U jeku rastućih cijena stanarina i eksplozija troškova električne energije, jedan je stanodavac u Berlinu objavio apsurdan oglas u kojemu traži da njegovi budući podstanari zadovolje jedan uvjet, piše Fenix.

Zbog "skučenog stambenog tržišta" prednost želi dati obitelji koja liječničkim testom može dokazati da su svi članovi međusobno povezani. O tome piše i berlinski Tagesspiegel.

Obitelji imaju priliku već danas ili sutra dokazati da su zaista obitelj i time jasno podržati prijavu, stoji u oglasu.

Ovo nije prvi bizaran oglas na berlinskom tržištu nekretnina. Sredinom prosinca mediji su se raspisali kad je jedan stanodavac tražio najam s grijanjem od 2.010 eura za stan od svega 42 kvadrata.

U jeku rastućih cijena stanarina i eksplozija troškova električne energije, jedan je stanodavac u Berlinu objavio apsurdan oglas u kojemu traži da njegovi budući podstanari zadovolje jedan uvjet, piše Fenix.

Zbog "skučenog stambenog tržišta" prednost želi dati obitelji koja liječničkim testom može dokazati da su svi članovi međusobno povezani. O tome piše i berlinski Tagesspiegel.

Obitelji imaju priliku već danas ili sutra dokazati da su zaista obitelj i time jasno podržati prijavu, stoji u oglasu.

"U tu svrhu provodi se kratki, poseban video razgovor s ovlaštenim liječnikom, u kojem roditelji trebaju odgovarati na pitanja. Uz to se uspoređuju tri tijela (majka i najstarije dijete) kao dokaz majke/dijeteta", stoji dalje u bizarnom oglasu.

Riječ je, inače, o 4-sobnom stanu u Schönebergu. Najam košta 1.200 eura za 96 kvadrata.

Korisnici na Twitteru su oglas proglasili "nečuvenim" i "pretjeranim".

"Prije svega, to izravno isključuje prave obitelji s jednim ili više posvojene djece (ili obitelji s dva oca). Pitam se je li to legalno", piše jedan korisnik. "Uvredljivo!", pišu drugi.

Ovo nije prvi bizaran oglas na berlinskom tržištu nekretnina. Sredinom prosinca mediji su se raspisali kad je jedan stanodavac tražio najam s grijanjem od 2.010 eura za stan od svega 42 kvadrata.

U jeku rastućih cijena stanarina i eksplozija troškova električne energije, jedan je stanodavac u Berlinu objavio apsurdan oglas u kojemu traži da njegovi budući podstanari zadovolje jedan uvjet, piše Fenix.

Zbog "skučenog stambenog tržišta" prednost želi dati obitelji koja liječničkim testom može dokazati da su svi članovi međusobno povezani. O tome piše i berlinski Tagesspiegel.

Obitelji imaju priliku već danas ili sutra dokazati da su zaista obitelj i time jasno podržati prijavu, stoji u oglasu.

"U tu svrhu provodi se kratki, poseban video razgovor s ovlaštenim liječnikom, u kojem roditelji trebaju odgovarati na pitanja. Uz to se uspoređuju tri tijela (majka i najstarije dijete) kao dokaz majke/dijeteta", stoji dalje u bizarnom oglasu.
