Iako se očekuje da će svjetska populacija nastaviti rasti u narednim desetljećima, mnoštvo zemalja suočava se sa izrazito nepovoljnim demografskim scenarijima, niskim stopama rađanja i imigracijama, što naposlijetku dovodi do smanjenja broja stanovnika.
Business Insider pozabavio se ovom temom, te napravio listu od 20 zemalja koje najbrže gube broj stanovnika.
Ne prijeti samo Europi krah, u prvih 20 našao se i Japan, u kojemu mladi ljudi sve manje žele imati djecu.
Ova lista nastala je na temelju demografskih projekcija UN-a koje se baziraju na procjenama rođenih i umrlih te međunarodnih migracija u budućem razdoblju, od 2020. do 2050 godine, a lista izgleda ovako:
Italija je 20. na listi a broj stanovnika Italije, prema projekcijama, za sljedećih 30 godina past će sa 60,5 milijuna na 54,4 milijuna, odnosno za 10,1 posto.
Kuba je sljedeća, devetnaesta, a broj stanovnika u istom razdoblju past će sa 11,3 na 10,2 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 10,3 posto.
U Sjevernoj Makedoniji, 18. po redu - broj stanovnika past će sa 2,1 milijuna na 1,9 milijuna ljudi, odnosno 10,9 posto.
Broj stanovnika Portugala, sedamaeste na listi smanjit će se se sa 10,2 milijuna na 9,1 milijuna stanovnika, odnosno 10,9 posto.
Broj stanovnika Gruzije, šesnaeste na listi, prema projekcijama za sljedećih 30 godina smanjit će se sa četiri milijuna na 3,5 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 11,8 posto.
Broj stanovnika Poljske, koja se smjestila petnaesta na listi, nadalje, prema projekcijama za sljedećih 30 godina smanjit će se sa 37,8 milijuna na 33,3 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 12 posto.
Broj stanovnika Mađarske,14. po redu, past će sa 9,7 milijuna na 8,5 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 12,3 posto. Estoniju,13. po redu, očekuje pad sa 1,3 milijuna na 1,2 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 12,7 posto. Broj stanovnika Grčke za sljedećih 30 godina past će, prema predviđanjima, sa 10,4 na devet milijuna stanovnika, odnosno 13,4 posto.
Broj stanovnika Rumunjske,11. na listi navodi se, "srušit" će se sa 19,2 milijuna na 16,3 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 15,5 posto.
Ni Japan nije lišen europskog trenda
U Albaniji, desetoj na listi, očekivani je pad s 2,9 milijuna na 2,4 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 15,8 posto. Japan, deveta po redu zemlja, očekuje pad sa 126,5 na 105,8 milijuna, što je pad od 16,3 posto.
U Moldaviji sa četiri milijuna na 3,4 milijuna stanovnika, a očekuje se pad od pad od 16,7 posto.
Hrvatsku pak, koja je inače sedma na listi, očekuje pad sa 4,1 milijuna na 3,4 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 18 posto. Broj stanovnika Bosne i Hercegovine past će sa 3,3 na 2,7 milijuna, što predstavlja pad od 18,2 posto.
BiH je šesta na popisu. Srbiju, petu po redu očekuje pad sa 8,7 na 7,1 milijuna stanovnika, odnosno 18,9 posto.
Ukrajina, četvrta na listi, očekuje pad sa 43,7 na 35,2 milijuna stanovnika, odnosno 19,5 posto. Letonija - sa 1,9 na 1,5 milijuna stanovnika, odnosno pad od 21,6 posto, u Litvi će broj stanovnika past sa 2,7 na 2,1 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 22,1 posto.
Najgore se procjenjuje za Bugarsku, koja drži visoko prvo mjesto, i to smanjene broja stanovnika sa 6,9 na 5,4 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 22,5 posto.

Iako se očekuje da će svjetska populacija nastaviti rasti u narednim desetljećima, mnoštvo zemalja suočava se sa izrazito nepovoljnim demografskim scenarijima, niskim stopama rađanja i imigracijama, što naposlijetku dovodi do smanjenja broja stanovnika.
Business Insider pozabavio se ovom temom, te napravio listu od 20 zemalja koje najbrže gube broj stanovnika.
Ne prijeti samo Europi krah, u prvih 20 našao se i Japan, u kojemu mladi ljudi sve manje žele imati djecu.
Ova lista nastala je na temelju demografskih projekcija UN-a koje se baziraju na procjenama rođenih i umrlih te međunarodnih migracija u budućem razdoblju, od 2020. do 2050 godine, a lista izgleda ovako:
Italija je 20. na listi a broj stanovnika Italije, prema projekcijama, za sljedećih 30 godina past će sa 60,5 milijuna na 54,4 milijuna, odnosno za 10,1 posto.
Kuba je sljedeća, devetnaesta, a broj stanovnika u istom razdoblju past će sa 11,3 na 10,2 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 10,3 posto.
U Sjevernoj Makedoniji, 18. po redu - broj stanovnika past će sa 2,1 milijuna na 1,9 milijuna ljudi, odnosno 10,9 posto.
Broj stanovnika Portugala, sedamaeste na listi smanjit će se se sa 10,2 milijuna na 9,1 milijuna stanovnika, odnosno 10,9 posto.
Broj stanovnika Gruzije, šesnaeste na listi, prema projekcijama za sljedećih 30 godina smanjit će se sa četiri milijuna na 3,5 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 11,8 posto.
Broj stanovnika Poljske, koja se smjestila petnaesta na listi, nadalje, prema projekcijama za sljedećih 30 godina smanjit će se sa 37,8 milijuna na 33,3 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 12 posto.
Broj stanovnika Mađarske,14. po redu, past će sa 9,7 milijuna na 8,5 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 12,3 posto. Estoniju,13. po redu, očekuje pad sa 1,3 milijuna na 1,2 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 12,7 posto. Broj stanovnika Grčke za sljedećih 30 godina past će, prema predviđanjima, sa 10,4 na devet milijuna stanovnika, odnosno 13,4 posto.
Broj stanovnika Rumunjske,11. na listi navodi se, "srušit" će se sa 19,2 milijuna na 16,3 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 15,5 posto.
Ni Japan nije lišen europskog trenda
U Albaniji, desetoj na listi, očekivani je pad s 2,9 milijuna na 2,4 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 15,8 posto. Japan, deveta po redu zemlja, očekuje pad sa 126,5 na 105,8 milijuna, što je pad od 16,3 posto.
U Moldaviji sa četiri milijuna na 3,4 milijuna stanovnika, a očekuje se pad od pad od 16,7 posto.
Hrvatsku pak, koja je inače sedma na listi, očekuje pad sa 4,1 milijuna na 3,4 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 18 posto. Broj stanovnika Bosne i Hercegovine past će sa 3,3 na 2,7 milijuna, što predstavlja pad od 18,2 posto.
BiH je šesta na popisu. Srbiju, petu po redu očekuje pad sa 8,7 na 7,1 milijuna stanovnika, odnosno 18,9 posto.
Ukrajina, četvrta na listi, očekuje pad sa 43,7 na 35,2 milijuna stanovnika, odnosno 19,5 posto. Letonija - sa 1,9 na 1,5 milijuna stanovnika, odnosno pad od 21,6 posto, u Litvi će broj stanovnika past sa 2,7 na 2,1 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 22,1 posto.
Najgore se procjenjuje za Bugarsku, koja drži visoko prvo mjesto, i to smanjene broja stanovnika sa 6,9 na 5,4 milijuna stanovnika, što je pad od 22,5 posto.
