Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin u petak će započeti službenu aneksiju 15 posto ukrajinskog teritorija, predsjedavajući ceremonijom u Kremlju tijekom koje će se četiri ukrajinske regije proglasiti dijelom Rusije, izvijestio je Reuters.

Putinov glasnogovornik Dmitrij Peskov rekao je da će se ceremonija održati u 15 sati po lokalnom vremenu u petak u dvorani Svetog Jurja Velike kremaljske palače. Tijekom ceremonije potpisat će se "sporazumi o pristupanju novih teritorija Ruskoj Federaciji", prema riječima Peskova.

Sporazumi će biti potpisani "sa sva četiri teritorija koja su održala referendume i uputila odgovarajuće zahtjeve ruskoj strani", rekao je Peskov.

Ukrajina i Zapad odbacili su referendume održane u regijama Doneck, Luhansk, Zaporižja i Herson sedam mjeseci nakon ruske invazije nazivajući ih nezakonitim prevarama, prenosi Jutarnji.

Putinova odluka da te regije uključi u Rusiju znači da će Moskva pripojiti područje istočne i južne Ukrajine, otprilike veličine Portugala ili Mađarske, a u njemu živi oko 4 milijuna stanovnika. Pripajanje tog djela Ukrajine omogućit će Rusiji direktnu poveznicu s poluotokom Krimom koji je aneksirala i proglasila dijelom Rusije 2014. godine.

Peskov je rekao da će se Putin kasnije zasebno obratiti i ruskom parlamentu. Nakon svečanosti i govora sastat će se sa šefovima ukrajinskih regija koje je imenovala Moskva, priopćio je Kremlj.

U petak navečer planiran je slavljenički koncert na Crvenom trgu, ali još nije poznato hoće li prisustvovati i ruski predsjednik.

Ruske vlasti ranije su najavile da će nakon pripojenja okupiranog ukrajinskog teritorija Ruskoj Federaciji napade na područja pod ruskom kontrolom smatrati izravnim napadom na Rusiju.

Najavljujući referendume u četiri spomenute regije, Putin je zaprijetio da će odgovoriti nuklearnim oružjem ako bude ugrožena nacionalna sigurnost Rusije. Nakon četverodnevnog referenduma, ruski državni mediji objavili su da su rezultati pokazali veliku potporu pridruživanja okupiranih teritorija Rusiji. Stanovnici koji su posljednjih dana pobjegli iz okupiranih područja prepričali su da su ljudi bili prisiljeni označavati glasačke listiće na ulici pod prijetnjom oružja. Snimke s društvenih mreža pokazale su da su ruski vojnici nosili glasačke kutije po kućama.

Glavni tajnik NATO-a Jens Stoltenberg osudio je referendume prošloga tjedna kao "prevaru" i "daljnju eskalaciju u Putinovu ratu".

Postoje naznake da bi Rusija mogla ograničiti kretanje Ukrajinaca koji žive na okupiranim područjima nakon što objavi aneksiju.

Više Ukrajinaca, koji pišu u Telegram grupi za ljude koji napuštaju okupirana područja, rekli su da će od subote, 1. listopada, morati podnijeti zahtjev za propusnicu. Zahtjev će morati predati okupacijskim vlastima. Oni koji prelaze iz okupiranih područja izvijestili su o dugim kolonama i stotinama automobila koji čekaju da uđu u Ukrajinu kroz jedinu službenu kontrolnu točku za civile koja se nalazi u regiji Zaporižja.

Ranije ovoga tjedna, nevladina organizacija Helping to Leave, koja pomaže evakuirati Ukrajince iz okupiranih područja, također je izvijestila da su Ukrajince koji su pokušavali prijeći u Europsku uniju iz Rusije zaustavile ruske sigurnosne službe.

Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin u petak će započeti službenu aneksiju 15 posto ukrajinskog teritorija, predsjedavajući ceremonijom u Kremlju tijekom koje će se četiri ukrajinske regije proglasiti dijelom Rusije, izvijestio je Reuters.

Putinov glasnogovornik Dmitrij Peskov rekao je da će se ceremonija održati u 15 sati po lokalnom vremenu u petak u dvorani Svetog Jurja Velike kremaljske palače. Tijekom ceremonije potpisat će se "sporazumi o pristupanju novih teritorija Ruskoj Federaciji", prema riječima Peskova.

Sporazumi će biti potpisani "sa sva četiri teritorija koja su održala referendume i uputila odgovarajuće zahtjeve ruskoj strani", rekao je Peskov.

Ukrajina i Zapad odbacili su referendume održane u regijama Doneck, Luhansk, Zaporižja i Herson sedam mjeseci nakon ruske invazije nazivajući ih nezakonitim prevarama, prenosi Jutarnji.

Putinova odluka da te regije uključi u Rusiju znači da će Moskva pripojiti područje istočne i južne Ukrajine, otprilike veličine Portugala ili Mađarske, a u njemu živi oko 4 milijuna stanovnika. Pripajanje tog djela Ukrajine omogućit će Rusiji direktnu poveznicu s poluotokom Krimom koji je aneksirala i proglasila dijelom Rusije 2014. godine.

Peskov je rekao da će se Putin kasnije zasebno obratiti i ruskom parlamentu. Nakon svečanosti i govora sastat će se sa šefovima ukrajinskih regija koje je imenovala Moskva, priopćio je Kremlj.

U petak navečer planiran je slavljenički koncert na Crvenom trgu, ali još nije poznato hoće li prisustvovati i ruski predsjednik.

Ruske vlasti ranije su najavile da će nakon pripojenja okupiranog ukrajinskog teritorija Ruskoj Federaciji napade na područja pod ruskom kontrolom smatrati izravnim napadom na Rusiju.

Najavljujući referendume u četiri spomenute regije, Putin je zaprijetio da će odgovoriti nuklearnim oružjem ako bude ugrožena nacionalna sigurnost Rusije. Nakon četverodnevnog referenduma, ruski državni mediji objavili su da su rezultati pokazali veliku potporu pridruživanja okupiranih teritorija Rusiji. Stanovnici koji su posljednjih dana pobjegli iz okupiranih područja prepričali su da su ljudi bili prisiljeni označavati glasačke listiće na ulici pod prijetnjom oružja. Snimke s društvenih mreža pokazale su da su ruski vojnici nosili glasačke kutije po kućama.

Glavni tajnik NATO-a Jens Stoltenberg osudio je referendume prošloga tjedna kao "prevaru" i "daljnju eskalaciju u Putinovu ratu".

Postoje naznake da bi Rusija mogla ograničiti kretanje Ukrajinaca koji žive na okupiranim područjima nakon što objavi aneksiju.

Više Ukrajinaca, koji pišu u Telegram grupi za ljude koji napuštaju okupirana područja, rekli su da će od subote, 1. listopada, morati podnijeti zahtjev za propusnicu. Zahtjev će morati predati okupacijskim vlastima. Oni koji prelaze iz okupiranih područja izvijestili su o dugim kolonama i stotinama automobila koji čekaju da uđu u Ukrajinu kroz jedinu službenu kontrolnu točku za civile koja se nalazi u regiji Zaporižja.

Ranije ovoga tjedna, nevladina organizacija Helping to Leave, koja pomaže evakuirati Ukrajince iz okupiranih područja, također je izvijestila da su Ukrajince koji su pokušavali prijeći u Europsku uniju iz Rusije zaustavile ruske sigurnosne službe.

Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin u petak će započeti službenu aneksiju 15 posto ukrajinskog teritorija, predsjedavajući ceremonijom u Kremlju tijekom koje će se četiri ukrajinske regije proglasiti dijelom Rusije, izvijestio je Reuters.

Putinov glasnogovornik Dmitrij Peskov rekao je da će se ceremonija održati u 15 sati po lokalnom vremenu u petak u dvorani Svetog Jurja Velike kremaljske palače. Tijekom ceremonije potpisat će se "sporazumi o pristupanju novih teritorija Ruskoj Federaciji", prema riječima Peskova.

Sporazumi će biti potpisani "sa sva četiri teritorija koja su održala referendume i uputila odgovarajuće zahtjeve ruskoj strani", rekao je Peskov.

Ukrajina i Zapad odbacili su referendume održane u regijama Doneck, Luhansk, Zaporižja i Herson sedam mjeseci...
