Odredba njemačke vlade o iznimkama od mjera borbe protiv pandemije koronavirusa za cijepljene i one koji su preboljeli virus mogla bi već ovog tjedna stupiti na snagu, javljaju u utorak njemački mediji.
Ukidanje mnogih ograničenja koje se odnose na osobne kontakte, slobodu kretanja kao i obvezu testiranja za cijepljene i one koji su preboljeli koronavirus moglo bi, kako javljaju njemački mediji pozivajući se na izvore u vladi, već ovog tjedna proći parlamentarnu proceduru.
O odredbi bi formalno trebala odlučiti vlada na sutrašnjoj redovitoj konferenciji, a donji i gornji domovi parlamenta, Bundestag i Bundesrat, mogli bi o tome odlučivati u četvrtak i petak.
Unutar vladajuće demokršćansko-socijaldemokratske koalicije vlada suglasnost oko ukidanja ograničavajućih mjera za cijepljene, a svoju suglasnost je signalizirao i veći dio parlamentarne oporbe.
Govoreći u prilog ukidanju obveze pridržavanja nekih mjera borbe protiv pandemije, poput noćne zabrane izlaska ili obveze testiranja i karantene nakon povratka iz inozemstva, vodeći političari vladajuće koalicije posljednjih su dana isticali kako se ne radi o povlasticama, nego o vraćanju osnovnih građanskih prava onima kod kojih više ne postoji opasnost od širenja zaraze.
Vlada se pritom poziva na spoznaje državnog epidemiološkog instituta Robert Koch, koji je objavio kako od cijepljenih dolazi manja opasnost daljnjeg širenja zaraze nego od osoba sa svježim negativnim testom na koronavirus.
Promatrači procjenjuju kako je vlada ubrzala proces donošenje odredbe o iznimkama za cijepljene između ostalog i zbog konstantnog pada sedmodnevne incidencije u Njemačkoj u posljednjih tjedan dana. U utorak je incidencija pala na 141 s jučerašnjih 146.
U nekim saveznim pokrajinama, poput Schleswig-Holsteina, Donje Saske ili Hamburga je sedmodnevna incidencija već dulje vrijeme stabilna ispod vrijednosti od 100. Ispod ove vrijednosti se ukidaju neka ograničenja dogovorena na saveznoj razini.
Neki političari, poput socijaldemokratskog glasnogovornika za zdravstvena pitanja Karla Lauterbacha, pozdravljaju iznimke za cijepljene, ali istodobno upozoravaju na moguće posljedice daljnjih otvaranja isključivo za pojedine grupe poput cijepljenih ili onih koji su preboljeli koronavirus.
"To bi zaista dovelo do neizdrživih napetosti", rekao je Lauterbach u razgovoru za javni servis Deutschlandfunk.
Na moguće napetosti između cijepljenih, pri čemu se većinom radi o starijim građanima, i onih koji nisu cijepljeni upozorila je i glasnogovornica Kršćansko-demokratske unije (CDU) za zdravstvena pitanja Karin Maag.
"Logično je od cijepljenih zahtijevati da se suzdrže u traženju većih prava toliko dugo dok se mlađi građani, koji su do sada pokazivali strpljenje, ne cijepe", rekla je Maag.
Neke savezne zemlje poput Brandenburga ili Donje Saske su najavile daljnja otvaranja, primjerice terasa restorana, već tijekom svibnja, pri čemu bi se ova mjera odnosila za sve, a ne samo za cijepljene.

Odredba njemačke vlade o iznimkama od mjera borbe protiv pandemije koronavirusa za cijepljene i one koji su preboljeli virus mogla bi već ovog tjedna stupiti na snagu, javljaju u utorak njemački mediji.
Ukidanje mnogih ograničenja koje se odnose na osobne kontakte, slobodu kretanja kao i obvezu testiranja za cijepljene i one koji su preboljeli koronavirus moglo bi, kako javljaju njemački mediji pozivajući se na izvore u vladi, već ovog tjedna proći parlamentarnu proceduru.
O odredbi bi formalno trebala odlučiti vlada na sutrašnjoj redovitoj konferenciji, a donji i gornji domovi parlamenta, Bundestag i Bundesrat, mogli bi o tome odlučivati u četvrtak i petak.
Unutar vladajuće demokršćansko-socijaldemokratske koalicije vlada suglasnost oko ukidanja ograničavajućih mjera za cijepljene, a svoju suglasnost je signalizirao i veći dio parlamentarne oporbe.
Govoreći u prilog ukidanju obveze pridržavanja nekih mjera borbe protiv pandemije, poput noćne zabrane izlaska ili obveze testiranja i karantene nakon povratka iz inozemstva, vodeći političari vladajuće koalicije posljednjih su dana isticali kako se ne radi o povlasticama, nego o vraćanju osnovnih građanskih prava onima kod kojih više ne postoji opasnost od širenja zaraze.
Vlada se pritom poziva na spoznaje državnog epidemiološkog instituta Robert Koch, koji je objavio kako od cijepljenih dolazi manja opasnost daljnjeg širenja zaraze nego od osoba sa svježim negativnim testom na koronavirus.
Promatrači procjenjuju kako je vlada ubrzala proces donošenje odredbe o iznimkama za cijepljene između ostalog i zbog konstantnog pada sedmodnevne incidencije u Njemačkoj u posljednjih tjedan dana. U utorak je incidencija pala na 141 s jučerašnjih 146.
U nekim saveznim pokrajinama, poput Schleswig-Holsteina, Donje Saske ili Hamburga je sedmodnevna incidencija već dulje vrijeme stabilna ispod vrijednosti od 100. Ispod ove vrijednosti se ukidaju neka ograničenja dogovorena na saveznoj razini.
Neki političari, poput socijaldemokratskog glasnogovornika za zdravstvena pitanja Karla Lauterbacha, pozdravljaju iznimke za cijepljene, ali istodobno upozoravaju na moguće posljedice daljnjih otvaranja isključivo za pojedine grupe poput cijepljenih ili onih koji su preboljeli koronavirus.
"To bi zaista dovelo do neizdrživih napetosti", rekao je Lauterbach u razgovoru za javni servis Deutschlandfunk.
Na moguće napetosti između cijepljenih, pri čemu se većinom radi o starijim građanima, i onih koji nisu cijepljeni upozorila je i glasnogovornica Kršćansko-demokratske unije (CDU) za zdravstvena pitanja Karin Maag.
"Logično je od cijepljenih zahtijevati da se suzdrže u traženju većih prava toliko dugo dok se mlađi građani, koji su do sada pokazivali strpljenje, ne cijepe", rekla je Maag.
Neke savezne zemlje poput Brandenburga ili Donje Saske su najavile daljnja otvaranja, primjerice terasa restorana, već tijekom svibnja, pri čemu bi se ova mjera odnosila za sve, a ne samo za cijepljene.
