ljudima "jedna od najprofitabilnijih kriminalnih aktivnosti", kao i "sredstvo podmuklog pritiska na Europu".

Zahvalio se "svim policajkama i policajcima  koji će i ove noći po različitim terenima i po različitim vremenskim uvjetima diljem europske granice još jednom izaći u nepoznato i suzbijati organizirane mreže krijumčara ljudi".

"Pod hitno nam treba zajednički europski dogovor u kojem politika sprječavanja nezakonitih migracija nema nikakvu alternativu“, poručio je Ressler.

Ipak, istaknuo je kako je "potpuno jasno da u uređenoj Europi nema mjesta nasilju nad migrantima, a svako pojedinačno kršenje ljudskih prava, osobito onih najranjivijih je potpuno neprihvatljivo". 

Ressler smatra da Hrvatska "s moderniziranom policijom i bez podizanja bodljikavih žica vrši svoju pravnu obvezu i dužnost zaštite državne i europske granice".

Sunčana Glavak (HDZ/EPP) ustvrdila je kako hrvatska policija "radi odličan posao u zaštiti hrvatskog teritorija i teritorija EU-a".

Naglasila je da je Hrvatska uhitila do sada preko 3 tisuće krijumčara na granicama te da je spriječila 30 tisuća pokušaja prelaska granice.

"Kolegice i kolege, Republika Hrvatska čuva i vašu granicu, granicu Europske unije na zakonit način", zaključila je.
