Izraelska je policija u nedjelju opkolila Plato džamija u Jeruzalemu potjeravši odande suzavcem i vodenim topovima oko 150 muslimanskih vjernika, koji su ih gađali kamenjem i bocama, izvijestili su očevici te palestinski i izraelski službeni izvori.

- Onemogućili smo pristup Brdu hrama (židovski naziv za Plato džamija), nakon što su muslimanski vjernici putem razglasa poticali na nasilje i pozivali na prosvjede - rekao je glasnogovornik izraelske policije Micky Rosenfeld.

Muslimani su se pobunili te na policiju počeli bacati kamenje i boce.

- Uhićena su četvorica prosvjednika i privedena na ispitivanje - rekao je Rosenfeld.

Devet je osoba lakše ozlijeđeno.

Prošle je nedjelje u blizini džamije Al-Aqse na Brdu hrama u sličnim neredima ozlijeđeno 30 osoba. Židovski vjernici ondje se nedjeljom okupljaju na molitvi pred Zapadnim zidom, ostatkom hrama koji Židovi smatraju svojim najsvetijim mjestom.

Izraelska je policija zabranila ulaz na mjesto koje je sveto i Židovima i muslimanima, no prosvjednici su ondje stigli sinoć.

Izraelska je policija u nedjelju opkolila Plato džamija u Jeruzalemu potjeravši odande suzavcem i vodenim topovima oko 150 muslimanskih vjernika, koji su ih gađali kamenjem i bocama, izvijestili su očevici te palestinski i izraelski službeni izvori.

- Onemogućili smo pristup Brdu hrama (židovski naziv za Plato džamija), nakon što su muslimanski vjernici putem razglasa poticali na nasilje i pozivali na prosvjede - rekao je glasnogovornik izraelske policije Micky Rosenfeld.

Muslimani su se pobunili te na policiju počeli bacati kamenje i boce.

- Uhićena su četvorica prosvjednika i privedena na ispitivanje - rekao je Rosenfeld.

Devet je osoba lakše ozlijeđeno.

Prošle je nedjelje u blizini džamije Al-Aqse na Brdu hrama u sličnim neredima ozlijeđeno 30 osoba. Židovski vjernici ondje se nedjeljom okupljaju na molitvi pred Zapadnim zidom, ostatkom hrama koji Židovi smatraju svojim najsvetijim mjestom.

Izraelska je policija zabranila ulaz na mjesto koje je sveto i Židovima i muslimanima, no prosvjednici su ondje stigli sinoć.
