Izraelsko ministarstvo zdravstva u utorak je izvijestilo da je manji broj slučajeva upale srčanog mišića, uočen uglavnom među mlađim muškarcima cijepljenih Pfizerovim cjepivom protiv covida-19 vjerojatno povezan s cjepivom.

Pfizer tvrdi da nije zamijećena veća stopa pojave miokarditisa i njegova cjepiva nego što bi se u uobičajenim okolnostima moglo očekivati ​​u općoj populaciji.

Između prosinca 2020. i svibnja 20221. u Izraelu je evidentirano 275 slučajeva miokarditisa na više od 5 milijuna cijepljenih osoba, priopćilo je ministarstvo, objavivši rezultate studije koja je naručena da bi se razjasnila pojava. 

Većina pacijenata u kojih se razvila upala srčanog mišića u bolnici je provela najviše četiri dana, a 95 posto slučajeva smatra se blagim oblikom, pokazala je studija koju su provela tri tima stručnjaka.

Istraživanje je pokazalo da "postoji vjerojatna povezanost između cijepljenja drugom dozom Pfizerova cjepiva i razvoja miokarditisa među muškarcima u dobi od 16 do 30 godina", stoji u priopćenju ministarstva te se dodaje da je više takvih slučajeva uočeno među mlađim muškarcima u dobi od 16 do 19 godina nego u ostalim dobnim skupinama.

Iz Pfizera kažu da prate rezultate izraelske studije, no tvrde da nije utvrđena uzročna veza s njegovim cjepivom niti je zabilježeno da te bolesti ima više nego što je uobičajeno.

Neželjene posljedice temeljito se proučavaju, a stručni tim Pfizera redovito se sastaje s članovima Odjela za sigurnost cjepiva izraelskog ministarstva zdravstva da bi pregledali i proučili podatke, stoji u priopćenju. 

Nakon cijepljenja odraslih, izraelske znanstvene vlasti nisu izdale odobrenje za cijepljenje mladih u dobi od 12 do 15 godina dok se čekalo izvješće ministarstva zdravstva. 

"No odbor je sada dao zeleno svjetlo za cijepljenje djece od 12 do 15 godina od idućeg tjedna", rekao je Nachman Ash, izraelski koordinator za pitanja pandemije za Radio 103 FM, istaknuvši kako "učinkovitost cjepiva premašuje rizike".

Paralelno s objavljivanjem ovih nalaza, povjerenstvo ministarstva odobrilo je cijepljenje adolescenata, rekao je visoki dužnosnik.
Savjetodavna skupina američkih Centara za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti prošli je mjesec preporučila daljnje razmatranje povezanosti miokarditisa i cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNK, a to su Pfizerovo i Modernino cjepivo. 

CDC nije otkrio više slučajeva miokarditisa među populacijom nego što je očekivano, no savjetodavna skupina je istaknula da njezini članovi smatraju kako bi pružatelji zdravstvenih usluga trebali biti upoznati s izvješćima o "potencijalno štetnim ishodima".

Izraelsko ministarstvo zdravstva u utorak je izvijestilo da je manji broj slučajeva upale srčanog mišića, uočen uglavnom među mlađim muškarcima cijepljenih Pfizerovim cjepivom protiv covida-19 vjerojatno povezan s cjepivom.

Pfizer tvrdi da nije zamijećena veća stopa pojave miokarditisa i njegova cjepiva nego što bi se u uobičajenim okolnostima moglo očekivati ​​u općoj populaciji.

Između prosinca 2020. i svibnja 20221. u Izraelu je evidentirano 275 slučajeva miokarditisa na više od 5 milijuna cijepljenih osoba, priopćilo je ministarstvo, objavivši rezultate studije koja je naručena da bi se razjasnila pojava. 

Većina pacijenata u kojih se razvila upala srčanog mišića u bolnici je provela najviše četiri dana, a 95 posto slučajeva smatra se blagim oblikom, pokazala je studija koju su provela tri tima stručnjaka.

Istraživanje je pokazalo da "postoji vjerojatna povezanost između cijepljenja drugom dozom Pfizerova cjepiva i razvoja miokarditisa među muškarcima u dobi od 16 do 30 godina", stoji u priopćenju ministarstva te se dodaje da je više takvih slučajeva uočeno među mlađim muškarcima u dobi od 16 do 19 godina nego u ostalim dobnim skupinama.

Iz Pfizera kažu da prate rezultate izraelske studije, no tvrde da nije utvrđena uzročna veza s njegovim cjepivom niti je zabilježeno da te bolesti ima više nego što je uobičajeno.

Neželjene posljedice temeljito se proučavaju, a stručni tim Pfizera redovito se sastaje s članovima Odjela za sigurnost cjepiva izraelskog ministarstva zdravstva da bi pregledali i proučili podatke, stoji u priopćenju. 

Nakon cijepljenja odraslih, izraelske znanstvene vlasti nisu izdale odobrenje za cijepljenje mladih u dobi od 12 do 15 godina dok se čekalo izvješće ministarstva zdravstva. 

"No odbor je sada dao zeleno svjetlo za cijepljenje djece od 12 do 15 godina od idućeg tjedna", rekao je Nachman Ash, izraelski koordinator za pitanja pandemije za Radio 103 FM, istaknuvši kako "učinkovitost cjepiva premašuje rizike".

Paralelno s objavljivanjem ovih nalaza, povjerenstvo ministarstva odobrilo je cijepljenje adolescenata, rekao je visoki dužnosnik.
Savjetodavna skupina američkih Centara za kontrolu i prevenciju bolesti prošli je mjesec preporučila daljnje razmatranje povezanosti miokarditisa i cjepiva na bazi glasničke RNK, a to su Pfizerovo i Modernino cjepivo. 

CDC nije otkrio više slučajeva miokarditisa među populacijom nego što je očekivano, no savjetodavna skupina je istaknula da njezini članovi smatraju kako bi pružatelji zdravstvenih usluga trebali biti upoznati s izvješćima o "potencijalno štetnim ishodima".

Izraelsko ministarstvo zdravstva: Postoji vjerojatna povezanost između cijepljenja drugom dozom Pfizera i razvoja miokarditisa kod mlađih muškaraca

Izraelsko ministarstvo zdravstva u utorak je izvijestilo da je manji broj slučajeva upale srčanog mišića, uočen uglavnom među mlađim muškarcima cijepljenih Pfizerovim cjepivom protiv covida-19 vjerojatno povezan s cjepivom.

Pfizer tvrdi da nije zamijećena veća stopa pojave miokarditisa i njegova cjepiva nego što bi se u uobičajenim okolnostima moglo očekivati ​​u općoj populaciji.

Između prosinca 2020. i svibnja 20221. u Izraelu je evidentirano 275 slučajeva miokarditisa na više od 5 milijuna cijepljenih osoba, priopćilo je ministarstvo, objavivši rezultate studije koja je naručena da bi se razjasnila pojava. 

Većina pacijenata u kojih se razvila upala srčanog mišića u bolnici je provela najviše četiri dana, a 95 posto slučajeva smatra se blagim...
