Kijevske gradske vlasti uklonile su kip poznatog ruskog pisca Aleksandra Puškina koji je stajao na jednoj od glavnih gradskih ulica. "Puškin nije dio ukrajinske kulture", objavio je savjetnik kijevskog gradonačelnika Dmytro Belotserkovets.

Ukrajinska vlada izbrisala je kip iz državnog registra spomenika od nacionalnog značaja 10. studenoga, dopuštajući time i njegovu demontažu.

Tijekom noći 7. studenoga, nepoznati aktivisti ispisali su parolu "Dekolonizacija se ne može zaustaviti" preko baze kipa, a crvenom su bojom prelili Puškinovo lice.

Brojni drugi spomenici ruskih i sovjetskih uglednika također su uklonjeni s popisa, uključujući statuu zapovjednika Crvene armije Mikole Ščorsa ​​u Kijevu i skulpturu ruskog plemića kneza Voroncova u Odesi.

Vlada je također maknula spomenike Puškinu u Žitomiru i Harkovu s popisa, a oba su uklonjena.

Prošlog proljeća, spomenici Puškinu demontirani su u južnom ukrajinskom lučkom gradu Mykolaivu, zapadnom ukrajinskom gradu Ternopilu i u zapadnoj Zakarpatskoj oblasti.

Kijevske gradske vlasti uklonile su kip poznatog ruskog pisca Aleksandra Puškina koji je stajao na jednoj od glavnih gradskih ulica. "Puškin nije dio ukrajinske kulture", objavio je savjetnik kijevskog gradonačelnika Dmytro Belotserkovets.

Ukrajinska vlada izbrisala je kip iz državnog registra spomenika od nacionalnog značaja 10. studenoga, dopuštajući time i njegovu demontažu.

Tijekom noći 7. studenoga, nepoznati aktivisti ispisali su parolu "Dekolonizacija se ne može zaustaviti" preko baze kipa, a crvenom su bojom prelili Puškinovo lice.

Brojni drugi spomenici ruskih i sovjetskih uglednika također su uklonjeni s popisa, uključujući statuu zapovjednika Crvene armije Mikole Ščorsa ​​u Kijevu i skulpturu ruskog plemića kneza Voroncova u Odesi.

Vlada je također maknula spomenike Puškinu u Žitomiru i Harkovu s popisa, a oba su uklonjena.

"Mali korak za kijevsku zajednicu, veliki korak za Ukrajinu", napisala je jedna osoba u komentaru ispod objave Belotserkovetsa.

Prošlog proljeća, spomenici Puškinu demontirani su u južnom ukrajinskom lučkom gradu Mykolaivu, zapadnom ukrajinskom gradu Ternopilu i u zapadnoj Zakarpatskoj oblasti.

Obračun sa zajedničkom prošlošću: Ukrajinci uklonili još jedan Puškinov kip, ovoga puta iz centra Kijeva

Kijevske gradske vlasti uklonile su kip poznatog ruskog pisca Aleksandra Puškina koji je stajao na jednoj od glavnih gradskih ulica. "Puškin nije dio ukrajinske kulture", objavio je savjetnik kijevskog gradonačelnika Dmytro Belotserkovets.

Ukrajinska vlada izbrisala je kip iz državnog registra spomenika od nacionalnog značaja 10. studenoga, dopuštajući time i njegovu demontažu.

Tijekom noći 7. studenoga, nepoznati aktivisti ispisali su parolu "Dekolonizacija se ne može zaustaviti" preko baze kipa, a crvenom su bojom prelili Puškinovo lice.

Brojni drugi spomenici ruskih i sovjetskih uglednika također su uklonjeni s popisa, uključujući statuu zapovjednika Crvene armije Mikole Ščorsa ​​u Kijevu i skulpturu ruskog plemića kneza Voroncova u Odesi.

Vlada je također maknula spomenike Puškinu u Žitomiru i Harkovu s popisa, a oba su uklonjena.

"Mali korak za kijevsku zajednicu, veliki korak za Ukrajinu", napisala je jedna osoba u komentaru ispod objave Belotserkovetsa.

Prošlog proljeća, spomenici Puškinu demontirani su u južnom ukrajinskom lučkom gradu Mykolaivu, zapadnom ukrajinskom gradu Ternopilu i u zapadnoj Zakarpatskoj oblasti.
