U nedjelju je u najmanje sedam europskih zemalja počelo europsko kliničko ispitivanje tijekom kojega će se ispitati četiri eksperimentalna lijeka za koronavirus na ukupno 3200 pacijenata, priopćilo je u nedjelju francusko ministarstvo zdravstva.

Četiri lijeka koja će se ispitati na velikom broju pacijenata su remdesivir, lopinavir u kombinaciji s ritonavirom, a potonji se  može kombinirati s beta interferonom i hidroksiklorokin, navodi se u priopćenju INSERM-a, krovne organizacije za medicinska istraživanja u Francuskoj.

Remdesivir je eksperimentalni antivirusni lijek koji je prethodno testiran za liječenje ebole. Razvila ga je velika biotehnološka kompanija Gilead Sciences, a na njemu radi od 2009.

Klorokin je široko propisivan lijek protiv malarije koji je nakon Drugoga svjetskog rata odobio FDA.

Lopinavir u kombinaciji s ritonavirom dobro djeluje u kontroli infekcije virusom humane imunodeficijencije (HIV) i mogao bi biti djelotvoran u liječenju koronavirusa.

"Liječenjem će se obuhvatiti 3200 pacijenata u Belgiji, Nizozemskoj, Luksemburgu, Velikoj Britaniji, Njemačkoj i Španjolskoj, a možda i u drugim zemljama, pa tako najmanje 800 u Francuskoj koji su hospitalizirani zbog infekcije Covidom-19", dodaje francuski institut za medicinsko istraživanja.

Otkako se u Kini pojavio novi koronavirus Didier Raoult, ravnatelj IHU Mediterranee Infectiona u Marseilleu zagovara primjenu klorokina u liječenju bolesti. Potaknuo je sumnju kod mnogih drugih liječnika koji misle da ispitivanje koje je proveo na 24 pacijenta ne odgovara svim potrebnim kriterijima.

Drugo međunarodno ispitivanje provest će se pod pokroviteljstvom Međunarodne zdravstvene organizacije (WHO) pod nazivom "Solidarnost", navodi INSERM.

U nedjelju je u najmanje sedam europskih zemalja počelo europsko kliničko ispitivanje tijekom kojega će se ispitati četiri eksperimentalna lijeka za koronavirus na ukupno 3200 pacijenata, priopćilo je u nedjelju francusko ministarstvo zdravstva.

Četiri lijeka koja će se ispitati na velikom broju pacijenata su remdesivir, lopinavir u kombinaciji s ritonavirom, a potonji se  može kombinirati s beta interferonom i hidroksiklorokin, navodi se u priopćenju INSERM-a, krovne organizacije za medicinska istraživanja u Francuskoj.

Remdesivir je eksperimentalni antivirusni lijek koji je prethodno testiran za liječenje ebole. Razvila ga je velika biotehnološka kompanija Gilead Sciences, a na njemu radi od 2009.

Klorokin je široko propisivan lijek protiv malarije koji je nakon Drugoga svjetskog rata odobio FDA.

Lopinavir u kombinaciji s ritonavirom dobro djeluje u kontroli infekcije virusom humane imunodeficijencije (HIV) i mogao bi biti djelotvoran u liječenju koronavirusa.

"Liječenjem će se obuhvatiti 3200 pacijenata u Belgiji, Nizozemskoj, Luksemburgu, Velikoj Britaniji, Njemačkoj i Španjolskoj, a možda i u drugim zemljama, pa tako najmanje 800 u Francuskoj koji su hospitalizirani zbog infekcije Covidom-19", dodaje francuski institut za medicinsko istraživanja.

Otkako se u Kini pojavio novi koronavirus Didier Raoult, ravnatelj IHU Mediterranee Infectiona u Marseilleu zagovara primjenu klorokina u liječenju bolesti. Potaknuo je sumnju kod mnogih drugih liječnika koji misle da ispitivanje koje je proveo na 24 pacijenta ne odgovara svim potrebnim kriterijima.

Drugo međunarodno ispitivanje provest će se pod pokroviteljstvom Međunarodne zdravstvene organizacije (WHO) pod nazivom "Solidarnost", navodi INSERM.

Na velikom broju pacijenata u Europi počelo kliničko ispitivanje eksperimentalnih lijekova za koronavirus

U nedjelju je u najmanje sedam europskih zemalja počelo europsko kliničko ispitivanje tijekom kojega će se ispitati četiri eksperimentalna lijeka za koronavirus na ukupno 3200 pacijenata, priopćilo je u nedjelju francusko ministarstvo zdravstva.

Četiri lijeka koja će se ispitati na velikom broju pacijenata su remdesivir, lopinavir u kombinaciji s ritonavirom, a potonji se  može kombinirati s beta interferonom i hidroksiklorokin, navodi se u priopćenju INSERM-a, krovne organizacije za medicinska istraživanja u Francuskoj.

Remdesivir je eksperimentalni antivirusni lijek koji je prethodno testiran za liječenje ebole. Razvila ga je velika biotehnološka kompanija Gilead Sciences, a na njemu radi od 2009.
